提出一种基于鲁棒统计学中位数的３Ｄ运动参数估计方法，能够有效地克服由于出格点造成的粗差，并且不需任何参数初始值，整个算法计算简便，计算机模拟显示，其估计精度是令人满意的。     

Decision Support Systems (DSS) development using a model of user inquiry types: Methodological proposals and a case study

A study of the DSS implementation area reveals an increased emphasis on methodologies for DSS development. As the DSS field matures, a larger number of methodological options are becoming available to the DSS developer. Existing methodologies have adopted various methods for performing the important task of DSS requirements analysis and specification. In envisaging a hierarchy of requirements analysis methods, a method for improved requirements analysis is proposed to remedy observed deficiencies within it. This method is based on a view of generic types of inquiries or solicitations made by the DSS user during decision-making. This formalism constitutes the basis of a proposed DSS development methodology that offers several benefits to DSS development. The intended benefits include a sharper and more focused requirements analysis to improve the DSS development process. This paper describes the model and methodology, alongside details of a real-world example of their use in developing a Marketing Decision Support System (MKDSS) for the support of marketing decision-making.

半参数模型约束条件下估计量的统计诊断

利用最小惩罚二乘原理构造加权惩罚平方和，导出了约束条件下，半参数模型中正规化矩阵正定时半参数平差的计算方法，用直接法得到了参数和半参数的估计量，并将此方法引入测绘领域，给出了相应的公式。     

VB+SQL快速参数查询及报表实现

通过实例介绍了VB＋SQL数据库快速参数查询及报表功能的实现，研究了参数查询。给出了如何使用ADO Command对象创建快速参数查询的方法；研究了参数报表，给出了快速参数报表的实现方法。     

南通港闸经济开发区污水处理厂设计

江苏南通港闸经济开发区污水处理厂扩建工程设计规模为5万m3/d,本次实施规模为2.5万m3/d。采用水解酸化+M BBR工艺,污泥脱水采用不经消化直接脱水压滤工艺。本文介绍了各处理单元的主要设计参数和所选用设备的技术参数。     

Unit roots versus other types of time heterogeneity,parameter time dependence and superexogeneity

This paper stresses the restrictive nature of the standard unit root/cointegration assumptions and examines a more general type of time heterogeneity, which might characterize a number of economic variables, and which results in parameter time dependence and misleading statistical inference. We show that in such cases ‘operational’ models cannot be obtained, and the estimation of time‐varying parameter models becomes necessary. For instance, economic processes subject to endemic change can only be adequately modelled in a state space form. This is a very important point, because unstable models will break down when used for forecasting purposes. We also discuss a new test for the null of cointegration developed by Quintos and Phillips (1993), which is based on parameter constancy in cointegrating regressions. Finally, we point out that, if it is possible to condition on a subset of superexogenous variables, parameter instability can be handled by estimating a restricted system. In this paper,we discuss MDP with discrete time parameter-the firstpassage model with denumerable state space.Under assumption A in this paper,we prove that an ε(>0)-optimal stationary policy exists.To find an ε-optimalstationary policy,an algorithm of policy improvement iteration and a method ofsuccessive approximations are given.

提出流体非线性声学参量Ｂ／Ａ的体积模量表述，证明了Ｂ／Ａ是流体体积模量的函数，研究了理想气体、硬球液体Ｂ／Ａ的性质，得到硬球体系液体的Ｂ／Ａ表达式．为用热力学、分子热力学方法计算流体的Ｂ／Ａ提供了理论依据
