一步洗脱离子交换色谱法分离纯化蛋黄中IgY

报道了一步洗脱离子交换色谱法分离纯化蛋黄水溶性组分 (WSF)中IgY的新方法 .通过将含IgY的WSF用pH7.0磷酸盐缓冲液 (PBS)调整至盐浓度为 0 .0 75mol L ,上样到DEAEToyoprarl6 50M阴离子交换色谱柱 ,用 0 .15mol LpH7.0PBS洗脱、收集 ,再经SDS -聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检验为单一组分 .分离方法简单、分离纯化效果好 ,总蛋白回收率达 93%以上     

Morphology of immature stages of Bittacus choui (Mecoptera: Bittacidae) with notes on its biology

The hangingfly Bittacus choui Hua et Tan, 2007 Hua, B. Z. and Tan, J. L. 2007. A new species of Bittacus Latreille (Mecoptera,Bittacidae) from Daba Mountain in China.. Acta Zootaxon Sin., 32: 455–458.  [Google Scholar] is unique in Bittacidae for having only three instead of four larval instars. Its morphology was studied and illustrated in detail for developmental stages, including egg, larva and pupa. Ultrastructure of eggs, larval head, spiracles and prolegs are provided. The egg is spherical. A single micropyle was observed. The larva is eruciform with a pair of prominent compound eyes and a mid ocellus; the eight pairs of prolegs are unequal in length. Nine pairs of spiracles are located on the prothorax and the first eight abdominal segments respectively; the first instar larva differs from other instars in spiracle number. The somites are unusual, with rows of protuberances bearing distinct setiferous clavate setae. The anal segment terminates in a protrusile sucker. Pupae are exarate and decticous, taking the shape of the adults. The species completes one generation per year, overwintering as a mature larva. Adults emerge in the field from mid‐July to late August.     

基于计算机视觉的鸡蛋污斑检测

针对传统人工检测鸡蛋表面污斑方法由于效率较低,且易造成视觉疲劳等缺点,已不能满足现代化工业生产需要的问题,建立了利用计算机视觉检测鸡蛋表面污斑的装置,通过计算机视觉采集鸡蛋表面的图像,然后对图像进行处理分析,提取特征参数,建立污斑识别算法,检测鸡蛋表面的污斑．通过验证,该识别算法分级污斑鸡蛋和干净鸡蛋的准确率达到92．7％,受试鸡蛋总体分级准确率达到90％以上,实现了对鸡蛋表面污斑的无损检测．     

不同益生菌对蛋鸭产蛋性能及血液生化指标的影响

采用乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、枯草芽胞杆菌、光合菌和复合菌（乳酸杆菌＋双歧杆菌）五种益生菌饲喂蛋鸭试验,测定蛋鸭的产蛋量及蛋鸭的血液生化指标．试验结果表明,添加了益生菌的各试验组,其产蛋率和总蛋重比对照组均有显著提高,差异显著（P〈0．05）,但各试验组之间的差异不显著（P〉0．05）．各试验组的生长激素（GH）、胰岛素（IGF）、三碘甲状腺原氨酸（B）及甲状腺素（T4）的含量均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）．对照组尿酸（UA）和尿素氮（BUN）的含量极显著高于其他各试验组（P〈0．01）．但各试验组之间的以上各种血液生化指标准均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）．

蛋壳裂纹的神经网络判别

将有裂纹鸡蛋和无裂纹鸡蛋进行敲击激励后,采用柔性压电薄膜传感器获取时域信号和频域特征:无损蛋的频域特征曲线有明显的主频率值,峰值突出;有裂纹蛋频域特征曲线上没有明显的主频率值,峰值多而紊乱.在归一化功率谱中,分别按间隔频率、依次取最高幅值和幅值高低提取的频率等方法来提取前10个或取前20个特征值,采用间隔频率提取归一化幅值,用神经网络来判别裂纹蛋与完好蛋效果较差;用幅值高低提取归一化幅值作为特征值来神经网络判别的效果较佳;采用功率幅值高低提取频率作为特征值来判别的效果最佳.采用20个特征值后的判别效果分别不如采用10个特征值的判别效果.遗传优化神经网络的测试集判断正确率高于标准BP网络.     

两种蛋白类添加剂对鳙鱼鱼糜凝胶特性的改良

通过检测鱼糜凝胶的质构及微观结构,研究了鸡蛋清蛋白和谷朊粉两种蛋白类添加剂对鳙鱼鱼糜凝胶特性的影响,并采用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS—PAGE)对相关作用机理进行分析．结果表明：这两类添加剂可明显提高鳙鱼鱼糜的凝胶特性,使其形成致密、均匀的凝胶网络结构,且浓度越大,作用越强;鸡蛋清蛋白还可增加鳙鱼鱼糜凝胶的白度,但谷朊粉则使白度降低．SDS—PAGE实验表明,鸡蛋清蛋白和谷朊粉对鳙鱼鱼糜凝胶肌球蛋白重链(MHC)带的强度影响不大．     

天然植物成分对几种植物病原真菌的抑制作用

研究了洋葱、大葱、大蒜、韭菜等１０余种植物组织的挥发性成分和水溶性浸出液对立枯丝核菌、茄腐镰孢霉、细交链孢霉和大丽轮枝菌菌丝生长、分生孢子萌发以及侵染离体植物组织的影响。结果表明：在供试植物组织中,大蒜鳞茎的挥发性成分对立枯丝核菌、茄腐镰孢霉和大丽轮枝菌３种真菌菌丝生长及分生孢子萌发均具有明显的抑制作用,抑菌率分别为５７．６％,６７．２％和５５．８％;同时,大蒜鳞茎的浸出液对立枯丝核菌和大丽轮枝菌菌丝生长包括分生孢子萌发也均表现出较强的抑制作用,抑菌率在５３．２％以上。而韭菜叶片浸出液对茄腐镰孢霉和细交链孢霉菌丝生长及分生孢子萌发均显示出强烈的抑制作用,抑菌率在６７．２％以上。利用大蒜鳞茎和韭菜叶片浸出液抑制４种病原真菌侵染黄瓜、番茄、马铃薯、茄子和辣椒离体组织,获得了良好效果,抑菌率最低的为３２．５％,最高的为６８．６％。     

Bauble spiders: a new species of Achaearanea (Araneae: Theridiidae) with ingenious spiral retreats

A new species of Achaearanea (Theridiidae) is described from the Cedarberg in South Africa. Its unusual morphological features include the position of the spinnerets directly behind the epigastric fold. The male palp is a modification of the palpal conformation of other Achaearanea. This spider lives in a spherical retreat comprizing silk, sand and pebbles. This structure typically dangles from only one thread and has a tiny opening at the bottom that leads into a spirally-coiled tunnel. Males and females build spirals in opposite directions. This enables the male to construct his retreat against that of the female in such a way as to form a brood chamber. Retreats are situated in cool places under low overhanging rocks or branches. The configuration of the narrow, suspended retreat may decrease the spider's vulnerability to enemies while foraging for ants in a typical theridiid fashion.
