HMC工艺对选煤厂洗水闭路循环的影响

高效重介质旋流器分选(HMC)是煤炭深度降灰脱硫新技术.探讨采用HMC工艺后,磁选尾矿对介质再生、煤泥水沉降特性和絮凝剂选择的影响.研究表明磁尾与伴生粘土矿物的协同效应会改变粘土矿物和煤颗粒双电层的电动电位,对介质回收、煤泥水沉降产生负面影响.     

中性风对暴时电离层影响的研究

从电离层等离子体动力学方程出发,研究了磁暴期间中性风对中低纬度电离层的影响.通过计算机模拟发现:中性风能够对暴时电离层等离子体的垂直向上漂移产生抑制作用,并延迟电离层F层底部"抛空"的形成;不论采用哪种中性风模式,磁暴都会对较低纬度的电离层产生更大的影响.     

管道缺陷漏磁检测中巨磁阻传感器应用研究

磁性传感器在无损检测中已经有了很大的应用，与传统的磁性传感器相比，巨磁阻传感器有着灵敏度高、可靠性好、测量范围宽、体积小，价格低等优点．本介绍了漏磁检测及巨磁阻传感器的原理，设计了巨磁阻传感器阵列，以及基于PC104的数据采集装置，实验结果表明，系统可以检测到管道壁上的微小缺陷。     

Characterization of polyphenol oxidase from plants

Polyphenol oxidase (PPO) which can mediate browning reaction is a bifunctional copper-containing enzyme encoded by plant nucleolus gene. It usually leads to excessive browning reaction which reduces the coercial profits of fruits and vegetables. In this paper, PPO genes and enzymes in plants are characterized systematically, and the latest progress is reviewed. Some clonings of PPOs genes are reported; the specific temporal and spatial expression pattern of PPOs genes is described; the model of the structure of the precursor form of catechol oxidase is introduced; the possible functions of PPOs in defending against pathogen, wounding, surrounding stress and other inducing factors are demonstrated; the induction and activation of latent PPOs in some plants is elucidated; the scheme of browning inhibition by L-cysteine is clarified; the mechanism of suicide inhibition of latent PPO and kinetic synergism are established. Furthermore, the area for future study is also discussed.

介绍了在不同的运行工况下磁力驱动离心泵隔离套的结构设计、材料选择,并给出了隔离套的设计计算公式及加工工艺.     

基于DSP的自动磁粉探伤系统

针对自动磁粉探伤系统，提出了一种基于DSP的裂纹图像处理识别板卡的总体设计方案，分别对DSP主处理器、A／D转换模块、UART、存储空间扩展以及CPLD逻辑控制进行了方案分析和设计，在进行系统调试的同时给出实验数据，并与PC机的软件进行效率比较．     

大电流多输出开关型稳压电源的实现

为解决大电流多输出稳压电源在输出功率时其辅助输出路的稳压和限流较难的问题，利用磁饱和特性，提出一种后相校正技术，并据此原理设计出了一种新型开关电源装置．仿真与实验结果表明，该稳压电源的效率达85％，电压稳定度达98．5％．将该稳压电源应用于实际工程中，发现其具有实用价值与推广意义。     

酶体外定向进化(Ⅲ)展示技术及其应用

利用展示技术构建的蛋白质／多肽的突变体库，可以通过高通量进行高效地分析和筛选，因此特别适用于改造蛋白质．文中综述噬菌体、细胞表面、核糖体、mRNA等展示技术的原理和方法，以及其在酶定向进化中的应用．     

磁场的生物学效应

论述了稳恒磁场抑制肿瘤的生物效应(包括稳恒磁场对肿瘤的直接影响)对免疫功能、自由 基代谢以及对抗癌药物的影响,并对其可能的作用机理进行了分析.     

Measurement of Magnetization Curve and Magnetic Relaxation for 2H-NbSe2 Crystals

The characteristics of electronic transport properties: behaviors of magnetization curve and magnetic relaxation of a typical normal superconductor 2H-NbSe2 are investigated. The results show that Tc and △Tc of the samples are 7. 2,0. 18 K, indicating that superconducting energy gap at zero temperature is 1. 1 meV. No fish tail shape is found in the magnetization curves at several temperatures. The relationship between remnant magnetic moment and time reveals that the magnetic flux creep of the sample agrees with the Kim-Anderson thermal activation model with the relaxation rate S=0.000 36 at T=6 K.
