四面山野生花卉资源调查与利用研究

根据实地调查和归类统计，重庆江津四面山野生花卉共有254种，隶属于132科，按生态类型可分为一、二年生花卉、多年生花卉、水生花卉、观赏蕨类和木本花卉等5类，类型丰富，地方特色明显，在园林绿化上应用价值高，具有深度开发利用价值．

当前世界高水平足球队在顶级比赛中主要采用四四二、四五一、四三三、三五二等阵形,其中最主要的比赛阵形是四四二,这在英超、德甲和意甲赛事中最为典型。在全攻全守战术统治世界足坛的背景下,足球比赛阵形变化已呈现出多元化特征,阵形不再是一个固定的模式,它在足球比赛中只是一个符号,不是一支球队在比赛中获胜的法宝,但阵形承载着球队战术变化的每一个细节,是形成比赛格局的重要环节。阵形的结构是由在各个位置的队员构成的,他们是这支球队的细胞,一支球队的战术特色靠每个细胞共同发挥作用而得到体现。因此,对当前世界足球比赛阵形变化的趋势进行深入分析和研究,得出未来足球运动技战术发展的趋势,无疑具有重要意义。

Gamete formation reflects the sexual pheromone hierarchy ofDictyostelium giganteum

Summary Sexual development inDictyostelium giganteum begins with the appearance of small, amoeboid gametes that fuse to produce mainly binucleate cells which differentiate into zygote giant cells. The data presented here show that the number of gametes produced by each strain (WS589>WS606>WS607>WS588) is directly related to its position in this hierarchy.This work was supported by a grant (A6807) from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada.     

Biological effects of trilostane in vitro on oocyte maturation and fertilization in the hamster

Summary The effects of the inhibition of steroidogenesis by trilostane on oocyte maturation were examined by studying spontaneous maturation and fertilization in vitro. 10^–6 M trilostane had no influence on the meiotic process, whether the oocytes were naked or not. At a concentration of 10^–6 M and 10^–7 M trilostane, low normal pronuclear formation and high polyspermy were found during in vitro fertilization. However, no retarded male pronuclear development could be detected in the trilostane-treated group. Thus, steroid producing activity within ova is apparently necessary to prevent multiple sperm penetration, but it has no effect on meiosis or the action of the so-called male pronucleus growth factor (MPGF).     

Impulse propagation from the SA-node to the ventricles

Summary Normally the pacemaker of the mammalian heart is located in the sinus node. In the rabbit the sinus node can be subdivided into two regions, the center of the node where the impulse originates and the border zone through which the impulse is conducted towards the atrium. Conduction properties of both regions were investigated. It appeared that conduction velocity increases and refractoriness decreases when one goes from the nodal center towards the atrium. The tissue mass of the atrium is large in comparison to the sinus node and normally the resting membrane potential of atrial fibers is more negative than that of nodal fibers; consequently, a potential difference exists causing a current flow between both areas. Evidently this hyperpolarizing current flow depresses impulse formation in the border zone fibers which have better intrinsic pacemaker properties than fibers in the nodal center. If the impulse has reached the atrium it is conducted with a relatively high safety factor and will reach the AV node in principle without difficulty. The AV node, if deprived of sinus nodal dominance, develops spontaneous activity originating from the lower nodal fibers. Also in this structure, electrotonic depression by surrounding tissue causes deceleration of the pacemaker.     

A simple diagnostic method for the differentiation of Tamm-Horsfall glycoproteins from healthy probands and those from recurrent calcium oxalate renal stone formers

Tamm-Horsfall glycoproteins (THPs)^* from healthy probands, and those from a majority of recurrent calcium oxalate renal stone formers, reveal different properties when analyzed using isoelectric focusing. The pl-values of THPs from healthy probands are approximately 3.5 while THPs from recurrent renal stone formers have pl-values between 4.5 and 6. The two groups of THPs exhibit completely different protein patterns in IEF. This proves the structural difference of these THPs. The differences in IEF analysis allow the differentiation between THPs from healthy probands and those from recurrent calcium oxalate stone formers. These differences could possibly by used as a simple diagnostic method for the recognition of recurrent calcium oxalate renal stone formers.
