悬臂式掘进机仿形截割控制机理

为了解决悬臂式掘进机截割中超挖和欠挖问题,采用空间机构运动学和系统仿真的方法,建立了仿形截割的数学模型,确立了悬臂偏移最大角度和油缸伸长量的关系,提出了使用数字液压缸来实现按照所给巷道运动时各个油缸伸长量的自动掘进控制机理,采用MATLAB仿真验证了截割头运动.研究表明,仿真结果曲线符合实际工况.研究结论科学地分析了掘进机仿形截割过程,为复杂环境下掘进机器人自动控制研究提供了理论依据.     

Mechanism of human immunodeficiency virus type I entry into the target cells

Based on the recent advances of the research on the mechanism of HIV-1 infection, a novel model to elucidate the mechanism of HIV entry into the target cells is proposed and the perspective about the putative receptor is discussed in this review. Understanding of the crystal structure of HIV-1 transmembrane protein gp41 and the functions of HIV-1 receptor, co-receptor and the putative receptor will lead to developing effective HIV vaccine and anti-HIV drugs.

Enzymatic basis for protection of fish embryos by the fertilization envelope

The mechanism by which the fertilization envelope (FE) is able to protect the embryo of fish until hatching is almost unknown, except for its function as a physical barrier. FE extract from activated or fertilized eggs of the fishSalmo gairdneri was demonstrated to contain enzyme activities using an agar plate enzyme assay. The enzymes apparently active were carboxymethylcellulase (cellulase; EC 3.2.1.4), laminaranase (endo-1,3(4)--glucanase; EC 3.2.1.6), carboxymethylchitinase (chitinase; EC 3.2.1.14), xylanase (endo-1,4--xylanase; EC 3.2.1.8), mannanase (mannan 1,2-(1,3)--mannosidase; EC 3.2.1.77), dextranase (EC 3.2.1.11), a protease and lysozyme (EC 3.2.1.17). The FE extract exerted an antifungal or fungicidal action on the fungusSaprolegnia parasitica, whereas an extract from the vitelline envelopes (VE) has no apparent enzyme activity nor antifungal or fungicidal action. Enzymes acquired by the FE through the cortical reaction may have an important defensive role, protecting the embryo against invaders or pathogens.     

Structure of the porcine thyrotropin receptor: a 200 kilodalton glycoprotein heterocomplex

Summary We have determined that the porcine thyroidal TSH receptor is a glycoprotein heterotetramer composed of two M_r 35,000 () covalently linked subunits which interact noncovalently with two copies of (M_r 66,000) chains.Acknowledgments. 甘薯花粉—柱头乳突细胞间相互作用的细胞学研究

以甘薯鸟吃种和高自一号为亲本进行人工自花授粉;以甘薯鸟吃种和高自一号为母本,河北351为父本进行杂交授粉.观察了花粉在柱头上的行为,柱头乳突细胞表面糖蛋白的定位分布,授粉前后乳突细胞超微结构的变化.结果表明,不育组合首先表现出花粉在柱头上粘附和水合能力很弱,花粉不萌发.能育组合授粉后花粉在柱头上的粘附水合能力很强,多数花粉萌发.但有的花粉管不进入柱头,仅在乳突细胞表面爬行,或提前破裂,释放内容物;以及在花粉管接触的柱头乳突细胞中沉积胼胝质.糖蛋白(钉红着色物质)在能育与不育组合的柱头乳突细胞壁上的分布有明显的差异,作者用细胞化学定位法验证了糖蛋白与自交不育可能存在的相关性.鸟吃种柱头乳突细胞杂交授粉后12h其超微结构明显退化;而自花授粉后3h就已明显退化.柱头乳突细胞退化的早晚可能与所授花粉是否能育相关.     

一个新的根切条件判别式

本文导出了当一对共轭曲面的第一齿曲面(母面)用隐函数方程F(x,y,z)=0的形式表达时的根切条件判别式,证明了新公式与其它根切公式的等价关系,并列举了其应用。     

Glycoprotein IIb/IIIa blockade inhibits platelet aminophospholipid exposure by potentiating translocase and attenuating scramblase activity

The present study investigated the mechanisms underlying the inhibition of platelet phosphatidylserine (PS) exposure by GPIIb/IIIa blockade. Platelet PS exposure induced by thrombin stimulation was cell-cell contact dependent. GPIIb/IIIa blockade by c7E3 or SR121566 inhibited thrombin-induced platelet PS exposure. Thrombin stimulation induced mild, while A23187 induced extensive platelet-derived microparticle (PDMP) generation. Thrombin-induced PDMP generation was not inhibited by GPIIb/IIIa blockade. Aminophospholipid translocase activity was reduced upon platelet activation by thrombin. The reduction of non-PS-exposing platelets was attenuated by GPIIb/IIIa blockade, while little translocase activity was seen in PS-exposing platelets. Thrombin increased scramblase activity slightly in non-PS-exposing platelets, which was inhibited by GPIIb/IIIa blockade, and markedly enhanced scramblase activity in PS-exposing platelets. Activation of platelet calpain and caspase-3 or cytosolic calcium mobilization were not altered by GPIIb/IIIa inhibition. Thus, GPIIb/IIIa blockade inhibits platelet PS exposure by enhancing translocase activity and attenuating scramblase activity, but does not inhibit PDMP generation.
