海岛旅游者生态旅游行为浅析--以湄洲岛为例

随着生态旅游的兴起,生态旅游行为内涵不断地得到丰富.文章以深层生态学为基础,设计海岛生态旅游行为调查问卷,探索旅游型海岛游客生态旅游行为的特征和影响因素.运用SPSS19.0数据平台,分析了旅游者的人口社会学属性和生活经历对生态旅游行为的影响及影响强度.分析结果表明,我国旅游者比较缺乏深层生态旅游行为的品质,社会属性中的受教育程度是影响旅游者旅游行为的重要因素.同时,旅游者平时的环保习惯与旅行过程中的环保行为表现出一致的现象.     

企业社会责任感知对员工组织公民行为作用机制研究

通过对182名企业员工的问卷调查,实证研究企业社会责任感知对员工组织公民行为的影响,并从社会认同理论和工作嵌入视角探讨了组织认同的中介作用以及工作嵌入的调节效应.结果表明:企业社会责任感知对员工组织公民行为具有正向预测作用;工作嵌入程度越高,组织认同与组织公民行为的正相关越强.文章最后总结了研究结果的理论和实践意义,并指出了未来的研究方向.     

一种基于时序感知的社会网络节点集情境聚合方法

情境聚合是社会感知计算的主要研究工作之一,目前主要采用基于特征提取的方法,对社会的交流方式进行量化分析.但是大多数的研究中忽略了情境信息的时序性,针对社会感知计算中时序情境信息的聚合问题,首先对时序情境和计算情境的聚合过程进行探讨,提出基于时序扩展的计算情境元素,用于情境对象的聚合,并给出一种时序感知的社会网络节点集情境聚合方法.实验表明,该方法能够根据时间情境和计算情境元素的特点,把聚合对象划分为相对情境聚合对象和绝对情境对象,有效地对社会环境中的时序信息进行情境聚合.

Biology of a nocturnal bee,Megalopta atra (Hymenoptera: Halictidae; Augochlorini), from the Panamanian highlands

Bees of the genus Megalopta have gained attention as a result of their social nesting and nocturnal foraging. Seventeen nests of Meglaopta atra from the highlands of Chiriqui Province, Panama, were collected at the end of the dry season when brood rearing is expected to be at its peak. Most nests contained single females; within multifemale nests only one female possessed enlarged ovarioles, although some non‐reproductive individuals were inseminated. In two of these nests reproductive individuals were clearly larger in body size than nestmates, but body size variation and macrocephaly were equivalent to those found in other Neotropical augochlorines. There was no evidence of a non‐reproductive worker‐like caste and multifemale nests did not appear to be more productive than solitary nests, which may represent pre‐reproductive assemblages. Megalopta atra appears to be isolated by altitude from co‐geners common in Panama, this is discussed in comparison with temperate halictine bees, in which environmental clines separate solitary from social populations.     

Behavioural and morphological dimorphism of the sexes: an account of two primitively eusocial wasps

In social Hymenoptera, foraging, nest building, brood care and all other colony maintenance functions are carried out by the females while males function solely as reproductives. This asymmetry in social roles of the two sexes has led social insect researchers to focus almost exclusively on the females whereas males have remained relatively neglected. We studied two sympatric, primitively eusocial wasps, Ropalidia marginata and Ropalidia cyathiformis, and compared the morphological and behavioural profiles of males and females. Males of both species are smaller in size and weigh less compared to females. Males of the two species live in the nest for different durations. Borrowing from the ecological literature we use novel methods to compute and compare behavioural diversity and behavioural richness and show that females of both species are behaviourally richer and more diverse than the males.     

互联网嵌入对社会资本的影响研究

信息技术的发展极大改变了人们的生活方式,互联网渗透到人们工作和生活的每个角落,重塑着人们彼此之间的社会网络,同时对个体的社会资本产生潜移默化的影响。本文将嵌入的概念应用到互联网环境中,提出互联网嵌入的概念,通过半结构化访谈、探索性因子分析等步骤开发了具有联系度、匹配度、牺牲感三个维度的量表,并利用对1 98份样本数据的分析,探讨了互联网嵌入对社会资本的影响。研究结果表明,互联网嵌入的匹配度、牺牲感两个维度对社会资本有显著的正向影响。     

On the empirical equivalence between special relativity and Lorentz׳s ether theory

In this paper I argue that the case of Einstein׳s special relativity vs. Hendrik Lorentz׳s ether theory can be decided in terms of empirical evidence, in spite of the predictive equivalence between the theories. In the historical and philosophical literature this case has been typically addressed focusing on non-empirical features (non-empirical virtues in special relativity and/or non-empirical flaws in the ether theory). I claim that non-empirical features are not enough to provide a fully objective and uniquely determined choice in instances of empirical equivalence. However, I argue that if we consider arguments proposed by Richard Boyd, and by Larry Laudan and Jarret Leplin, a choice based on non-entailed empirical evidence favoring Einstein׳s theory can be made.     

Observations on the behaviour of the Cape girdled lizard Cordylus cordylus (Reptilia: Cordylidae)

Cape girdled lizards Cordylus cordylus are social and territorial. Behaviour observed in captivity revealed at least 24 distinct postures and displays. Thermoregulatory behaviour was the most frequent of all behaviours observed (66·7%). Of the social behaviours, aggression was observed most frequently (72·1%). Six behavioural postures are not known to have been described before. This species has no bright colours or contrasting markings to use in displays to conspecifics.
