基于模糊逻辑系统的组合大系统自适应观测器设计

针对一类非线性不确定组合大系统，利用模糊逻辑系统具有充分逼近连续函数的性质，分析和研究了这类系统自适应状态观测器设计问题，并在较弱的假设条件下，证明这种观测器与被控系统状态间的误差及各参数估计误差一致终极有界。最后的仿真实例说明了本文所提出方法的有效性。     

风险投资公司经营能力的模糊评价方法

针对风险投资公司的经营能力问题 ,依据风险投资的运作机制和风险公司经营活动的特征 ,首先建立了一套包括业绩与经验、管理能力、人力资源和资产状况等 4个方面的评价指标体系 ,共涉及 1 0个指标 .然后在此基础上 ,针对建立的指标体系中既有主观指标又有客观指标的特点 ,给出了一种模糊多指标评价方法 .最后通过一个实例计算说明了给出方法的应用 .     

降水预测的模糊权马尔可夫模型及应用

中长期降水量的预测是气象科学的一个难点问题，论文首先基于降水过程存在大量不确定性、不精确性的特点，应用模糊有序聚类的方法建立降水丰桔状况的分级标准；然后针对降水量为相依随机变量的特点，采取以规范化的各阶自相关系数为权重，用加权的马尔可夫链来预测未来降水的丰桔变化状况；在此基础上，根据模糊集理论中的级别特征值，计算出具体的降水量；最后以山西省河曲水文站近50年的降水资料为实例，对该方法进行了具体的应用，收到了较为满意的结果，从而为提高中长期降水量预报的精度提供了一条值得探索的途径。

The refinement algorithm consideration in text clustering scheme based on multilevel graph

To construct a high efficient text clustering algorithm, the multilevel graph model and the refinement algorithm used in the uncoarsening phase is discussed, The model is applied to text clustering.
