In computer aided geometric design, the degree reduction of the parameter curve is a key technique in data exchange and data compression. The various existing methods of degree reduction cannot decide whether the degree reduction curve satisfying the given tolerance exists beforehand, cannot give approximation of the best multi-degree reduction, or cannot provide explicit expression and error formula of the degree reduction curve. In this paper, we propose an entirely new method, which can hurdle the above flaws completely. For a given Bézier curve of degree n, we can easily decide whether a Bézier reduction curve of degree m exists, which has equal derivatives with the given curve up to (r-1)-th and (s-1)-th orders (r,s≤m) respectively at the endpoints, so the approximating error is less than the given tolerance ε in the L2-norm. 在分析知识型员工工作偏好的基础上,结合工作的内在激励效用设计了其效用函数,利用委托代理框架,分析了知识型员工挑战性工作激励与金钱激励的相互作用关系.结果表明,无论信息完全与否,挑战性工作均能在一定意义上替代金钱对知识型员工的激励作用;信息不完全时,挑战性工作还能够增强知识型员工抵抗报酬风险的能力.最后给出了实证分析,并得出了知识型员工挑战性工作的设计原则与方法. 相似文献

The high-voltage power transmission system is an important lifeline structure. It is significant for wide researches on the features and ability of the system subjected to earthquake and environmental loads. The promising prosperity of the system has been demonstrated around the world. The corresponding advances of the system with respect to the mechanism of loading action, analytical methods, experimental research measurements, structural vibration control, fatigue damage, lifetime prediction, and design methods are comprehensively discussed herein. During the late years there has been an ever-increasing focus on the possibilities to change the building process to raise quality on the final building products as well as the activities of actors involved in the building process. One reason for this interest is the new opportunities evolving due to introduction of advanced information and communication technology (ICT). The paper focuses on creative changes of the building process powered by user driven innovation activities. An overview of existing user driven innovation methodologies is given as well experiences from the ongoing Virtual Innovation in Construction (VIC) project. One important driving force for change is the opportunity for users to develop and articulate real needs concerning for example different functionalities of a building and its parts, but also on artifacts supporting the actual needs capture and requirements formulation during building design. Semisolid mold forging is a major type of semisolid processing, which is different from neither traditional mold forging nor traditional permanent casting. However, processing defects are often seen in work pieces because of lacking available rules for the process design and control. Some basic rules for the process design and control, simply named the shortest flowing length, pressure filling and the minimum uplifting mold pressure, are advanced in the paper based on amount of researches and experiments. The equations to determine the major process parameters are given out such as the filling pressure, forming pressure and locking mold pressure for the process design and control. The rules and equations are experimentally proved available and applicable by several actual work pieces produced by the semisolid forging process. 相似文献

According to the magnetic circuit design theory and performance requirements of magnetic field, an H-type permanent magnetic actuator that generates uniform magnetic field larger than 0.4 T in the interested re- gion has been designed in this paper. The static magnetic field simulation analysis was done by Ansoft' s Max- well three-dimensional (3D) software. The simulation results showed that the magnetic field of this system can meet the requirements, and this permanent magnetic actuator designed in this paper can be used in small nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) svstem. 相似文献

Industrial development can enrich people’s lives,but it also causes environmental pollution,which is an area of significant concern among governments,consumers,and companies.Governments formulate some environmental policies,which motivate industry by providing greater incentives for green product development.Consumers are classified into two groups - ordinary and green market segments - according to their environmental awareness and attitudes.In this regard,companies need to reconsider their primary product design strategies.By investigating the interactions among customers’ preferences,firms’ product strategies,and government subsidy policies,this paper presents a theoretical model for new product design strategies.After detailed theoretical analysis of such strategies,we found that to motivate firms to choose environmentally friendly product design strategies, governments should inaugurate effective subsidy policies.After simultaneously considering environmental issues and firms’ benefits,we designed a subsidy policy.With such a policy,firms can change their primary product design strategies and develop both green and ordinary products,thereby increasing the firms’ profits and improving the total environmental quality. 相似文献

Taizhou Bridge, located at the middle of Jiangsu Province, connecting Taizhou City and Zhenjiang City, started in Dec. 2007. The bridge is the first kilometer level three-pylon suspension bridge in the world, and it adopts longitudinal herringbone shape steel middle pylon for the first time in the world. The foundation of the middle tower is the deepest underwater caisson in soil on earth.
