储藏中药材孳生粉螨的研究

采用了清水漂浮法和塔氏电热集螨器分离法，共分离中药材样品146种，1460份，从中分离出粉螨48种，隶属7科25属。得出结论：中药材粉螨的污染严重，应加强对中药材螨类的防治，以保护中药材及预防人体螨病。     

诺木洪白枸杞瘤瘿螨的空间分布型及抽样技术

本文对诺木洪白枸杞瘤瘿螨虫瘿在不同时间东、南、西、北4个方位和上、中、下3层的空间分布做了调查,采用7种聚集度指标和6种回归模型检验确定白枸杞瘤瘿螨虫瘿的空间分布型,确定田间理论抽样数。结果表明:白枸杞瘤瘿螨虫瘿的空间分布型为聚集分布,并且虫瘿内瘿螨个体间相互排斥;白枸杞瘤瘿螨虫瘿在田间的最适理论抽样模型为:n=t2/D2(-6.43m+0.359)。

粉尘螨过敏原脂肪酶的表达、纯化及生物信息学分析

为克隆原核表达并纯化出粉尘螨过敏原脂肪酶蛋白,鉴定其免疫学活性,并分析其分子特征.通过重组合成粉尘螨新过敏原脂肪酶基因,与p ET-28a载体连接后转化大肠埃希菌E.coli Top10,用异丙基-β-D-硫代半乳糖苷(IPTG)诱导表达重组新过敏原脂肪酶蛋白;经镍柱亲和层析纯化出粉尘螨重组脂肪酶蛋白,用Western Blot、ELISA方法检测其免疫原性.用生物信息学软件预测其理化性质、二级结构,并构建分子进化树.成功表达纯化出高纯度的粉尘螨重组脂肪酶蛋白,十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)结果显示表达重组产物分子质量约为40 k Da,与理论值一致,纯化后的表达产物经Western blot印迹检测有明显条带显示.信息学分析显示蛋白二级结构由α螺旋(16.38%)、延伸主链(18.93%)、无规则卷曲(64.69%)组成.成功原核表达出粉尘螨过敏原脂肪酶蛋白,并纯化获得较高纯度及较强免疫学活性的重组脂肪酶蛋白,为尘螨过敏性疾病的特异性诊断和免疫治疗奠定理论基础.     

Two new species of the genus Pseudolaelaps Berlese, 1916 (Acari: Mesostigmata: Pseudolaelapidae) from Europe,with an updated key to known species

Pseudolaelaps calvescens sp. nov. and Pseudolaelaps schweizeri sp. nov. (Acari: Pseudolaelapidae) are described based on female specimens from leaf litter and soil of forest habitats in Italy (surroundings of Bergamo) and Switzerland (surroundings of Basel), respectively. The British specimens referred to Pseudolaelaps doderoi are revised, and considered to be a misidentification of P. schweizeri sp. nov. An identification key to known species of the genus Pseudolaelaps is provided.

A new species of Proctophyllodes Robin, 1868 (Acari: Proctophyllodidae) from two tanagers of the genus Piranga Vieillot (Passeriformes: Cardinalidae) from North America

A new feather mite species, Proctophyllodes pirangae sp. n. (Acari: Proctophyllodidae) is described from two tanagers of the genus Piranga Vieillot, 1808 (Passeriformes: Cardinalidae) in North America: the Scarlet Tanager, Piranga olivacea (Gmelin) and the Western Tanager, Piranga ludoviciana (Wilson) (Passeriformes: Cardinalidae) from North America. The new species belongs to the anthi species group and differs from the most similar species, Proctophyllodes polyxenus Atyeo and Braasch, by having in males, the aedeagus and genital sheath extending to or slightly beyond the level of setae g, the anterior margin of the opisthogastric shield shallowly concave, and its posterior margin nearly square-shaped, and the lamellae smaller; in females, both the lobar cleft and the transverse band of soft tegument at level of setae h1 are considerably narrower.

2007年在福建省武夷山采到革螨28种,其中福建省新纪录9种：巢集肤刺螨Pellonyssus nidi Gu et Duan 1991．叉形美绥螨Ameroseius furcatus Karg1971,峰革赛螨Gamasellus montanus Willmann 1936,天目革赛螨Gamasellus tianmuensis Liang et Ishikawa 1989,长江革鞍螨Gamasellodes changjiangensis Ma 2008,安氏囊螨Asca anwenjui Ma 2003,海南囊螨A．haiaanensis Ma et Lin 2008,云南囊螨A．yunnanensis Ma et Lin 2008和都匀革板螨Gamasholaspis duyunensis Chen,Guo et Gu1994。     

First collections of water mites (Acari: Hydrachnidia) from Honduras: descriptions of six new species

First collections of water mites (Acari: Hydrachnidia) from Honduras indicate a rich fauna. Nineteen species from just three sites yielded six species new to science. New species described and discussed are: Hydrodroma moralesi n. sp., Flabellifrontipoda triscutata n. sp., Monatractides angelae n. sp., Pseudotorrenticola espinasseae n. sp., Atractides jenniferae n. sp. and Recifella cusucoensis n. sp.     

New species of the superfamily Euphthiracaroidea (Acari: Oribatida) from Madagascar and Tanzania

Five new species of the family Euphthiracaridae are described, identified and figured from the Afrotropical region: Oribotritia breviseta sp. nov. from Andasibe National Park of Madagascar; Acrotritia paraardua sp. nov. from Vohimana Experimental Reserve, Ambohitanely Special Reserve and Andasibe National Park of Madagascar; Acrotritia paradikra sp. nov. from Ranomafana National Park and Ankarafantsika National Park of Masagascar; Microtritia diaphoros sp. nov. from the Nguru Mountains of Tanzania; and Microtritia parahauseri sp. nov from the Uluguru Mountains of Tanzania. A comparison with the most closely related species of the genera Oribotritia, Acrotritia and Microtritia is also presented.
