WS~*-闭空间的性质

该文引入了一类包含Ｓ－闭空间的拓扑空间——ＷＳ＊－闭空间,并讨论了它的一些性质,对一些关于Ｓ－闭空间的已知命题,建立或推广得到ＷＳ＊－闭空间的相应命题。     

活菌制剂对雏鸡白痢沙门氏菌的体外拮抗及预防效果试验

从健康鸡的新鲜粪便中分离到乳酸杆菌和粪链球菌,佐以地衣芽孢杆菌,按不同比例制成活菌制剂。比较其对雏鸡白痢沙门氏菌的体外拮抗作用。结果表明,复合菌的组合适宜,对雏鸡白痢沙门氏菌的生长有很强的抑制作用。用此复合菌培养物预防人工感染的雏鸡白痢病,其预防保护率为８５％。     

盐胁迫下Na^＋,K^＋,Cl^—对碱蓬和玉米离子的吸收效应

用ＮａＣｌ、ＫＣｌ、ＮａＮＯ３和ＫＮＯ３处理碱蓬（Ｓｕａｅｄａｓａｌｓａ）和玉米（Ｚｅａｍａｙｓ）幼苗,发现ＮａＣｌ胁迫引起Ｋ＋、Ｃａ２＋、Ｍｇ２＋、Ｆｅ２＋、Ｚｎ２＋、ＮＯ－３等必需元素的含量降低．认为ＫＣｌ和ＫＮＯ３处理引起碱蓬幼苗幼叶黄化的主要原因是Ｎａ＋的缺乏;ＫＣｌ处理引起玉米和碱蓬幼苗的干枯死亡主要是由于植物体内高浓度Ｃｌ－引起的;Ｎａ＋是引起盐生植物碱蓬叶片肉质化的重要因子;Ｃｌ－是刺激碱蓬生长的重要因子     

Stability of the Sarcin/Ricin domain of 28S RNA in rat ribosome under hydrostatic pressure

Under 2 100 bar of hydrostatic pressure, KNA N-glycosidase can still cleave the N-C bond of adenosine at position 4324 in R/S domain of 28S RNA in rat ribosome, demonstrating that high pressure has no effect on the tertiary structure of S/R domain.     

Preparation and optical properties of solid solution semiconductor (Zn x Cd1−x S) doped silica glasses

Semiconductor(Zn_xCd_1−x S) doped silica glasses were prepared by Sol-Gel process andin situ growth technique. The structure of the materials was characterized by X-ray diffraction technique, the particle size of semiconductor crystallites from X-ray patterns was estimated less than 10 nm. From absorption spectra, it is obtained that the absorption edges shifted to short wavelength direction when Zn contents increased, and the absorption edge can be adjusted from 2.46 eV to 2.96 eV by controlling Zn contents. The third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility was studied at 532 nm with 8 ns pulse laser by degenerate four wave mixing (DFWM) technique.     

“S”形刃球头立铣刀的研究（Ⅰ）──数学模型

在分析球头立铣刀刃磨方法的基础上,建立了“Ｓ”形刃球头立铣刀前、后刀面以及切削刃的数学模型．模型的建立对“Ｓ”形刃球头立铣刀几何参数的分析及优化、切削机理的研究、刃磨参数的选择以及刃磨装置的设计都将具有理论意义;对加快“Ｓ”形刃球头立铣刀的国产化制造具有实用价值．     

2-Carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide,a synthetic organogermanium compound,as an inducer of contrasuppressor T cells

2-Carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide (Ge-132), a synthesized organogermanium compound with immunomodulaing activities, was shown to be an inducer of anti-suppressor T cells in normal mice. The suppressor cell activity of T6S cells, a clone of burn-induced CD8⁺ IL-4-producing suppressor T cells, was clearly inhibited when a mixed lymphocyte-tumor cell reaction of the clone was conducted with splenic mononuclear cells from mice treated orally with a 100 mg/kg dose of Ge-132. The activity of anti-suppressor cells was demonstrated in spleens of mice 2 days after treatment with Ge-132 and reached its peak on day 3. The anti-suppressor cells induced by the compound were of a contrasuppressor T cell-linage, because they were characterized as CD4⁺ CD28⁺ TCR/⁺ Vicia villosa lectin-adherent T cells. These cells produced IFN- but did not produce IL-2, IL-4, IL-6 or IL-10 in their culture fluids. CD4⁺ anti-suppressor T cells induced by Ge-132 may be different from other subsets of CD4⁺ T cells because Th1 and Th2 cells generated in our laboratory did not adhere toVicia villosa lectin-coated petri dishes, and each produced specific cytokines. Th1 cells produced IFN- and IL-2 while Th2 cells produce IL-4 and IL-10 in vitro. These results suggest that Ge-132 may be useful as an inducer of contrasuppressor T cells in immunocompromised individuals bearing suppressor T cells. To eliminate suppressor T cells from immunocompromised hosts may result in improved resistance from various opportunistic infections.     

Almost sure convergence of weighted sums of NA sequences

For double arrays of constants {a _ni, 1≤i≤k _n, n≥1} and NA r.v. 's {X _n, n≥1}, conditions for almost sure convergence of are given. Both casesk _n ↑ ∞ andk _n=∞ are treated.
