实施荒山绿化工程,不仅具有改善当地生态环境,促进经济发展提高人民生活水平的效应,而且具有重要的“外部”政策,对于根治河流的自然灾害,都具有重要的意义。     

High-pressure synthesis and properties of CeO2-ZrO2 solid solution

Using nanoparticles of CeO₂ and ZrO₂ prepared by the chemical precipitation method as starting materials, the singlephase cubic Ce_0.5Zr_0.5O₂ solid solution (cCe_0.5Zr_0.5O₂) has been synthesized under 3.1 GPa at 1073 K for the first time. The structure of the c-Ce_0.5Zr_0.5O₂ has not been changed before and after annealing at 773 K for 1 h. Only an unknown EPR signal (g =1.990) has been observed in the c-Ce_0.5Zr_0.5O₂ and not varied after annealing at 773 K for 1 h, which exhibited that there exists no Ce³⁺ in the c-Ce_0.5Zr_0.5O₂ and the Ce⁴⁺ has not been reduced into Ce³⁺ after annealing. The transport mechanism is ionic for the c-Ce_0.5Zr_0.5O₂. The bulk conductivity (σ =1.2 ×10⁻⁵ S/cm at 823 K, σ=2.1 × 10⁻³ S/cm at 1123 K) is the same as that of CeO₂, but smaller than that of Y₂O₃-stabilized ZrO₂. A marked curvature at T = 823 K has been observed in the Arrhenius plot of the bulk conductivity. The activation energy below 823 K is lower than that above 823 K, and the reason has been discussed.     

The effects of the synthetic nocistatin on blood vessel activities

Nocistatin was synthesized by the solid-phase peptide synthesis method. Its effects on rat systemic arterial pressure; rat hindquarter vascular bed resistance; tension of rabbit pectoral, abdominal, femoral aorta muscle strips without endothelium; and nociceptin induced decreases of rat systemic arterial pressure were determined. The results showed that nocistatin can increase the systemic arterial pressure, increase the hindquarter vascular bed resistance and induce the contraction significantly of abdominal, femoral aorta muscle strips without endotheiium; it has no significant effect on tension of pectoral aorta muscle strips, it cannot antagonize significantly the decrease of rat systemic arterial pressure induced by nociceptin. These results suggest that nocistatin has some important effects on blood vessel activities.     

减执行器水面舰船系统的光滑时变指数全局镇定

已知减执行器水面舰船系统不能由连续时不变反馈控制律镇定。本文对减执行器水面舰船系统提出一种具有指数收敛率的光滑时变反馈控制律,使得闭环系统被全局镇定。该方法反馈控制律设计简单,并且所有状态的收敛率可以事先确定。与其它同类方法的比较以及仿真例子说明了该方法的有效性。     

船舶机舱模型振声性能数值计算与试验验证

采用有限元/边界元法对船舶机舱动力设备及液舱流固耦合引起的振动与声辐射进行数值计算;并进行相应的实验研究。以某航海教学实习船机舱为原型,将此振声耦合系统简化为箱形多腔结构,运用数值有限元方法建立多腔结构及其单元腔室的模型,考虑流固耦合效应,对结构进行频率响应分析;然后采用边界元法对舱室辐射噪声进行了计算。计算结果与实验结果之间的误差在5 dB以内,表明本方法具有较好的准确度。采取两端简支的边界条件,研究三舱段船舶机舱模型振声性能时,充液及增加充液舱数,总体对改善舱室振声性能有利;但对于液舱接触舱室声学环境影响要分频段考虑,此外舱室距振源的距离对计算结果有较大的影响。     

核供热堆压力壳、钢安全壳套装工艺

采用一体化布置、全功率自然循环冷却和紧贴式双层承压壳的核供热堆具有固有安全性和良好的经济性 ,但同时也带来了大型薄壁容器套装的新课题。该文以系统工程的方法和观点全面分析了压力壳、钢安全壳套装的关键技术问题 ,在国内外均无可借鉴经验的情况下提出套装工艺 ,并在已投入运行的 5 MW低温堆工程中得到应用。应用结果表明该套装工艺安全、可靠 ,具有良好的可操作性和独创性。对反应堆压力容器套装工艺的研究 ,对于积累核设备设计、制造和安装经验 ,制定相应的技术标准 ,推进核供热技术产业化具有一定意义

化工容器的设计方法

目前,化工容器常规设计采用静载荷、高安全系数和规定具体的结构形式,具有很大的不合理性,原因是化工容器大多数受变载荷作用,加之材料本身的缺陷,以及结构的不连续,因此,按疲劳设计更符合工程实际。     

基于神经网络的疲劳裂纹扩展率的初步估算

采用基于神经网络的方法对压力容器疲劳裂纹扩展公式（Ｐａｒｉｓ公式）中的两个材料常数进行了估算,用人工神经网络建立一个学习系统,以获得各种材料的疲劳裂纹扩展率．通过计算和实验数据的比较,证明了利用神经网络进行疲劳裂纹扩展率的估算是可行的．     

鸡胚蛋血线方向与其性别关系的统计分析

应用数理统计方法,借助于应用数学软件,对鸡胚蛋血线方向与性别关系作了全面的统计分析,得出已有血线各个参数与鸡胚蛋性别关系的紧密程度数据,找出了最优的性别判别函数,此方法可推广应用于其他蛋禽类,并指出了进一步完善的方向.
