细叶结缕草克隆植株生长发育时间节律初探

通过对克隆植物细叶结缕草（Zoysia tenuifolia Willd．）匍匐茎上复合节及各器官形态建成的时间观测，探讨其克隆植株生长发育的时间节律．研究表明：细叶结缕草的生长发育呈现出较强的节律性，主匍匐茎和二级匍匐茎的生长具有一定相似性．在主匍匐茎和二级匍匐茎上，一般3．3d左右形成一个复合节，而单个复合节间的发育一般需要持续7～8d时间．复合节间的30％的增长是在另外一个复合节形成并快速伸长的同时进行的．通过主匍匐茎的向前直线型生长和次级匍匐茎的侧向伸展，细叶结缕草分株种群规模扩大，提高了生态适应性和种间竞争能力．     

Forecasting the 10‐year US Treasury rate

This study compares the performance of two forecasting models of the 10‐year Treasury rate: a random walk (RW) model and an augmented‐autoregressive (A‐A) model which utilizes the information in the expected inflation rate. For 1993–2008, the RW and A‐A forecasts (with different lead times and forecast horizons) are generally unbiased and accurately predict directional change under symmetric loss. However, the A‐A forecasts outperform the RW, suggesting that the expected inflation rate (as a leading indicator) helps improve forecast accuracy. This finding is important since bond market efficiency implies that the RW forecasts are optimal and cannot be improved. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Growth of decagonal quasicrystal phase in laser resolidified Al72Ni12Co16

An ultra-high temperature gradient directional solidification process produced by a widened laser beam was adopted to achieve the directionally solidified microstructure of the stable decagonal quasicrystal phase in Al72Ni12Co16 alloy. X-ray, SEM, TEM and optical microscopy techniques were used to investigate the microstructures and identify the phase. The directionally solidified decagonal quasicrystal showed the facet morphology and grew in lateral growth mode. The unusual periodic and quasiperiodic atomic structures of the decagonal quasicrystal and the epitaxial growth in the melt pool were considered to be the key factors influencing the growth morphology. The experimental results were consistent with the Toner's theoretical atomistic growth model.     

检查集成电路光刻掩模的实时白光信息处理系统

本文介绍一种用空间滤波检查集成电路光刻掩模的实时白光信息处理系统.采用该系统作检查比传统的镜检法或相干光学处理技术更为简便,且效果显著.借助这种技术能明显地察觉到掩模里的黑点、针孔、刻痕、电路损缺、短路或断路等微小缺陷.

黄斑蓝子鱼CRH基因的克隆及其在浅水应激后的mRNA表达

鱼类应激时主要启动两种生理反应系统,即"交感-嗜铬组织"系统/和/或"下丘脑-垂体-肾间组织轴"(HPI轴)系统.在实际生产操作中,鱼类容易受到浅水暴露应激.为了探讨黄斑蓝子鱼在受到浅水应激后HPI轴是否被激活,本研究克隆了下丘脑中启动HPI轴活性的关键因子—促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)的基因,并检测其在应激前和受到浅水应激后不同时间点(0、20、40、60、80 min)的mRNA水平.结果显示,CRH前体的cDNA全长为1025 bp,编码170个氨基酸(aa),分别由一个信号肽(24个aa)、一个功能未知保守区(13个aa)和一个成熟肽(41个aa)组成;该CRH前体和成熟肽与其他鱼类的相应肽分别具有62%-98%和78%-100%的序列相似性.当鱼体受到短暂(4 min)浅水应激后80 min内,脑中CRH mRNA水平在应激前后无显著变化(P>0.05),说明黄斑蓝子鱼在受到急性浅水应激后可能主要启动"交感-嗜铬组织"系统而不是HPI轴.     

计算机辅助的指纹图象预处理及特征提取

本论文分析了有关指纹图象预处理及特征提取的方法,在研究过程中,提出了空域方向性滤波法和均衡增强法两种去嗓声方法,及基于指纹原图的一次性细化方法,并对指纹中心点的定义作了改进。     

Cloning and expression profiles of 15 genes encoding WRKY transcription factor in wheat (Triticum aestivem L.)

WRKY proteins are involved in various physiological processes, including biotic and abiotic stress responses, hormone responses and development. However, no systematic identification, expression and function analysis of WRKY genes in wheat were reported. In this study, we isolated 15 wheat cDNAs with complete open reading frame (ORF) encoding putative WRKY proteins using in silico cloning. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that the 15 wheat WRKY genes belonged to three major WRKY groups. Expression analysis revealed that most genes expressed drastically in leaf, except TaWRKY10 which expressed in crown intensively. Four genes were strongly up-regulated with the senescence of leaves. Eight genes were responsive to low temperature, high temperature, NaCl or PEG treatment. Moreover, differential expression patterns were also observed between wheat hybrid and its parents, and some genes were more responsive to PEG treatment in the hybrid. These results demonstrated that wheat WRKY genes are involved in leaf senescing and abiotic stresses. And the changed expression of these WRKY genes in hybrid might contribute to the heterosis by improving the stress tolerance in hybrids.
