Biocompatibility studies of silk fibroin-based artificial nerve grafts in vitro and in vivo

Silk fibroin(SF)has been used extensively in the biomedical field including tissue engineering for the generation of artificial bones,skins or ligaments.We have previously reported on good in vitro biocompatibility of SF fibers with peripheral nerve tissues and cells.In the present study,we developed a novel design of the SF-based artificial nerve graft(SF graft)which was composed of a SF-nerve guidance conduit(NGC)inserted with SF fibers.MTT assay was performed to determine the cytotoxicity of the SF-NGC extract fluid on the cultured L929 cells derived from an immortalized mouse fibroblast cell line.In addition,this SF graft was implanted into adult rats for bridging a 10-mm long sciatic nerve defect.The following-up experiments at initial stage(1-4 week)of nerve regeneration including routine blood tests and histochemical investigation were conducted to evaluate the in vivo biocompatibility of the SF graft with peripheral nerves.The results demonstrated that the SF-NGC graft was biocompatible with the surrounding tissues and cells due to its low inflammatory potential with a grade 0 under the U.S.Pharmacopeia guidelines and it was generally suitable to a certain degree for bridging peripheral nerve defects in virtue of supporting Schwann cell adherence,expansion and migration.Therefore the SF graft is a promising alternative to classical autografts for peripheral nerve repair.

煤矿软岩巷道顶底板剪切变形破坏机理

通过石嘴山一矿38区＋600m轨道巷表面收敛监测及变形破坏的研究，总结出了变形破坏特征。以矿山压力假说为前提，对巷道围岩典型破坏特征作出理论推断，建立巷道顶底板的力学模型，并应用关键层理论、块体理论、弹性力学对巷道变形破坏进行理论分析与求解，得出了巷道顶底板发生剪切破坏判定条件，并用FIAC加数值模拟验证其正确性，为深部巷道支护提供了新的理论依据。     

From deep basin gas to diagenetic trap—An example from the Yulin Gas Field in the Ordos Basin

In the updip portion of the Yulin Gas Field in the Ordos Basin, there are no any structural, stratigraphic and sedimentary lithologic seals. Using thin-section petrography, ultraviolet fluorescence microscopy, micro-thermometry and Raman microspectrometry, this paper finds out the diagenetic trap and studies the diagenetic history of this field. It was revealed that three phases of diagenesis and hydrocarbon charging happened in late Triassic, late Jurassic and the end of early Cretaceous respectively. In the first two phases, acid geofluid entered the reservoir and caused dissolution and cementation. Although the porosities had been increased, further compaction accompanying re-subsidence resulted in tight sandstone and conglomerates. Till the end of the early Cretaceous, bulk of gas migrated into the tight reservoir. Cementation, however, kept on in the updip portion of this field due to low gas saturation and formed the diagenetic trap. The mechanism for gas accumulation was changed from deep basin gas to diagenetic trap, which offers a sealing condition that can retain gas for much longer time.

分析兰州地区深基坑支护的设计和施工现状,探讨适合于兰州地区的深基坑支护技术.分别介绍土钉墙支护、土钉加预应力锚杆联合支护、框架预应力锚杆支护技术的作用机理,结合工程实例说明其在兰州地区的应用.实践证明,这3种支护技术适合于兰州地区.当基坑深度小于8.0 m时,采用土钉墙比较合适;当基坑深度在8.0~10.0 m之间时,可以考虑采用土钉加预应力锚杆的复合支护结构;当基坑深度大于10.0 m时,选择框架预应力锚杆支护结构更加合理.

血气分析深入图像在新生儿肺炎病人中的应用（附40例报告）

为了提高对低氧血症状态的分析和动脉血供氧能力的判断，对４０例出生后１ｈ至１５ｄ住院的新生儿肺炎病人的血气分析数据进行了深入图像分析．均采取股动脉或桡动脉血，检测用丹麦产ＡＢＬ６２０型血气分析仪，试剂及计算机软件全部由丹麦雷度公司提供．４０例中，ＣｔＯ２（动脉血氧含量）下降２９例（７２．５％），ＳＯ２（血氧饱和度）下降２０例（５０．０％），ｐＯ２ａ（动脉血氧分压）下降２５例（６２．５％）．在ｐＯ２ａ正常的１５例中经深入图像分析有８例Ｐｘ（氧张力）均低于正常，这表明低血氧症的实际例数应为３３例，占总数的８２．５％．４０例中ｃｔＨｂ（总血红蛋白）下降１９例（４７．５％），ｃｅＨｂ（有效血红蛋白）下降２２例（５５．０％），Ｏ２Ｈｂ（氧合血红蛋白）正常仅１１例（２７．５％）．４０例中３５例（８７．５％）Ｐ５０下降，氧离曲线左移，表明血红蛋白释氧能力下降，３３例（８２．５％）Ｐｘ低于正常，表明有动脉血释氧能力下降，在临床上需要给氧．
