基于声学超晶格铌酸锂的新型体声波器件

设计了一种集成的声学器件。它的基本结构是由下列3部分组成的，即换能器部分、声学开关部分和声传播介质部分，但其材料均来源于铌酸锂晶体。其中换能器与声开关部分是由声学超晶格铌酸锂构成的，而声的传播介质则是单畴铌酸锂。着重研究了声开关部分所外加的直流偏压对在该器件中传播的声波的影响。结果显示：声开关部分对声波的反射率受到这一外加偏压大小的影响，外加偏压越大，则反射率越强；声子带隙也受到外加偏压的影响，外加偏压越大，则声子带隙将会增宽。同时我们还发现了声开关的反射谱分布决定于铌酸锂超晶格的周期大小，且超晶格周期数的减小也会增宽声子带隙。该器件在设计上有两大优点：一是实现了声学开关器件的集成化，二是充分利用了声学超晶格铌酸锂最大的机电耦合系数。

介绍了一种新的图形与信息分层无缝集成模式，对信息资源在图形中的多态复合链接技术进行了深入研究，并就其原理、实现方法和应用实例进行了阐述．与传统的Hyperlink相比，可实现信息链接形态的多样性，并能在一个信息点加载多项链接，能大幅度提高图形的信息载量和信息的图示化程度．应用结果表明，该技术能高效利用现有的图库和信息库资源，适用于企事业单位传统的设备台帐管理、工程图纸信息管理以及数字化城市管理等诸多领域，能较大幅度地提高图形文档的信息集成能力．     

Analyses on Four Models and Cases of Enterprise Informatization

The basic conditions of the enterprise informatization in Heilongiiang province are analyzed and 4 models are designed to drive the industrial and commercial information enterprise. The 4 models are the Resource Integration Informatization Model, the Flow Management Informatization Model, the Intranet E-commerce Informatization Model and the Network Enterprise Informatization Model. The conditions for using and problems needing attentions of these 4 models are also analyzed.

Fast VLSI Implementation of Modular Inversion in Galois Field GF（p）

Modular inversion is one of the key arithmetic operations in public key cryptosystems, so low-cost,high-speed hardware implementation is absolutely necessary. This paper presents an algorithm for prime fields for hardware implementation. The algorithm involves only ordinary addition/subtraction and does not need any modular operations, multiplications or divisions. All of the arithmetic operations in the algorithm can be accomplished by only one adder, so it is very suitable for fast very large scale integration (VLSI) implementation. The VLSI implementation of the algorithm is also given with good performance and low silicon penalty.
