周期性需求下多级库存缺货控制模型研究

从一个以区域分销中心(DC)为主导地位且由多个供应商与零售商共同组成的多级库存系统出发,系统在假设DC和零售商都实行连续性盘点的(R,Q)库存控制策略,提前期为常量,零售商需求为正态分布的前提下,采用缺货策略的思想来确定订货临界点及订货批量.并且以确定DC的库存策略为目标,建立了缺货条件下的多级库存控制模型,从而达到有效控制库存的目的.最后,给出了一个算例,说明了该库存控制模型的可行度.

微波场影响生物体超弱发光的研究

根据F.A.Popp相干理论及有关实验，生物光子的延迟辐射强度时间服从双曲函数分布，通过对蒜瓣在微波作用下超弱发光的研究表明，并非所有生物体的发光曲线都呈双曲衰减，有些生物体的超弱发光呈振荡趋势。考虑到声子和光子的相互作用，并通过实验和计算机模拟验证这一结果。     

静脉注射胺碘酮治疗室性心律失常延迟起效的机制探讨

静注胺碘酮(Am)治疗室性心律失常时起效时间常出现数小时以上的延迟.为探讨其延迟作用的机制,在8条活体杂种狗身上采用快速静注Am后连续滴注Am20h的方法,对Am及其主要活性代谢产物去乙基胺碘酮(DA)的血浆、心肌内浓度与相应时间段的电生理参数变化进行系列比较.结果发现,静注Am后血浆和心肌内Am和DA浓度都迅速达峰,此时窦性心动周期和文氏点都显著延长(分别与用药前比P<0.05),而心室有效不应期(VERP)和心室激动时间(VAT)只有轻度的、统计学上无显著性的增加.连续静滴Am期间,血浆和心肌内Am和DA浓度均很快下降,到30min和60min时稳定在一个较低水平,20h后窦性心动周期和文氏周期恢复至接近用药前水平,但VERP和VAT并不随着Am和DA浓度降低而缩短.表明静注Am抗心律失常延迟起效不能用心肌内Am或DA浓度蓄积来解释,静注Am抗心律失常的确切机制尚待研究.     

一种用Fourier级数辨识延时线性系统的算法

本给出了一种改进的Ｆｏｕｒｉｅｒ级数辨识延时线性系统的算法。通过Ｆｏｕｒｉｅｒ级数的运算算子矩阵，将描述系统的微分方程化为代数方程，再使用最小二乘方法即可求得系统的参数估计。本的算法简单，节省了ＣＰＵ存贮空间，更便于实用。

浅谈图书复本数和借阅期限及读者权利

现代图书馆的核心价值理念之一是无区别、平等地为每一位读者服务,而图书馆现行的限册、限期管理办法,在提高资源利用率,提高流通量的同时,也不恰当地干涉了读者在阅读习惯与阅读方式上的选择权。而差异式服务则更违反了平等的原则。若以复本数补偿的方式来对待有超期限、超册数需求的读者,则有可能解决这一问题。探讨了图书复本数、借阅期限和读者权利之间的关系。     

New criteria on delayed state feedback stabilization for stochastic systems with time-varying delay

The problems of robust exponential stability in mean square and delayed state feedback stabilization for uncertain stochastic systems with time-varying delay are studied.By using Jensen’s integral inequality and combining with the free weighting matrix approach,new delay-dependent stability conditions and delayed state feedback stabilization criteria are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities.Meanwhile,the proposed delayed state feedback stabilization criteria are more convenient in application than the existing ones since fewer tuning parameters are involved.Numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.     

Steady-State Analysis of Target Tracker with Constant Input/Bias Constraint

Navigation and surveillance applications require tracking constant input/bias targets. When the target＇s trajectory follows a constant input/bias constraint, model mismatching caused by conventional tracking algorithms can be handled by a delayed update filter （DUF）. The statistical convergence and stability properties of the delayed update filter were studied to insure the rationality of its steady-state analysis. A steady-state filter gain was then designed for a constant-gain DUF to reduce the computations without much performance loss. Simulations demonstrate the potential of the constant-gain DUF, and the CGDUF is nearly 60% faster than the DUF without much loss in steady-state tracking accuracy.
