用N-(3-P)NEM标记毛发角蛋白研究毛发中低硫蛋白和高硫蛋白的状态

本文用一种特异性标记蛋白质巯基的N-(3-P)NEM为荧光探针标记毛发角蛋白,经SDS-PAGE后,通过荧光薄层扫描确定N-(3-P)NEM与含巯基蛋白结合的部位。结果表明,毛发角蛋白中的低硫蛋白分子量在45,000～63,000范围,约占总蛋白量的49.6％～68.2％;高硫蛋白分子量在4,000～20,000范围,约占总蛋白量的18.9％～36.2％。除低硫和高硫蛋白以外,毛发角蛋白中还可能存在一种极低硫蛋白,分子量位于22,000～32,000范围。对人与5种动物的毛发角蛋白组分进行比较,证实人与动物的毛发角蛋白的主要差异在高硫蛋白,不同种属的动物毛发角蛋白中低硫蛋白和高硫蛋白的含量也不相同。作者认为毛发角蛋白中含巯基蛋白的差异可为动物分类学和法医学在进行毛发比较鉴别方面提供新的重要信息。     

INVESTIGATION ON OVERCOMING WEFT DETWISTING AIR-INSERTION OF AIR-JET LOOM

A special tip of vortex twisting nozzle is designed and fastened at the exit out of the drafted reed space or shed. Compressed air is supplied by the tube near the last subnozzle, weft yarn is retwisted and twistloss can be totally compensated with slight excess of 0.74%.     

Proopiomelanocortin expression in the skin during induced hair growth in mice

We demonstrate for the first time a hair cycle-dependent gene and protein expression of proopiomelanocortin in mouse skin in vivo. Northern blot detected POMC mRNA with an apparent size of 0.9 kb in anagen but not telogen skin. Western blot emphasized a specific protein of 30–33 kDa recognized by anti -endorphin in late but not early anagen or telogen skin. By immunocytochemistry, -endorphin antigen was localized in the sebaceous gland in a hair cycle dependent manner.     

新型压电陶瓷涡街流量计

介绍一种新型的压电陶瓷涡街流量计,该流量计采用ＢＳＴ压电陶瓷元件来检测旋涡释放频率,使该流量计能在高温工况下工作,一年多的工业现场运行试验结果表明,新研制的涡街流量计可靠性高、稳定性好,在４００℃高温和１０ＭＰａ高压下能长期连续正常运行。     

硒水平对食管癌发病率影响的初步研究

对比研究显示食管癌高发区磁县土壤,粮食,水和正常人发硒的质量分数「分别为０．４２＊１０＾－９,０．０８＊１０＾－９,１．２４＊１０＾－９,１．１６＊１０＾－６」最高,中发区临漳县次之「分别为０．１７４＊１０＾－９,０．０４９＊１０＾－９,０．６８＊１０＾－９,０．９７＊１０＾－６」,低发区魏县最低「分别为０．１４８＊１０＾－９,０．０２６＊１０＾－９,０．２４＊１０＾－９,０．９１＊１０＾－６」,     

前向多翼离心风机叶片尾迹和蜗壳二次流动的试验研究

对前向多翼式离心风机建立了性能及流场测试台位 性能试验及流场测试表明,性能试验重复性良好,曲线符合理论性能曲线.用粒子图像速度场仪技术对叶片尾迹区及蜗壳出口横截面上的二次流做了详细的变工况测量与分析.结果表明:叶片尾迹区脉动强度达20%～70%;在设计工况附近叶片尾迹影响区域小,在非设计工况下叶片尾迹影响区域大,尾迹区域占到蜗壳径向宽度的15%～25%,约是叶片弦高的2～3倍;在蜗壳横截面上明显存在二次流旋涡;沿着蜗壳旋出方向二次流对称分布,但是到达出口时,小流量下两侧旋涡结合成一个旋涡,大流量下两侧旋涡一直保持到蜗壳出口.     

基于子波变换的消噪方法在涡街流量传感器中的应用

基于子波变换消噪原理，结合流量测量持定要求，提出了一种适用于在涡街流量传感器信号处理的单支重构滤波方法，同时给出了滤波级数的选取方法，这种计数方法能够有效地扩大涡街流量传感器的量程下降，通过对实际信号的分析，证实了方法的有效性。     

Instability of the shear layer in the near wake of a circular cylinder

The instability of the shear layer separated from a circular cylinder is studied with the Reynolds number (Re) of 3000～104 by numerically solving the two-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations. In the wake of the cylinder, primary vortex shedding with natural frequency fs occurs, and the instability of the shear layer with frequency ft develops, which leads to mixing layer eddies and interacts with the primary shedding vortices. However, there remains some uncertainties regarding to the variation of the shear layer characteristic frequency with the Reynolds number. Based on the previous experimental work, several relationships of ft/fs with Re has been proposed including ft/fs～Re0.5 by Bloor, ft/fs～Re0.87 by Wei and Smith and ft/fs～Re0.67 by Prasad and Williamson. The objective of this study is to predict reasonably the relation of the shear layer instability frequency with the Reynolds number based on the present accurate calculation with the high-order schemes and high-resolution spectrum analysis. According to our calculated results, a variation for the normalized shear-layer frequency of the form ft/fs～Re0.69 is predicted numerically, which is in good agreement with a recent experimental measurement of Re0.67 and physical prediction of Re0.7.     

离心风机蜗壳进口周向来流的非均匀性对其旋涡流动影响的数值研究

运用CFD技术对一离心风机整机作数值模拟，研究了蜗壳进口周向非均匀来流对其内旋涡结构、演化过程的影响．计算结果表明，蜗壳内各径向截面上产生了3个旋涡，一个进口涡和一对梯形涡，且都经历了初生、发展、耗散和溃灭等过程．与单蜗壳在周向均匀来流的假设下计算所得的旋涡结构相比，两者存在很大的差别，这说明只有考虑蜗壳来流的非均匀性影响，才能比较准确地模拟其内的旋涡运动．     

SG921-1型双光束测汞仪测定头发中的痕量汞

用SG921—1型双光束测汞仪测定了头发中痕量汞．结果表明两组发样的回收率分别为101．7％和99．1％，该方法具有灵敏度高、精密准确、操作简便易行等优点．
