论述了柱径与柱高对逆流浮选柱浮选过程的影响,提出了气阻、面积负荷的概念.通过研究矿化气泡的受力及运动,建立了表征矿浆运动的理论模型,并对模型的参数做了经验处理.给出了用矿浆流速确定柱径、用柱径和浮选柱容积来确定柱高的设计方法.通过对细粒钼铋矿物的回收实验表明,在同等实验条件下,无论是精矿品位还是回收率,按该方法设计的柱体浮选效果明显好于其他尺寸的柱体. 相似文献

In this paper,the northern mountainous area of Fuzhou City which is an ungauged basin has been taken for example to discuss the method of design flood calculation by means of combining the DEM(digital elevation model) and the Xin’anjiang Model(three components).The problem of estimating the parameters of the runoff model has been solved by using the parameters of the reference station.In the conflux calculation,the isochrones are obtained by DEM which helps to avoid the cumbersome work of drawing them on the map.With the establishment of the digital elevation model throughout the country,it is practically significant to use it in the hydrological estimation. 相似文献

为了确定钛合金表面扩散焊接轴承钢硬化层的合适厚度,利用先进的纳米显微力学探针测量了材料的弹性模量. 采用ANSYS有限元软件,对钛合金表面扩散焊接轴承钢硬化层在受压情况下的应力分布以及尺寸稳定性进行了分析,以此对轴承钢硬化层的厚度进行了模拟. 结果表明,当轴承钢硬化层厚度在0.10~0.50mm内时,最大等效应力发生在镍与铜之间,容易引起界面处裂纹的产生;合适的轴承钢硬化层厚度范围应为1.00~2.00mm,最佳的厚度为1.50mm左右. 相似文献

The gear transmission system has been widely applied in mechanical systems, and many high-performance applications of these systems require low weight. With the aid of establishing the optimization model of the gear transmission system that consists of an objective function and some constraints (for example, the bending stress, the contact stress, the torsional strength, etc.), the optimal weight design of the gear transmission system can be transformed into the optimization problem for the objective function under the constraints. Moreover, both the shaft and the gear of the gear transmission system are considered simultaneously in our design. The hybrid Taguchi-genetic algorithm (HTGA) is employed to find the optimal design variables and the optimal weight of the system. An illustrated example for the single spur gear reducer is given to show that the optimal weight design problem can be successfully solved using the proposed design scheme. It also proves the high efficiency and feasibility of the algorithm in the gear design. 相似文献

In the engineering database system,multiple versions of a design including engineering drawings should be managed efficiently. The paper proposes an efficient spatial data structure,that is an expansion of the R-tree and HR-tree,for version management of engineering drawings. A novel mechanism to manage the difference between drawings is introduced to the HR-tree to eliminate redundant duplications and to reduce the amount of storage required for the data structurr. 一种典型的时间性的感觉是对于闪烁灯光缺失基频的现象.对此可用从信号的自相关函数(ACF)中导出的时间性因子加以描述.此方法与关于复音的音调评价所采用的方法相类似.此外,视觉的空间感,例如纹理感,包括对比、韵律和粗糙度,这些感觉也可用从灰度的ACF中导出的因子加以描述.其主观优选条件已经从其与时间和空间因子的关系中找出.文中还发现大脑的活动与对视觉有关的时间性因子的主观优选具有良好的对应性,当时间因子改变时,左脑的α波形更为显著.该理论结合时间和空间值可应用于实现更佳的视觉环境.此项关于时间性设计的新概念也可应用于建筑与环境设计中,人们可从2001年以来发表于网页http://www.jtdweb.org/中的文献里得到更多的关于JTD的信息. 相似文献

In order to decrease the deformation and stress and increase the natural frequency of the fixed table,a method of optimization driven by the sensitivity and topology analyses is proposed.The finite element model of the fixed table is constructed and analyzed by using ANSYS software.Based on the results of static analysis and modal analysis,the maximum deformation,the maximum stress,and natural frequencies are obtained.Then,the sensitivity analysis and topology optimization are carried out to find out the parameters to be optimized.The fixed table is reconstructed according to optimal design scheme.In the comparison of the results between original model and the optimized one,the maximum deformation and stress are decreased by 71.73% and 60.27% respectively.At the same time,the natural frequencies from the first mode to the sixth mode are increased by 30.28%,29.57%,29.51%,31.52%,22.19%,and 21.80%,respectively.The method can provide technology guide for the design and optimization of machining structure. 相似文献
