Impact of the Small Town Construction on Original Inhabitants in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area--A Case Study in Lishu Village, Changling Town, Chongqing Municipality, China

Based on the five-year long dynamic tracking and investigation of the peasant households of the Lishu village, the influences by small town construction on the economy and employment of the original peasant households are discussed. On the one hand, small town construction plays a positive role in adjustment of the industrial structure of the original peasant households and in the transfer of their employment towards non-agricultural industries. On the other hand the economic growth of the original peasant households is not so well sustainable, and is so fluctuating. Moreover,the unbalance of income distribution of the said households has been furthered, and small town construction has made the existing labor surplus of the original peasant households more serious, particularly the women labor surplus.     

Analysis of cDNA sequence, protein structure and expression of parotid secretory protein in pig

Parotid secretory protein (PSP) secreted abundantly in saliva, whose function is related with the anti-bacterial effect. The PSP cDNA has been isolated from pig parotid glands by 3′ and 5′ rapid amplification of cDNA end (RACE), based on the conserved signal peptide region among the known mammalian PSP. The result of homologous comparison shows that pig PSP and human PSP shares the high identity at the level of the primary, secondary and tertiary protein structure. A search for functionally significant protein motifs revealed a unique amino acid sequence pattern consisting of the residues Leu-X(6)-Leu-X(6)-Leu-X(7)-Leu-X(6)-Leu-X(6)-Leu near the amino-terminal portion of the protein, which is important to its function. RT-PCR, Dot blot and Northern blot analysis demonstrated that PSP was strongly expressed in parotid glands, but not in other tissues.     

邛崃波尔山羊场牧业生态系统能流物流的研究

运用生态学的系统分析方法，以邓崃波尔山羊场牧业生态系统为研究对象，对其能流、物流以及能量和物质的转化效率和经济效益进行了研究．结果表明，该牧业生态系统以畜产品及畜体输出的能量和粗蛋白质分别占相应总输出的31．07％和31．77％，家畜能量和粗蛋白质的转化效率分别为16．560／o和17．81％，产值盈利率为36．42％，其中羊高达52．26％．该系统是一个值得推广的牧业生态系统．     

基于长株潭经济一体化的社会经济信息系统研究

长株潭社会经济信息系统是在地理信息系统支持下以基础地理数据和专题数据为地理实体对象，集知识、分析、决策和服务为一体的信息系统。从应用角度为空间数据管理和信息共享提供了可行的解决方案。     

杉木速生丰产林标准化研究

通过杉木速生丰产林标准的示范推广．检验了杉木标准的适用性，进一步研究了不同立地、种源和整地方式等对杉木生长的影响，并对12年生杉木速生丰产林进行了经济效益分析，为杉木标准的不断更新完善和进一步推广应用提供了可靠的理论依据．     

要以社会可持续发展规范经济发展

追求社会发展是每个国家和民族的共同愿望，而如何看待社会发展和经济发展的关系。树立什么样的“发展观”，则是至关重要的问题。要实现真正的发展——可持续的全面的社会发展，就要为其寻找真实的动力和坚实的基础，这真实的动力和坚实的基础就是提高劳动生产率、提高科技贡献率、提高管理效益、优化产业结构、提高国家经济质量，而这一切只能依靠科技、文化、教育、卫生等社会事业的发展和社会整体素质的提高。     

防范跨国公司内部价格转移的对策研究

目前，跨国公司进驻我国已成为客观必然，而且将越来越多。跨国公司在推动我国经济发展的同时，也不可避免地带来了一些负面影响。最主要的方面就是利用其内部贸易，将本该属于我国享有的利润通过价格转移的手段转移到国外的母公司，致使我国的税收减少，既影响了财政收入，也影响了我国正常的经济秩序。这表明，我国防范跨国公司内部价格转移的法律制度还不健全，措施也欠完善。国外尤其是发达国家在防范跨国公司价格转移方面已经颇有成效，因此就防范措施进行国际比较，以期对我国该问题的实践有所启示和借鉴。     

新经济环境下会计人才的培养

论述了在新经济环境下,对会计人才的需求的改变,提出了改革传统会计教育,培养国际型会计人才的措施。     

桩端压力注浆桩在卵石层中的应用

灌注桩采用桩端压力灌浆新技术后，能大幅度地提高基桩承裁能力，减小其沉降，在工程中已运用多年，但大量工程实践表明其对不同地层的适应性是不同的。根据某工程中钻孔灌注桩现场试验，对桩端压力灌浆技术在卵石层中灌注桩的运用效果其及经济、社会效益进行了分析。
