以微核测定研究湘江底泥重金属—铜的含量对鱼类血细胞的毒性影响

本文以微核测定研究湘江底泥铜含量对鱼类血细胞的毒性作用。结果表明用铜处理3个月的第四组鳙鱼的总微核率与对照组有显著差别,即第四组鳙鱼血细胞核染色体有显著的损伤。     

应用Green定理解决渔业资源最优捕获问题

利用马尔萨斯生物种群理论中的鱼口模型和Verhulst方程，给出了时间和捕捞数量的关系，然后利用定理，得到了按照一定数量捕捞，才能使恰当时间捕捞的鱼口数量最多的最优方案。     

一种基于动物自治体的寻优模式:鱼群算法

根据鱼群的行为特点 ,并应用动物自治体的模型 ,提出了一种自下而上设计的新型的寻优策略 -人工鱼群算法 (Artificial Fish-swarm Algorithm) .通过仿真试验的研究表明 ,这是一种有效的寻优模式.     

鲫鱼尾部神经分泌系统Dahlgren细胞季节性变化的细胞计量学研究

本文用光镜和彩色图像分析系统,研究了雌性鲫鱼尾部神经分泌系统Dahlgren细胞的定量细胞学的季节性变化特点.结果发现:尾部最后7～12节脊髓中Dahlgren细胞的大小,在相邻季节间的变化为;从春至冬,逐渐减小（仅夏秋间无明显变化）,冬季后又逐渐增大,差异均极显著;而最后1～3节的变化为:只在春夏之间减小,夏季后则不断增大,差异也极显著.上述Dahlgren细胞计量学的变化,不同程度地呈现出与卵巢同步发育的关系.这为尾部神经分泌系统的变化与鱼类性成熟的相关性提供了新的依据.     

Immunocytochemical localization of GnRH (gonadotropin releasing hormone) systems in the brain of a marine teleost fish,the sole

Summary The GnRH system was studied in the brain of the sole by immunocytochemistry (peroxidase-antiperoxidase method) (PAP) using antibodies to synthetic salmon GnRH (s-GnRH). Two centers containing immunoreactive cell bodies were observed in the forebrain, one located at the junction between the olfactory bulbs and the telencephalon and the other in the preoptic area. Numerous immunoreactive fibers were found, especially in the telencephalon, hypothalamus, pituitary, optic tectum and retina.     

锦屏一二级水电站影响区的鱼类资源

研究了雅砻江下游锦屏一二级水电站影响区的鱼类资源组成，类型，利用现状，提出了合理利用与保护管理的建议，可供鱼类资源研究，渔业管理部门参考。     

Observations on the toxicity and metabolic relationships of polygodial,the chemical defense of the nudibranchDendrodoris limbata

Summary Polygodial (1), the defense metabolite stored in the skin of the nudibranchDendrodoris limbata, is toxic for the mollusc itself when injected into the hepatopancreas. Biosynthetic experiments using labeled mevalonic acid were devised to investigate a possible metabolic relationship between1 and the mixture of sesquiterpenoidic esters2, stored in the hepatopancreas. 四川亿比措湿地自然保护区两栖爬行动物调查

2008年8月对亿比措湿地自然保护区的两栖爬行动物资源进行了调查,采集到西藏齿突蟾、西藏蟾蜍、高原林蛙、倭蛙、高原蝮等5种标本,结合文献资料记载,亿比措湿地自然保护区共有两栖爬行动物9种,隶属于2纲3目6科8属.该保护区两栖爬行动物以东洋界成份为主,特有种所占比例较高.     

醚型拟除虫菊酯(MTI-500,MTI-800)对淡水鱼的毒性试验及评价

本文对 MTI-500,MTI-800及其他类型拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂进行鱼类毒性试验,测得2448,72,96小时半致死浓度 LC_(50)。结果表明除了 MTI-500,MTI-800外其他均为高鱼毒其中Ⅰ-800毒性最低。
