解决三角债问题的线性规划模型及解法

考虑如下问题：银行给出一笔贷款来解决三角债，如何分配这笔贷款，使银行贷款效益最大。作者把该问题归结为一个特殊类型的分式线性规划问题，并给出了一个类似图上作业法的简单解法。     

Effects of hyaluronic acid－chitosan－gelatin complex on the apoptosis and cell cycle of L929 cells

With the development in the field of tissue engineering, the interaction between biomaterials and cells has been deeply studied. Viewing the cells seeded on the surface of materials as an organic whole, cell cycle and apoptosis are analyzed to deepen the study of cell compatibility on biomaterials, while cell proliferation and differentiation are studied at the same time. In this paper, hyaluronic acid is incorporated into the chitosan-gelatin system. Propidium iodide (PI) was used in cell cycle analysis and the double-staining of cells with annexin-V and PI was applied in cell apoptosis analysis. The results show that incorporated hyaluronic acid shortens the adaptation period of cells on the material surface, and then cells enter the normal cell cycle quickly. In addition, added hyaluronic acid inhibits cell apoptosis triggered by the membranes. Therefore, hyaluronic acid improves the cell compatibility of chitosan-gelatin system and benefits the design of biomimetic materials.     

Inhibitory effect of the adenovirus type 5 E1A protein expressed in the yeast system of the human tumor cell growth

Adenovirus 5 type E1A as a tumor suppressor gene can inhibit tumor growth and enhance the censitivity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.E1A have the ability to integrate into the host genome,resulting in long-time expres-sion that induces Rb gene inactivation and animal cells im-mortalization.This prompted us to select the E1A protein for treatment of cancer in order to overcome the limitations of E1A gene therapy.Thus,we firstly comstructed E1A eu-caryotic expression vector (pPIC9/E1A),transformated the pichia pastoris yeast cells(GS115) and screened the high-expressing recombinant strains.The positive yeast strains were cultured in the shake flask,and induced for 3d.The crude E1A protein was purified using two steps of col-umu chromatography on HiTrap Q and HiTrap SP.The pu-rified E1A protein was identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.E1A protein was mostly located at cellular unclear when Cheriot delivered E1A protein into cells.The analysis in vitro indicated that the E1A protein arrested LN686 cell cycle at G2/M phase,and significantly inhibited the growth of LN686 tumor cells.The current studies firstly provided an experimental basis to further develop E1A protein for tumor treatment.     

新型耐热钢的高温低周疲劳性能

研究了新型锅炉用耐热钢ＨＣＭ２Ｓ钢和Ｐ９１钢的高温低周疲劳性能．结果表明,ＨＣＭ２Ｓ钢和Ｐ９１钢均为循环软化材料．通过ＴＥＭ分析发现：ＨＣＭ２Ｓ钢的循环软化与富碳小岛中的马氏体板条回复、稳定位错胞的形成和Ｍ６Ｃ的生成有关,Ｐ９１钢的循环软化则与位错密度降低、位错重新分布引起的强化作用减弱有关,而Ｍ２３Ｃ６粗化只是Ｐ９１钢初始软化后,其强度不断降低的一个原因．同时,还给出了ＨＣＭ２Ｓ钢和Ｐ９１钢的应变－寿命方程

基于距离和分布的无线传感器网络分簇算法

考虑随机分布节点的剩余能量以及节点相对基站的位置,针对基站位置的非均匀无线传感器网络,提出了一种基于节点位置和分布密度的多跳自组织分簇算法．该算法在分簇准备阶段,根据节点分布密度和相对基站的距离确定分簇的半径,均衡分簇能耗;在簇头选举阶段,利用节点的剩余能量和节点连接密度信息,选择最优的节点成为簇头;在分簇建立阶段,限制分簇跳数,有效降低簇内通信量．通过一系列的仿真实验,验证了算法在节点均匀和非均匀分布情况下均能取得较好的性能,建立更为均衡的分簇结构,显著提高网络生存周期．     

中速大功率柴油机工作过程的模拟

利用AVL BOOST软件,以某12缸中速柴油机为研究对象,建立了柴油机实际工作循环的计算模型.对柴油机的实际工作过程进行了模拟计算.分析了压缩比和米勒正时对柴油机性能参数的影响.结果表明,计算模型是正确的,结果是可靠的.压缩比的增大有利于改善柴油机的燃烧性能和提高柴油机的经济性能.采用米勒循环可以有效降低柴油机NOx...     

对偶图中的H圈与平图的4着色

阐明了对偶图中的H圈与平图的2棵对偶树的相互依存关系,阐述了平图的4着色与2棵对偶树之间的相互依存关系。平图的顶点4着色以及2棵对偶树的分解决定了对偶图中的H圈,对偶图中的H圈也决定了平图的顶点4着色及2棵对偶树的分解。平图H圈决定了对偶图的2棵对偶树的分解及顶点4着色,对偶图的2棵对偶树的分解及对偶图的顶点4着色决定了平图的H圈的分解。2棵对偶树的2着色等价于平图的顶点4着色,内区与外区的分界线恰好是H圈。提出了多面体平图的H圈的构造步骤和多面体平图的顶点4着色步骤。介绍了12面体平图中30个H圈的构造,对偶图中对偶树的分解、以及对偶树的4着色。解决了任意平图中的H圈的分解方法和计数方法,为解决任意平图中的生成树的构造和计数问题奠定了基础。
