朝鲜鹌鹑耳蜗的组织发生

以朝鲜鹌鹑胚胎和幼体的内耳为材料，用组织学方法对内耳的发育过程进行研究。孵化３６ｈ，听基板已形成；孵化７２ｈ，听泡形成；孵化４ｄ，基乳突形成；孵化６ｄ，毛细胞分化出来；孵化１６ｄ，内耳结构基本发育完成；出壳后，其结构继续发育完善。 发育结果显示：螺旋神经节细胞和毛细胞优先发育，附属结构在其后发育。     

NF-L and NF-M are expressed in epithelial cells and coassemble with keratin or vimentin

Neurofilaments (NFs) and cytokeratins are both heteropolymers, which assemble into intermediate filaments (IFs) only when other proper IF subunit proteins are expressed simultaneously. To study the assembly property of NFs, we constructed two recombinant adenovirus which could express NF-L or NF-M, fused with green fluorescent protein (GFP) respectively. Then they were introduced into vero cells, and expressed fusion protein. Double labels of GFP fluorescence and immunofluorescence staining indicated that NF-L-GFP or GFP-NF-M not only coassembled with endogenous vimentins, but also coassembled with keratins into a cytoplasmic network of filaments.     

Isolation and Properties of Melanin in Fine Yak Hair

Melanin granules were isolated from fine yak hair by means of protein enzyme and hydrochloric acid.Resultsof SEM investigation and amino acid analysis were usedto study the physical and chemical properties of melaningranules.The solubility of melanin granules in differentchemical solutions was also studied.     

紫露草雄蕊毛技术对水质的突变性研究初探

用紫露草雄蕊毛突变技术对盘龙江松花坝至滇池河段的水质进行监测．监测结果显示：整条江水质呈现出轻重不一的污染段面．北仓、滇池汇水口样点水质具有较高的雄蕊毛突变率，突变率分别为０．４９２‰和０．５５６‰．城区河段紫露草雄蕊毛突变率较低，最低点为双凤桥样点，突变率为０．２２６‰．但从整体来看，由松花坝雄蕊毛突变率０．０９１‰至滇池汇水口处增至０．５５６‰，水体的潜在性致突变物污染程度逐渐加重．这表明盘龙江水体可能存在致突变物污染的潜在危险性

Enzymatic processing of pheromones and pheromone analogs

Summary Pheromone perception requires rapid enzymatic degradation of the active chemical signal in the sensory hairs. Three insects are used to illustrate chemical approaches to studying the degradation of pheromones by antennal enzymes. First, hydrolysis of acetate and haloacetate esters is examined in the diamondback moth,Plutella xylostella. Second, aldehyde oxidation and the selective inhibition of the oxidase and dehydrogenase activities are described for the tobacco budworm moth,Heliothis virescens. Finally, a stereochemical analysis of the epoxide-hydrase catalyzed addition of a water molecule to the oxirane ring of disparlure is described for the gypsy moth,Lymantria dispar.     

氧化型染发剂

研究了氧化染料、染料配比、染色剂pH值范围以及包装材料等因素对氧化型染发剂的影响。试验结果表明：从染发剂的使用效果、质量稳定性两个方面考虑，氧化染料、染色剂的pH值范围及包装材料对染发剂的染发效果影响较大。     

高压脉冲电场对毛发染色效果的影响

为了研究高压脉冲电场对毛发染色效果的影响,试验以18～28岁年龄段人群的黑色头发和染发剂为试材,以染发后毛发的RGB(red green blue)模型提取值作为响应值,并采用等响应面试验法设计试验,以构建和分析高压脉冲电场的电场强度、脉冲宽度以及脉冲个数对毛发染色效果影响的数学模型和机理。试验结果表明：高压脉冲电场同时处理头发和染发剂后最高可提升RGB参数中的蓝色通道值B为3.7%,对应的最优化工艺化参数为：电场强度1 125V/mm、脉冲宽度175μs、脉冲个数52个。因此,高压脉冲电场对头发和染发剂进行处理后再进行染色可改善着色效果,并为毛发染色工艺优化奠定一定基础。
