On-line Weighted Least Squares Kernel Method for Nonlinear Dynamic Modeling

Support vector machines （SVM） have been widely used in pattern recognition and have also drawn considerable interest in control areas. Based on rolling optimization method and on-line learning strategies, a novel approach based on weighted least squares support vector machines （WLS-SVM） is proposed for nonlinear dynamic modeling. The good robust property of the novel approach enhances the generalization ability of kernel method-based modeling and some experimental results are presented to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method.     

Robust Predictive Control of Uncertain Systems with Time-delay Using Tight Sets of Predicted States

A robust model predictive control （MPC） algorithm for discrete time linear systems with time-delay （RPC.TDS） subjected to constrained input control is presented, where the polytopic uncertainties exist in state matrices and input matrices. In the algorithm the standard optimization of quadratic objective function has been transformed into optimization of sum of N ＋ 1 upper bounds of the quadratic objective function with respect to N control moves and a state feedback control law, where N is the control horizon. The feasibility of the optimization problem guarantees that the algorithm is robustly stable. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.     

系统和谐度测度研究

通过系统和谐度构成的分析,建立了和谐度的测度体系。和谐度的测度指标分为构成和谐性、组织和谐性、内部环境和谐性、外部环境和谐性和总体和谐性。通过在理论上对各构成要素的敏感性分析,表明单因素或多因素的改进对和谐度是有影响的。利用和谐度分析矩阵构建和谐度测度方法,并结合企业实际对系统和谐度给与实证研究,验证单因素改进对系统和谐度有正向影响。
