显微／望远两用镜光学系统设计

设计了一种新型的显微／望远两用镜,讨论了此两用镜的光学系统设计方法案和光学系统设计方案和光学系统各结构参数,对所得的象差曲线结果进行了分析,给了一个此光学系统的结构参数实例和产品外形轮廓。     

直线电机瞬态特性的场路耦合分析法

运用磁网络法,进行了单边直线感应电动机的性能分析。提出了此种电机的磁网络模型,由电磁场方程导出了磁网络的参数,从而考虑了直线电机边端效应、绕组不对称分布等结构特点。场路耦合及机电耦合法的运用,使文中提供的分析模型更接近实际情况,适合于动态特性的分析     

苯甲酰类化合物构效关系的模式识别研究

用ＣＮＤＯ／２量化方法计算了３５个苯甲酰类化合物的量化指数,并应用模式识别方法研究了该类化合物的结构对治疗患Ｌ１２１０肿瘤小鼠药效的影响,得到满意的分类图。结果表明化合物的抗癌活性的主要影响因素为ＣＱＳ、ＥＬＵＭＯ、ＥＳＨＥＰ和π,药物的抗癌活性主要是通过抑制核苷酸还原酶所致,而且化合物在体内到达受体的过程和难易程度对药效的影响较大。     

AlGaAs／GaAs HBT基区电流的研究

在ALGaAs/GaAs HBT E-M模型直流参数的研究基础上,对HBT的基区电流进行了研究,特别是针对BE结空间电荷区的复合电流和基区表面复合电流,因为在HBT的小偏置情况下,HBT的BE结空间电荷区的复合电流和基区表面复合电流在整个基区电流中占有主导地位。当BE结间外加电压为0.5-1.2V时,ALGaAs HBT的基区电流的计算机模拟值和测试值比较接近,这一研究结果有助于进一步了解HBT的直流特性和1/?噪声特性。     

Stability of the Sarcin/Ricin domain of 28S RNA in rat ribosome under hydrostatic pressure

Under 2 100 bar of hydrostatic pressure, KNA N-glycosidase can still cleave the N-C bond of adenosine at position 4324 in R/S domain of 28S RNA in rat ribosome, demonstrating that high pressure has no effect on the tertiary structure of S/R domain.     

Leakage of mantle helium from the Liaodong Peninsula, China

The isotopic cumpositions of helium have been investigated in hot spring gases sampled from the Liaodong Peninsula. China. The³He/⁴He ratios range from 0.14 Ra (0.14 times the atmospheric³He/⁴He ratio of 1.40 × 10^-6 to 0.72 Ra.³He/⁴He versus⁴He/²⁰Ne ratios and He contents suggest that a small amount of mantle-derived helium reaches the earth’s surface. Helium iwtope ratios of the hot spring gases show a distribution pattern similar to the regional heat flow values, indicating that the positive thermal anomaly occurring in the rtrea is closely associated with the presence of mantle-derived helium. The observations described above provide some significant evidence that the molten magma originating from partial melting of the upper mantle may have intruded into the continental crust along the activity fault. The coupling of the presence of mantle He and heat flow anomalies to seismic activity in studied region seem to imply that there is an internal relationship between mantle degassing and seismic activity.     

Comprehensive evaluation of mechanism of “chimney effect” using principles of magnetism, geochemistry and mineralogy

Study of forming mechanism of "chimney-effect" (CE) has important significance for basic theory and applications of non-seismic geophysical and geochemical methods locating oil/gas reservoirs. The theoretical basis of comprehensive evaluation of mechanism of CE using principles of magnetism, geochemistry and mineralogy has been reviewed, with the problems to be solved: (ⅰ) study for the relationship between process of oil/gas migration and geochemical field; (ⅱ) analysis of genesis of magnetic, geochemical and mineralogical anomaly; (ⅲ) interpretation of surface soil magnetism and geochemical anomaly combined with seismic data.     

TCP／IP体系结构

ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ是Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ网络进行信息传输和网络互连所使用的协议,随着Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的飞速发展,ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ已成为事实上的国际标准和工业标准。本文对ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ的网络体系结构及其协议族作了概述介绍。     

多客户VOD视频服务器的研究

描述了基于通用工作站的ＶＯＤ（ＶｉｄｅｏＯｎＤｅｍａｎｄ）视频服务器支持多客户并发访问的原理,提出了一个利用时间片轮询的调度算法来给多客户提供视频服务,并给出了一个基于客户／服务器结构的ＶＯＤ视频服务器的结构及其初步实现．实验结果证明了调度算法的有效性和正确性．     

藏产红景天混合提取物对BALB／c小鼠免疫功能的影响

选择淋巴器官脏器系数,迟发型变态反应,脾脏抗体生成细胞数,巨噬细胞蚕噬指数等免疫免疫学指标观察藏产多种红景天对ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,在５００－２０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ剂量范围内能增加ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠胸腺的相对重量,足跖厚度及脾脏抗体生成细胞的数量。
