从"兄终弟继"说开去--兼与何正廷先生商榷

“兄终弟继”的婚俗并非壮族所独有，汉族和其他少数民族也有。侬全福和侬夏卿虽为同族，都姓侬，但不是亲兄弟，也不是堂兄弟或拜把兄弟，是否同宗史料没有记载。因此，阿侬嫁给侬夏卿是不能算“兄终弟继”的。     

论《野草》中的自我想像

《野草》折射出鲁迅在新的人生阶段对于自我的崭新认识与想像，其主要内涵由三个层面构成：历史中间物意识，死亡意识，反抗意识。对于作者当时的心灵困窘而言，此想像具有一定的调解功效，然而却难以从中获得更为根本的拯救。作者借此构成了“野草”式的自我命名。

对批判"热寂说"的三种说法做出评论.指出"大爆炸"理论所描写的我们所在的这个"宇宙"与无限的宇宙是不同的.对于无限的宇宙,"热寂说"不成立."大爆炸"理论所描写的我们的"宇宙",有可能趋向"热寂状态",也有可能不会趋向"热寂状态".

将负顾客和休假中止策略引入离散时间休假排队.工作休假中当一个服务完成时有顾客等待则发生休假中止.负顾客作为一种干扰信号,文中规定其只在忙期中到达,负顾客不接受服务,一对一抵消队首正在接受服务的正顾客.利用拟生灭过程和矩阵几何解方法,得到了系统队长的稳态分布,也得到了稳态队长的条件随机分解结构.     

耶利内克戏剧《白雪公主》的互文性解析

《白雪公主》是奥地利女作家耶利内克的戏剧《死亡与少女》中的一部分,它与传统的格林童话在人物、情节和文字细节上形成互文性关系。但在主题上,它揭露并批判了女性潜在的奴性思想,同时又超越女性主义,直指人类终极命运——死亡。

目的 通过对2000～2005年孕产妇死亡率及死因情况分析,分析孕产妇死亡的主要因素,提出干预措施.方法 回顾性分析的方法.结果 计算死亡率为42.81/10万.致死原因主要有产科出血和内科合并症.结论 加强产科管理,提高产科质量,降低孕产妇死亡率.     

EGF-induced programmed cell death of human mammary carcinoma MDA-MB-468 cells is preceded by activation of AP-1

MDA-MB-468 is a human mammary adenocarcinoma cell line that overexpresses the epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor and undergoes programmed cell death (apoptosis) in response to EGF treatment. Programmed cell death was shown to be greatly enhanced when cells were growth-arrested prior to EGF treatment. Apoptosis was characterized by an initial rounding up and detachment of the cells from their substrate starting about 12 h after EGF treatment, followed by chromatin condensation, nuclear fragmentation and oligonucleosomal fragmentation of the DNA at about 24 to 48 h. Cell death was dependent on de novo protein synthesis. We found a rapid induction of c-fos, c-jun and junB at the mRNA level after about 30 min of EGF treatment and a more delayed upregulation of fosB and fra-1. The junD gene was expressed in the absence of EGF, and it was moderately induced within 30 min of growth factor addition. The increase of the different fos and jun mRNAs were paralleled by an increase of activator protein-1 (AP-1) DNA binding activity. A characterization of the AP-1 complex revealed similar levels of several Fos and Jun proteins. Based on the kinetics of AP-1 accumulation and cell death, it seems likely that AP-1 contributes to the apoptotic cell death of EGF receptor-overexpressing MDA-MB-468 cells. 研究了非厌氧条件下ＨＪ９２１１冻干岐杆菌在不同温度下的存活特性,并对其存活期进行了加速预测及验证,同时对不同浓度ＨＪ９２１１冻干粉在不同ｐＨ的人工胃液中的存活情况进行了研究。结果表明：（１）存活期的预测数据与实测验证数据吻合;（２）在非厌氧情况下,ＨＪ９２１１冻干粉的存活性受温度影响较大,失活系数Ｋ４℃＝０．００００１８,Ｋ３７℃＝０．０３０６,Ｋ４５℃＝０．２０７,Ｋ５５℃＝０．９９７;（３）人     

Structure and function of bak gene and its apoptosis-inducing mechanism

The Bcl-2 family plays an important role in the regulation of apoptosis. Some members in the family prevent apoptosis while others promote it. The newly discovered bcl-2 homolog, bak, promotes the apoptosis induced by a variety of stimuli. It can interact with the anti-apoptotic members through its BH3 domain and antagonize their activity. Investigation results suggest that the expression of bak gene becomes altered in some diseases, such as cancer. The preferential stimulation of Bak-induced apoptosis, therefore, may be involved in the mechanisms of some an-titumor drugs.
