A 2500-year sea level change record in Fildes Peninsula, Antarctica

A detailed record of sea level changes during the last 2500 years is preserved in the northernwest coast of Fildes Peninsula in Antarctica. Fourteen marine alga layers were deposited in the beach with an altitude of 2.80 m, and one diatom layer deposited in the ancient lake on the terrace with an altitude of 6.84 m. A radiocarbon age of 695±70 aBP was obtained for the modern marine alga, and the age was used in correction for the carbon reservoir effect of the marine alga. Sea level fell 4.98 m from the 4th century B.C. to the early 13th century, at an average of -0.31 cm/a, then rose about 0.78 m during the early 13th to the middle 18th century, at an average of 0.14 cm/a. It has risen about 0.16 m since the middle 18th century, at an average of 0.07 cm/a.     

甘薯珠心细胞衰退过程的超微结构研究

阐述了甘薯珠心细胞衰退过程中的超微结构变化。发育成熟的珠心细胞，随着胚囊的发育和扩展以不同的方式衰退。在细胞质原位自溶方式，细胞质中的核糖核蛋白体密度迅速下降；细胞中可见许多被溶解的细胞组分的碎片；细胞核的染色质团块逐渐减少，核膜消失。最后在细胞中仅剩下细胞核和淀粉粒残体。在内质网对细胞质的吞噬和分隔方式中，同心环状和平行叠置的粗糙内质网大量增生，同时槽库膨大，并对细胞质组分进行分隔和吞噬；内质网膜膨大、断裂、分解，核糖体仍然存在，原生质体对电子染料的亲和性增强；接着质膜、液泡膜消失，原生质变为电子致密的物质。     

INFLUENCE OF POLYMER CHARACTERISTICS AND MELT-SPINNING CONDITIONS ON THE PRODUCTION OF HIGH RANDOMNESS 60PHB/PET THERMOTROPIC LIQUID CRYSTAL COPOLYESTER FIBER

Six samples of linear high randomness 60PHB/ PET thermotropic liquid crystal copolyesters are made by melt copolymerization at 290℃ , whose randomness about 0.955 is measured by the discernible 'H-NMR spectrometer. High tenacity, high module fiber is prepared by melt spinning in liquid crystal phase. The effect of molecular weight, shear rate, temperature as well as spinning drawn ratio on the mechanical behavior of 60PHB / PET copolyester fiber are shown that, lower shear rate (2~ 10 s~(-1)), higher temperature melting (300℃ ), lower temperature spinning (280℃ ) and higher molecular weight are favourable to the increase of the fiber mechanical properties. With the variance of drawn ratio, fiber mechanical property has a transition point due to traversion from shear-orientation to drawn-orientation. The copolyester fiber has high crystallinity, high orientation at the crystalline region, high chain orientation and high regular fibrillar structure.     

泡沫的持液量研究

泡沫的持液量（ｈ，ｍｇ／ｃｍ３）是泡沫的基本特性之一．本文对形成泡沫的起泡剂浓度、增粘剂浓度、气体流量和温度等因素对Ｈ的影响及变化规律作了研究，并对Ｈ与泡沫表观粘度和泡沫半衰期的相互关系作了描述，对泡沫的实际应用具有一定的指导意义．     

一种面向测试的RTL行为抽象与蕴含方法

针对寄存器传输级（register transfer level,RTL)行为的抽象，提出了一种层次化的带条件的表示，这种抽象的行为是面向测试的，它不仅表达简单，而且能很方便地进行蕴含操作，通过抽象，电路可以规范为行为集，并代替电路本身进行功能测试向量的生成，在测试生成过程中，大量地应用蕴含操作何以使其中的行为得到简化，并极大地提高了系统的效率。     

激光开槽、埋槽电极硅太阳电池

报道一种新颖的激光开槽、埋槽电极硅太阳电池的结构、工艺流程及其研制结果。在ＡＭ１．５，２５℃，１００ｍＷ／ｃｍ２的条件下，以面积为４５ｃｍ３的３６片硅片研制的硅太阳电池的输出参数的平均值为ＪＳＣ＝３６．１ｍＡ／ｃｍ２，Ｖ∞＝６３３ｍＶ，Ｆ．Ｆ．＝０．７９８，η＝１８．２３％，最后分析了种高性能硅太阳电池的设计特点。     

Isolation and purification of BVⅠ-2H from bee venom and analysis of its biological action

The medical use of bee venom for rheumatoid arthritis ( RA ) has a very long tradition. In this study, isolation and purification of polypeptides from bee venom were carried out on sephadex chromatography, heparin sepharose CL-6B chromatography and HPLC. Several fractions were extracted, and their effects on activation of splenocyte and THP-1 cell were studied. The inhibitory fraction was selected for further studies. Finally, BVⅠ-2H that the HPLC elution profiles was a single peak was isolated by C8 column. ESI- MS detection results showed that BVⅠ-2H was a fraction of bee venom, and the molecular weight of the major component was 644.8. BVⅠ-2H could inhibit ConA-induced splenocyte proliferation, IL-1 production and interfere with splenocyte cycle in mice. Moreover, BVⅠ-2H could inhibit PMA-induced TNFα production in THP-1 cells, which was due to its inhibitory effects on TNFα mRNA expression and protein phosphorylation of IκBα. Our studies indicated that BVⅠ-2H was one of the anti-inflammatory components of bee venom.     

器官发育及细胞程序化死亡的基因调节研究

用线虫实验模型系统研究调节器官发育及细胞程序化死亡的基因，且发现这种基因在人体中也存在，这一成果获得了2002年诺贝尔生理学医学奖。“程序性细胞死亡”机理的发现为艾滋病、肿瘤和癌症等疾病的治疗提供了寻找新方法的可能，将在人类战胜疾病过程中发挥重要作用。     

基于改进等分节点法的启发式布局算法

针对集成电路标准单元模式的布局问题，提出了一个全新的基于改进等分节点法的启发式标准单元布局算法(TETP)，该算法在优化布局过程中采用改进的等分节点法寻找单元目标位置，同时结合局部寻优的启发式算法，对MCNC(Microelectronics Centre of North-Carolina)标准单元测试电路进行实验。结果表明，与布局工具Timber Wolf7．0和FengShui相比，电路布局的总线长度分别平均减少了16％和17％。     

萃取浮选光度法测定微量钼的研究及应用

研究了用甲苯萃取浮选Mo(Ⅴ)—SCN~-—Kφ三元络合物的各种条件。在硫酸介质中,紫红色络合物最大吸收波长位于585nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.8×10~5l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),钼量在0—10μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。大量常见元素均不干扰,40倍的钨(Ⅵ)亦不干扰钼的测定,方法已应用于钨矿中微量钼的测定,其结果令人满意。
