New species of Marionina (Oligochaeta: Enchytraeidae) from a wave-exposed rocky shore in SE Ireland

Marionina macgrathi sp. nov. and M. ulstrupae sp. nov. are described from rock crevices, animal mats and algal turf on a wave-exposed rocky shore at Carnsore Point, County Wexford. Both resemble M. appendiculata Nielsen and Christensen, 1959 in having sigmoid setae and lacking a muscular penial bulb, but differ in possessing seminal vesicles and larger sperm funnels. The new species differ from each other in characters of the sperm funnel, spermatheca, coelomocytes and clitellum. They are compared with material of M. appendiculata from three localities in Ireland and two in USA.     

New ascothoracid crustacean endoparasites of Scleractinia

The ascothoracid crustacean genus Petrarca, endoparasites of scleractinian corals, is reviewed and revised. Petrarca bathyactidis, the type-species, is partly redescribed. The range of P. okadai is extended to East Africa. Three new species of Petrarca are described: P. indica in Flabellum deludens from the Indian Ocean near Ceylon; P. morula from Turbinaria sp. in the Banda Sea; P. azorica in Enallopsammia rostrata from the North Atlantic. Zibrowia auriculata gen. et sp. nov. infests Balanophyllia carinata off East Africa, and the same species appears to live in Tubastraea micranthus off East Africa and Dendrophyllia sp. at Réunion and in the Comoros. Unlike other ascothoracids, eggs and larvae are not brooded within the carapace valves, though they may be attached to them externally. Nauplii of P. okadai and Z. auriculata are described; they are generalized with familially distinct features. Adults of both genera have an overall neotenic appearance. They always occur in galls in groups of two or more, suggesting simultaneous infestation. Ahermatypic corals or their close hermatypic relatives seem to be preferred hosts, and Petrarca has a wider geographic and depth range than confamilial genera.     

A new species of the genus Saussurella Bolivar 1887 from China,with a key to the species of the genus (Orthoptera: Tetrigidae)

Taxonomy of a tetrigid genus Saussurella Bolivar is reviewed. One new species, Saussurella brachycornis sp. nov. is described from China and an updated identification key to all known species of the genus is given, as well as brief comments on phylogenetic relationships and distributions of the genus.     

A key to Australasian and Oriental Woodiphora (Diptera: Phoridae), affinities of the genus and description of new species

The taxonomic value of the notopleural cleft in Phoridae is highlighted. A cladogram relating Gymnophora and Woodiphora to Megaselia is presented. Recognition of the genus Woodiphora is clarified, and the Old World species of Haplophleba transferred to Woodiphora. The evolution of the female abdominal sternite 9 is discussed. The tribe Megaseliini is proposed. A key to the Australasian and Oriental species of Woodiphora is provided. Twenty new species are described and two new synonyms proposed.     

Is the occluded corolla of Antirrhinum bee-specialized?

This paper provides the first results of pollinator fauna associated to the reproductive biology of Antirrhinum charidemi, Antirrhinum graniticum and Antirrhinum braun-blanquetii. Censuses of over 16 hours spanning the flowering phenology of each species were drawn up. As previously hypothesized, the characteristic occluded (personate) corolla of Antirrhinum was exclusively pollinated by bees, but by a higher number (four) of bee families than predicted. Seven bee species (Bombus hortorum, Anthidium manicatum, Chalicodoma lefebvrei, Anthidium sticticum, Anthophora dispar, Xylocopa violacea and Anthidium cingulatum) account for over 90% of flower visits (2098). The flower visitation index varied between species (0.0126?0.0320), reaching relatively medium values compared to Mediterranean plants. In contrast, reproductive success was found to be high when estimated as both fruit (45.4–84.2%) and seed (75.4–98.4%) sets, suggesting that these bee guilds are effective pollinators of the three self-incompatible Antirrhinum species. Specialization of the personate flower of Antirrhinum is therefore interpreted for bees with both large bodies and high visitation indices.

在矿山人工植被恢复过程中,人工植被恢复坡面植物的状况能很好的反应出工程的恢复效果.选取浙江舟山具有代表性的庆丰采石场为主要研究对象,对人工恢复坡面植物群落、周边原生植被以及土壤物理性质进行观察,研究表明,豆科及禾本科植物适合作为先锋物种进行早期人工恢复坡面的水土保持,且在群落中占据着主要的优势;在植被演替过程中,菊科及禾本科植物入侵明显,但是周围灌木、乔木的乡土种较难入侵;随着时间的进行,草本植物种类显著增加,群落多样性增加,坡面生态系统日趋稳定,其中坡中、坡下的植被恢复效果明显优于坡上;坡度对于植被恢复

微波辅助预还原-HG-ICP-AES联用技术用于三七无机硒形态分析

建立了微波预还原-氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱联用技术测定中药三七提取液中无机硒的方法,对测定条件进行了优化选择,通过直接测定Se(IV)和微波辅助定量还原后测总硒,用差减法测得Se(VI)的量.Se(IV)的检出限为0.23 μg·L-1,相对标准偏差为2.0％,回收率为82％～104％,结果较为满意.
