水稻苯达松敏感致死基因的RAPD标记的克隆及测序

用3S Spin DNA Agarose Gel Purification Kit试剂盒将与水稻苯达松敏感致死基因相连锁的RAPD遗传标记S20—420和S316—600回收纯化，连接于pGEM—T载体并克隆测序，得到了S20—420和S316—600的全序列，其长度分别为423bp、606bp．将两端序列设计特异PCR扩增引物可用于检测水稻苯达松敏感致死基因和标记辅助育种．

Immunogenetics

Summary The 1985 Catalog of Mapped Genes (Human Gene Mapping 8; 33) has been used to pick out the known, immunologically important genes; these are then discussed in the following order: 1. genes controlling organs, tissues and cells of the immune apparatus, 2. genes determining self structures, 3. genes determining the structures of immunological specificity, 4. genes determining substances with immunoregulatory and effector properties. The symbols for the genes and the biological functions of their products are explained. The genetics of the ABO blood groups, of the HLA-system and of antibody formation are given in rather more detail.     

Biological role of major transplantation antigens in T cell self-recognition

Summary The proposal is made, illustrated and supported by experimental evidence that T cell-mediated immunopathology triggered initially by low- or non-cytopathic infectious agents may cause diseases, susceptibility to which is linked to the major histocompatibility gene complex.This summary is an updated version of the paper given on the occasion of the Paul Ehrlich Prize ceremonies in 1983; it was also presented at the meeting New Trends in Allergy II in München 1985, and is reproduced here with the permission of Springer Verlag, Heidelberg.     

Morphological,biochemical and molecular changes during ectomycorrhiza development

Summary An ectomycorrhiza, a specialized root organ, is the result of a complex interaction leading to a finely-tuned symbiosis between a plant and a compatible ectomycorrhizal fungus. Ultrastructural observations combined with cytochemical and biochemical studies reveal that structural and metabolic changes in the symbiont cells lead to the final phenotype of the active ectomycorrhiza. In the present review these changes are interpreted as changes in gene expression and discussed within the context of ectomycorrhiza development. Recent genetic data indicate that the continued vegetative growth of the ectomycorrhizal hyphae and the root tissues, and their ability to switch to symbiotic organ formation, is basically controlled by developmentally critical genes. The activity of these symbiotic genes during the differentiation of ectomycorrhizas is associated with extensive changes in the concentration of particular polypeptides and protein biosynthesis. The present state of knowledge about the developmental biology of ectomycorrhizas allows only speculation about the events during their development.Puisant mes forces aux sources des galaxies En buvant la sève des arbres M. 棉花三系配套的研究

利用棉花杂种优势,是提高产量和改进纤维品质的有效途径。推广杂种棉的关键措施是进行三系配套,实行不育化制种。我们于1985年以哈型雄性不育材料为不育“源”,以北疆推广品种“新陆早一号”和“66—241”为回交亲本,进行回交转育。经过三年的回交和定向选择,现已基本育成不育性稳定的,农艺性状接近回交亲本的四个新的雄性不育系。1987年,开始了恢复系的转育工作,并取得一定的研究结果。同时对不育系的自然授粉也进行了初步的研究,发现不育系对野蜂有某种吸引力,因而有较高的单株成铃数;这对制种工作是十分有利的。

ＭａｒｉｏＢｌａｕｍ和ＪｅｈｏｓｈｕａＢｒｕｃｋ提出了一种基于［２３,１２,７］Ｇｏｌａｙ码校验矩阵＂设计＂特性的译码算法,和其它的Ｇｏｌａｙ码译码算法相比,这种译码算法的复杂度最小,但它不便于用集成器件实现和不便于完全集成化,作者对该算法进行了改进,使其易于集成实现;同时使［２３,１２,７］Ｇｏｌａｙ码译码算法进一步简化．对其复杂度分析证明,当误码率≤１０％时,作者所设计的译码算法优于其它译码算法。     

WS~*-闭空间的性质

该文引入了一类包含Ｓ－闭空间的拓扑空间——ＷＳ＊－闭空间,并讨论了它的一些性质,对一些关于Ｓ－闭空间的已知命题,建立或推广得到ＷＳ＊－闭空间的相应命题。     

满江红鱼腥藻glnA基因上游调控区的克隆及其序列分析

以满江红鱼腥藻（Ａａｃ）提取总ＤＮＡ为模板,通过ＰＣＲ技术,扩增得到其谷氨酰胺合成酶基因（ｇｌｎＡ）上游区．经酶切得到４０９ｂｐ的片段,并将其连接到ｐＢｌｕｅｓｃｒｉｐｔⅡｋｓ＋上测序．将测序结果与Ａｎａｂａｅｎａ７１２０调控序列比较,有９８２％的同源性．在上游调控中也具有ｎｉｆｌｉｋｅ和Ｅ．ｃｏｌｉｌｉｋｅ启动子,值得注意的是,调节蛋白ＶＦ１的结合位点正好位于ｎｉｆｌｉｋｅ启动子上．所克隆的片段不但对蓝藻固氮、泌氨的基因调控研究具有意义,也对表达载体的构建具有实用价值．     

具有自学习功能的电力负荷模糊推理预测

考虑到电力负荷预测问题中存在的不确定性,采用模糊推理预测方法进行负荷预测的研究。该方法利用电力最高负荷和国内生产总值的历史数据建立模糊推理规则,从而进一步建立最高负荷跟国内生产总值之间的模糊蕴涵关系,通过模糊推理得到了负荷预测结果。为了使模型能够象专家一样不断地总结新的经验并调整原有的经验,模型克服了其它模型中知识的凝固性,具有自学习功能。利用某些区的实际数据进行分析计算,得到了满足的结果。
