Cardiolipin, the heart of mitochondrial metabolism

Cardiolipin is a unique phospholipid, which is almost exclusively localized in the mitochondrial inner membrane where it is synthesized from phosphatidylglycerol and cytidinediphosphate-diacylglycerol. After primary synthesis, the mature acyl chain composition of cardiolipin is achieved by at least two remodeling mechanisms. In the mitochondrial membrane cardiolipin plays an important role in energy metabolism, mainly by providing stability for the individual enzymes and enzyme complexes involved in energy production. Moreover, cardiolipin is involved in different stages of the mitochondrial apoptotic process and in mitochondrial membrane dynamics. Cardiolipin alterations have been described in various pathological conditions. Patients suffering from Barth syndrome have an altered cardiolipin homeostasis caused by a primary deficiency in cardiolipin remodeling. Alterations in cardiolipin content or composition have also been reported in more frequent diseases such as diabetes and heart failure. In this review we provide an overview of cardiolipin metabolism, function and its role in different pathological states. P_MOEA：一种多目标决策辅助遗传算法用于服务组合QoS优化

在服务组合场景下,SLA约束下的服务组合优选是实现服务质量管理的重要基础之一．服务组合优选既是一个组合优化问题同时也是多目标决策问题,需要高效的算法以支持大规模的候选组合方案集合,同时也需要有效的评价模型来明确定义候选方案的优劣程度,从而为决策者提供支持．现有的服务组合优选方法多基于两种模型定义其优化目标：线性效用函数和Pareto最优．前者需要量化权重配置以定义效用函数,但是对于用户来说精确的量化权重配置是一个非常困难的任务,特别是在涉及到的QoS维度较多时;后者无需权重配置,将Pareto最优的skyline集合作为优化结果返回给用户,然而skyline集合的规模是不可控的,最优结果集的规模会随着问题的规模增大而显著增大,过大的最优结果集显然难以为决策者提供有效参考,针对上述传统方法的不足,在本文中,我们将PROMETHEE方法弓I入服务组合优选问题,结合Pareto和PROMETHEE两种评价模型,将skyline集合基础上的Top—kPROMETHEE最优方案作为优化目标,提出并实现了一个高效的遗传算法：P—MOEA．算法可以针对大规模问题,高效地返回Top—kPROMETHEE最优组合方案集合,从而为进一步的决策提供有效的参考．我们实验验证了算法的效率和有效性．     

Tetrastichinae (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae) associated with spider egg sacs

Aranobroter rayorae, gen. et sp. n., is described as a gregarious predator of spider eggs within egg sacs of Metepeira incrassata (Araneidae) from Veracruz, Mexico. Baryscapus uetzi, sp. n., is described as an internal parasitoid of A. rayorae. The biology of these two species is discussed. A review of Tetrastichinae associated with spider egg sacs includes new North American records.     

超临界CO2萃取法提取库尔勒香梨精油及其成分分析研究

采用超临界CO2萃取法提取库尔勒香梨精油,用气相色谱-串联质谱技术对其成分进行分析,并对几种提取方法进行综合比较。结果表明,与水蒸气蒸馏法、固相微萃取法相比,超临界CO2萃取法具有香梨精油提取率最高,为0．0549％。感官分析的结果表明,超临界CO2萃取法所得的库尔勒香梨精油颜色为橙色透明液体,而且风味好。气相色谱-质谱联用（GC-MS）分析结果表明：超临界CO2萃取法所得的香梨精油中共鉴定出28种成分。丁酸乙酯、顺-7-十四烯-1-醇和乙酸己酯的含量最高,含量分别为5．19％、4．85％和4．37％。     

金线莲研究的现状与展望

燃烧室新型迷宫复合冷却结构冷却比较

以燃烧室新型迷宫复合冷却结构为研究对象,取燃烧室新型迷宫复合冷却结构的一块瓦块,并在某型航空发动机原型气膜冷却火焰筒相同位置切出尺寸相等的1块,在流量、吹风比与实际流场相同的条件下分别对它们的三维流场和壁温进行了数值模拟,获得了其壁温及冷却效率的分布规律,并与原型火焰筒进行了对比。研究表明:相对某型航空发动机燃烧室原型火焰筒,该冷却结构的冷却效率高,流场分布均匀,温度梯度小。     

棒状薄层色谱法在焦化蜡油族组成分析中的应用

建立了快速测定焦化蜡油族组成的薄层色谱／氢火焰（TLC／FID）检测法，使用2种展开剂可以将试样很好地分成饱和烃、芳烃、胶质和沥青质．以经典柱色谱法测得的数据为基准，考察了方法的准确度，2种方法的绝对偏差不大于3％．同时对方法的精密度进行了考察，相对标准偏差小于5％，方法简单快速，每分析10个样品仅需3h，为蜡油族组成分析提供了一个方便快速的方法．     

Immature stages of Chinavia musiva (Berg, 1878): a unique pattern in the morphology of Chinavia Orian, 1965 (Hemiptera,Pentatomidae)1

Specimens of Chinavia musiva were collected in Parque Estadual do Espinilho (Barra do Quaraí County, RS, Brazil). Insects were reared under controlled conditions (24±1°C; RH 70±10%; 12h L:12h D), and fed on green beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.). Eggs of C. musiva differ from the pattern observed in other species of the genus due to chorion colour and surface, and aero‐micropylar processes, number and shape. Exclusive features of the species in the nymphal stage are head and thorax dull; variegated pattern of abdomen, and openings of the scent glands in conspicuous tubercles. Developmental time was, on average, 52 days; females laid more frequently egg masses with 14 or 42 eggs. Females collected from the field as nymphs exhibited higher reproductive performance than females reared on green beans as nymphs and adults, suggesting that wild hosts could be essential for the species life cycle.
