我国医疗价格调整效应的系统分析

医疗价格是政府干预医疗市场的基本手段之一，直接关系到医疗保健系统的整体效能。2002年调整医疗价格后，全国总的情况均不理想，看病贵看病难愈演愈烈。湖南的医疗价格总体水平及其内含的药品费用、检查费用和医疗劳务费用一路走高．且涨幅显著高于同期物价及城乡居民收入增长。运用系统分析方法，解剖其成因，探讨应对举措，乃是社会各界的当务之急。     

Germ cell transplantation in infertility mouse

This work investigated the spermatogenesis in an infertility BALB/c-nu mouse model by reinfusing germline stem cells into seminiferous tubules. Donor germ cells were isolated from male FVB/NJ-GFP trensgenic mice. Seminiferous tubule microinjection was applied to achieve intratubular germ cell transfer. The germ cells were injected into exposed testes of the infertility mice. We used green fluorescence and DNA analysis of donor cells from GFP transgenic mice as genetic marker. The natural mating and Southern blot methods were applied to analyze the effect of sperm cell transplantation and the sperm function after seminiferous tubule microinjection. The spermatogenesis was morphologically observed from the seminiferous tubules in 41/60 （68.33%） of the injected recipient mice using allogeneic donor cells. In the colonized testes, matured spermatozoa were seen in the lumen of the seminiferous tubules. In this research, BALB/c-nu infertility mouse model, the recipient animal, was used to avoid immunological rejection of donor cells, and germ cell transplantation was applied to overcome infertility caused by busulfan treatment. These results demonstrate that this technique of germ cell transplantation is of great use. Germ cell transplantation could be potentially valuable to oncological patients.     

儿童骨盆骨折及其合并伤的治疗

目的探讨儿童骨盆骨折及其合并伤的治疗效果。方法1999年7月～2008年3月的35例儿童骨盆骨折,其中,男20例,女15例,年龄5～16岁,平均11．7岁。骨盆骨折分型按Torode—zieg分类法。Ⅰ型,11例;Ⅱ型,12例．Ⅲ型,8例：Ⅳ型,4例。患者入院后早期明确诊断,及时抗休克,积极处理合并伤,对骨盆骨折予早期复位固定等处理。疗效评价分优、良、差三级。结果35例患者中,死亡2例,33例经6月～7年,平均26．8月的随访。疗效评价,优14例,良18例,差2例,优良率为93．94％（31／33）。结论儿童骨盆骨折应早期明确诊断,骨折早期复位固定,及时治疗合并伤,治疗效果满意。     

胎盘早剥18例临床分析

目的：探讨胎盘早剥的诊断与治疗情况．方法：回顾性分析内蒙古民族大学附属医院收治的18例胎盘早剥患者的临床表现、诊断、治疗及母婴预后情况．结果：18例胎盘早剥患者产前诊断10例,疑诊4例,误诊4例．15例以剖宫产终止妊娠,3例经阴道分娩,子宫切除0例,无1例产妇死亡,新生儿存活15例（包括双胎1例）,死亡4例（包括胎死宫内2例）,围生儿死亡率11．76％．结论：胎盘早剥严重危及母婴生命,一旦确诊应尽快采取措施终止妊娠,防止并发症的发生及提高围生儿存活率．     

蒙医药治疗脑梗塞的研究进展

传统蒙医对脑梗塞病因病机及临证诊治有其独特的认识．笔者就蒙医对脑梗塞的认识、辨证施治、蒙西医结合治疗及实验研究等方面进行论述,为临床治疗及进一步研究提供参考．     

治疗创伤性上颈椎不稳13例临床分析

目的回顾创伤性上颈椎不稳病例13例,强调早期诊治的重要性及治疗原则.方法对未合并横韧带断裂病例采用保守治疗,合并横韧带断裂者应早期外科干预.结果保守治疗3~5个月可恢复,手术治疗可完全恢复.结论全面查体及影像学检查早期可确诊,Aprofix内固定系统具有固定可靠,操作简单,且该内固定系统具有良好的生物学相容性及生物力学性能,是治疗创伤性上颈椎不稳的较好的内固定方法之一.     

Modified natural zeolite as heterogeneous Fenton catalyst in treatment of recalcitrants in industrial effluent

Industrial effluents with high recalcitrants should undergo post-treatment after biological treatment. The aim of this study was to use cheap and abundantly available natural materials to develop heterogeneous Fenton catalysts for the removal of colored recalcitrants in molasses distillery wastewater(MDW). The pellets of zeolite,which is naturally available in many countries, were modified by pre-treatment with sulphuric acid, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, before embedding on them the ferrous ions. The effects of p H and temperature on heterogeneous Fenton were studied using the modified catalysts. The sulphuric acid-ferrous modified catalysts showed the highest affectivity which achieved 90% color and 60% TOC(total organic carbon) removal at 150 g/L pellet catalyst dosage, 2 g/L H_2O_2 and 25 °C. The heterogeneous Fenton with the same catalyst caused improvement in the biodegradability of anaerobic effluent from 0.07 to 0.55. The catalyst was also applied to pre-treat the raw MDW and increased it's biodegradability by 4%. The color of the resultant anaerobic effluent was also reduced. The kinetics of total TOC removal was found to depend on operation temperature. It was best described by simultaneous first and second order kinetics model for the initial reaction and second order model for the rest of the reaction.     

中药合剂治疗实验性多发性肌炎的研究

文章采用兔肌肉匀浆加佛氏完全佐剂免疫注射豚鼠,造成实验性免疫性多发性肌炎动物模型(EIM),分4组,观察中药合剂对此模型的药物疗效.通过观察治疗前后各组间的动物症状、血清肌酶、肌电图、病理组化情况,从而了解中药合剂是一种对多发性肌炎有明显疗效的药物,副作用小,可用于临床.     

急性坏死性胰腺炎的腹膜透析治疗分析

目的探讨急性坏死性胰腺炎的腹膜透析治疗的疗效,并进行分析.方法回顾分析5 a来收治的急性坏死性胰腺炎患者20例,入院后均采用内科综合治疗,一旦病情进展,立即早期联合应用腹膜透析.将透析管置入膀胱直肠窝,术后即进行间歇性腹膜透析(IPD).结果全组20例患者在腹膜透析过程中未出现严重并发症,恢复情况良好,取得了满意的疗效.结论腹膜透析方法简单、安全,通过内科综合治疗及早期联合应用腹膜透析,提高了急性坏死性胰腺炎的治愈率,值得临床推广使用.
