信息环境下的高校图书馆与历史学研究

以计算机为代表的信息技术在图书馆的广泛应用,使图书馆呈现出文献资源共享、馆藏资源载体多样化及服务手段和服务方式灵活多样的发展趋势。图书馆的这种发展给历史学的学习和研究带来了良好契机,推动历史学朝着文献电子化、资源网络化、教学方式多样化及写作便捷化的方向发展。     

基于亚太地区类SARS传染性疾病流行情景的供应链风险识别

供应链风险识别是指识别影响供应链运行、造成供应链脆弱性的不确定因素的过程。分析了供应链风险的形成过程,提出了包括供应链背景设定,风险因素识别,情景开发,供应链薄弱环节识别,风险组合构建、优化和评估的基于情景分析的供应链风险识别流程,并对总部位于英国的A公司进行了当亚太地区出现类似SARS的传染性疾病流行的情景时,其全球供应链风险的识别。最后对进一步的研究进行了展望。     

牙周炎维护治疗期活动性位点临床指标、X-Ray及微生物变化特征

对牙周非手术基础治疗后进入维护治疗期的22名慢性牙周炎患者进行9个月的纵向观察。每3个月给予口腔卫生宣教,龈上下洁刮治和根面平整,并在基线和每次复查时记录临床检查指标。结果表明:活动性位点的年发生率为5.75%,上下颌磨牙及上颌前磨牙为活动性破坏好发牙位。附着增加的位点数和增加的量随基线袋深增加呈增多趋势,X-Ray检查牙槽骨高度无明显变化,活动性位点螺旋体数量明显多于非活动性位点。说明非手术基础治疗配合定期维护,在较短观察期内可使大多数位点临床指标保持稳定甚至好转,但不能带来明显的骨量增加。     

Connecting informal networks to management of tacit knowledge

The relationship between tacit knowledge and informal networks has not been fully explored.Tacit knowledge cannot be well managed directly,because it is deeply embedded in individual actions and experiences.This study proposes an approach to managing informal networks as a new middle way to facilitate the sharing and transferring of tacit knowledge,owing to the fact that tacit knowledge is mostly shared and transferred through informal networks.To support the idea of the approach,an empirical case study of applying the approach to management of a large scientific project is also included.Our findings suggest that informal networks play essential roles for management of tacit knowledge,and thus good management of informal networks can lead to efficient sharing and transferring of tacit knowledge.     

关于二语习得中个体差异的比较分析

在二语习得的过程中,学习者将不可避免地受到各种各样因素的影响,并因此而产生不同的学习效果。Johnson、Brown、Hedge等学者都对第二语言习得过程中的个体性差异做了广泛的研究,由于理论视角的不同,三位学者对二语习得中的个体差异的阐述充分体现了仁者见仁、智者见智的特点。     

科技创新与企业核心竞争力若干问题探讨

针对当前科技自主创新的趋势,及国外政府及企业科技自主创新特点,就我国科技自主创新与企业核心竞争力问题提出了若干思考.     

Pedigree transmission disequilibrium test for quantitative traits in farm animals

General pedigrees are very common in farm animals,and the recent availability of large panels of SNPs in domestic species has given new momentum to the search for the mutations underlying variation in quantitative traits.In this paper,we proposed a new transmission disequilibrium test approach,called the pedigree transmission disequilibrium test,which deals with general pedigrees and quantitative traits in farm animals.Compared with the existing pedigree disequilibrium test (PDT) and general linear model-based method QTDT,our approach performed better with higher power and lower type I error,especially in scenarios where the quantitative trait locus (QTL) effect was small.We also investigated the application of our approach in selective genotyping design.Our simulation studies indicated that it was plausible to implement a selective genotyping strategy in the proposed pedigree transmission disequilibrium test.We found that our approach performed equally well or better when only some proportion of the individuals in the two tails were genotyped compared with its performance when all the individuals in the pedigree were genotyped.     

论老有所为——关于离退休老干部工作的思考

老年是人生的必然阶段,社会千万别把老年人当负担,老年人自己也要珍惜老年生活,让人生的最后时段,发光发热,为社会做力所能及的事,这就是老有所为。老有所为的关键是:为什么?怎么为?必须有所为有所不为。     

南社成员程善之家世、生平考述

皖南歙县程氏家族是清代颇负盛名的簪缨仕宦、世代书香之家,其后人程善之不仅是南社成员,还是同盟会会员。上世纪初他在扬州任教;辛亥革命中追随孙中山,任大元帅府评议;二次革命失败后,回扬州继续从事教育事业。1928年起主笔《新江苏报》,直至逝世;"九·一八"后曾积极进行抗战宣传。他喜好佛学,但亦积极进行文学创作,作为南社社员,他的诗、词、小说都颇有影响。然而关于程善之的家世、生平却很少有人谈及,现就其家世、生平作一简单的考述。     

论应用型金融本科第二课堂体系的研究与构建

随着我国金融业的快速发展,社会对金融人才提出了新的要求,应用型金融人才越来越受到关注。应用型金融是一门实践性很强的专业,第二课堂因其灵活开放的教育形式,强调学生的实践能力和综合素质的培养,满足了市场对应用型金融人才的需求。文章研究并构建金融本科第二课堂体系,有效地促进了金融人才培养质量的提高。
