平菇原生质体融合株生物学特性的研究

本文对４个原生质体融合株（Ｔ１、Ｔ２、Ｔ３和Ｔ４）及其亲本糙皮侧耳８３１和师大的生物学特性进行了研究，同时进行了出菇试验．结果表明：６个菌株的最适氮源、碳源、ｐＨ和温度存在着明显差异．出菇试验表明，融合株Ｔ４的生物学效率为１３３．２％，高于两个亲本，是一株值得推广应用的优良菌株．     

软件可靠性模型在软件测试管理中的应用研究

本文应用软件可靠性模型技术研究软件测试资源管理的两个基本问题:测试资源的预测与分配问题和测试的最佳释放时间问题。应用文献[1]中得到的一般软件可靠性增长模型,我们讨论了软件测试资源的预估和分配的一般方法和具体计算公式,以及在几种软件释放标准下的最佳释放时间的确定方法。文中所提供的方法与公式对于搞好软件开发工作,合理地使用测试资源,保证软件的可靠性指标与预定功能的完成,降低软件产品的价格性能比有一定的实用价值。     

Effect of epidermal growth factor on growth and maturation of fetal and neonatal rat small intestine in organ culture

Summary Small intestinal explants from pre- and post-natal rats were incubated in an organ culture system in the absence and presence of epidermal growth factor (EGF). The rate of synthesis of small intestinal DNA and protein as well as the activity of lactase and alkaline phosphatase increased rapidly between 17 and 20-day gestational age, whereafter they declined. The maximal incorporation of³H-thymidine and¹⁴C-alanine into DNA and protein, respectively, was significantly stimulated by EGF (100 ng/ml). EGF had no effect on the activity of either lactase or alkaline phosphatase in the small intestinal explants.Acknowledgment. 中国西部地区的通货膨胀与经济增长关系实证分析

文章分析了西部各地区的经济增长和通货膨胀间的关系.研究发现西部地区经济增长与通货膨胀间就表现出三类关系,一类是经济增长与通货膨胀间呈现出的负相关关系,一类是经济增长与通货膨胀间呈现的正相关关系,而四川、宁夏、新疆等地的经济增长与通货膨胀间几乎不存在相关关系.造成此种差异的原因在于各地区经济金融发展存在明显的地区差异所致.因此,我国的宏观经济调控政策必须要考虑地区特点,对不同地区实行分类指导.

在这篇文章中，我们讨论超圆盘上全纯自同态关于单叶性区域的极值问题，并获得精确结果，从而推广了一维情形的Ｌａｎｄａｕ定理．     

Plant growth stimulation by inoculation with symbiotic and associative rhizosphere microorganisms

SelectedRhizobium bacteria, arbuscular mycorrhiza-forming (AM) fungi and associative bacteria have been shown to stimulate the growth of legumes, gramineae and cruciferae in field experiments on different soil types in temperate regions. A combination of microorganisms with different metabolic capacities (N₂-fixation, P-mobilization; production of phytohormones and antibiotics) can partly surpass the effect of single inoculations, or can produce a positive effect where single inoculations are ineffective. Growth stimulation by inoculation requires microorganisms with phytoeffective metabolic characteristics and the ability to survive in the rhizosphere during the growth period. Another prerequisite is an adequate supply of plant assimilates for the production of microbial phytoeffective metabolites. Type of inoculum, method of inoculation and agricultural measures can influence the effect of the inoculation. Research is necessary to extend our knowledge both of basic principles, and about using microorganisms in practice.     

阳离子的电荷和半径对充满型钨青铜结构铌酸盐单晶生长和某些性质的影响

以碱金属,碱土金属,第一过渡族金属和稀土金属离子混合填无钨青铜铌酸盐的 A 位,使之构成 A 位充满型结构。用 Czochralski 法生长晶体。讨论了不同电荷及半径的离子对晶体生长习性,介电特性及居里点等的影响,比较不同的离子对晶体极化的稳定作用.     

Growth ofNostoc muscorum mutants in the presence of diuron (DCMU) and L-methionine-DL-sulfoximine

Summary Diuron (DCMU) is inhibitory to the photoautotrophic and photoheterotrophic growth of the N₂-fixing blue-green algaNostoc muscorum at concentrations of 1.0×10^–5 M and 2.0×10^–5 M, respectively. A mutant of this organism resistant to 5.0×10^–5 M DCMU under its photoheterotrophic growth conditions, with the ability to utilize DCMU as a carbon and nitrogen source for growth, and complete inability to grow photoautotrophically has been isolated. With the apparent defect in its photosynthetic ability, it is suggested that theDCMU ^r mutant lacks the step inhibited by 1.0×10^–5 M DCMU, and metabolizes DCMU by an existing enzyme system in the absence of such inhibition. That this enzyme may be glutamine synthetase (GS) is explained with the help of a L-methionine-DL-sulfoximine (MSO)-resistant mutant ofN. muscorum which is able to grow faster with 2.0×10^–5 DCMU and is known to contain an altered GS.Thanks are due to the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, CSIR Complex, Govt. of India, New Delhi-110012, for appointing the author to the Scientists' Pool for undertaking researches on the physiological and genetic controls of nitrogen metabolism in blue-green algae, a part of which is presented in this literature.

大熊猫在饲养状况下,多数雄性不具交配能力,雌性能受孕产仔的也少。通过在野外进行繁殖生态学的研究,揭示了产生这一现象的原因,为抢救这一濒危物种和保护管理提供了理论依据。     

经济增长与政治合法性的关系探析

20世纪90年代中期以来，一方面中国经济高速增长，另一方面却又面临政治合法性危机。究其原因，在于经济增长模式不同，单纯的经济增长并没有带来政治的必然合法性。政治合法性要求公正、持续、协调的经济增长。随着社会的变迁，政治合法性基础也应不断变化。在新形势下，政治合法性建设应在原有的政绩合法性基础上，构建法理型的合法性。
