Fabrication and Application of High Quality Diamond-coated Tools

Diamond-coated tools were fabricated using Co-cemented carbide inserts as substrates by the electronically aided hot filament chemical vapor deposition (EACVD). An amount of additive in an acid solution was used to promote the Co etching of the substrate surface. The surface of the WC-Co substrate was decarburized by microwave plasma with Ar-H 2 gas. PET-云母复合体系的双重Tg转变

本文用粘弹谱仪、x射线衍射、DSC研究了PET—云母复合物的Tg区域的多重转变等松驰转变行为,探讨了加工、云母填充对PET—云母材料性能影响的分子运动机理。不同热历史(如不同成型条件、热处理等)使聚合物分子形成不同链段运动;处于高温位的Tg(u)其运动单元是受结晶、内应力、填料作用影响的非晶区链段。     

流线型挤出模曲面构造

根据塑料挤出的特点，在编程实现对型材截面轮廓凸凹性自动判断的基础上，采用射线法与比例间隔法相结合的方法，确定流道入口圆周上型值点的位置．以三次多项式作为流道模腔型曲线的数学模型，依据流线型要求给出的初始、边界条件，得出型曲线的数学方程．构建了挤出模流道的三维参数化曲面模型．有限元分析结果显示，该方法创建的流线型流道模型，其流动稳定性和平顺性都优于直线型流道．     

生物膜形成与发展二维动态模拟

生物膜微观结构与形态特征直接影响废水生物处理效果。混合微生物可在适宜载体表面形成各种各样的生物膜，且其形成与发展是一个动态过程。采用差分-离散复合法动态模拟二维区域上的基质传递、生物膜形成与发展过程，并探讨生物质生长时间与初始接种数等对生物膜结构与形态造成的影响。与传统生物膜模型不同之处在于其结构特性包括孔隙率、厚度和密度等都是模型输出量。     

三峡钢丝绳卷扬全平衡式垂直升船机机电耦合系统动力学仿真

建立三峡钢丝绳卷扬全平衡式垂直式升船机的双闭环调速电力拖动控制系统的模型和升船机各子结构的动力学模型，并通过刚性子结构法形成了整体动力学模型，运用MATLAB中的SIMULINK模块，将电力拖动控制系统与整体动力学模型耦合，采用Wilson-θ法求解瞬态响,对误载水深为＋20cm，承船厢低点位置上向上启动运动的正常工况进行了仿真分析。     

ICP方法匹配深度图像的实现

针对ICP(迭代最近点 )方法中寻找深度像之间点对应关系这一难点问题 ,首先介绍对ICP方法匹配深度图像的原理并给出单位四元数和旋转角度间的关系 ,然后提出一种验证两个深度图像中对应点对有效性的方法 ,给出了判断待匹配深度图像之间的点对应条件的准则 ,同时给出了实现这种准则的数据结构以及程序设计思想 .最后 ,用真实深度图像证明此方法的有效性 ,并用“主次缝合线”法合成匹配后的深度图像

The dynamic yarn tension variations during knitting cycle are very difficult to control and be-come one of barriers to knitting on modern warp knitting machine.Examination of experimentaldata and theoretical analysis show that the relative position of spring rail to knitting elements suchas needle,guide as well as their displacement has noticeable effect on tension variation so that theknitting condition can be much improved by rearrangement of the knitting elements and theirmovement within a knitting cycle.
