离散数据的信息聚类

采用信息聚类分析方法，对柏拉图的几部著作进行了科学的分类。排出了其出版时间的先后顺序，得出了较客观的结论。此方法对一般离散数据的处理也能作出较好的结果。     

带负顾客和休假中止的Geo/Geo/1工作休假排队模型

将负顾客和休假中止策略引入离散时间休假排队.工作休假中当一个服务完成时有顾客等待则发生休假中止.负顾客作为一种干扰信号,文中规定其只在忙期中到达,负顾客不接受服务,一对一抵消队首正在接受服务的正顾客.利用拟生灭过程和矩阵几何解方法,得到了系统队长的稳态分布,也得到了稳态队长的条件随机分解结构.     

Variety distribution pattern and climatic potential productivity of spring maize in Northeast China under climate change

This study was based on the daily meteorological data of 101 meteorological stations from 1971 to 2000 and the 0.25°×0.25° grid data from 1951 to 2100 simulated by RegCM3 under the future A1B climatic scenario published by National Climate Center,in combination with the demand of climatic condition for maize growth in Northeast China.The trajectory of agricultural climatic resources and the effects of climate change on variety distribution and climatic potential productivity of spring maize in Northeast China under future climate change were analyzed.The main agro-climatic resource factors include:the initial date daily average temperature stably passing 10℃(≥10℃),the first frost date,the days of growing period,the ≥10℃ accumulated temperature,and the total radiation and precipitation in the growing period.The results showed that:(1) in the coming 100 years,the first date of ≥10℃ would be significantly advanced,and the first frost date would be delayed.The days of growing period would be extended,the ≥10℃ accumulated temperature and the total radiation would be significantly increased.However,no significant change was found in precipitation.(2) Due to the climate change,the early-maturing varieties will be gradually replaced by late-maturing varieties in Northeast China,and the planting boundaries of several maize varieties would be extended northward and eastward.(3) There would be a significant change in the climatic potential productivity of maize in Northeast China with the high-value gradually moving towards northeast.(4) It was an effective way to increase the climatic potential productivity of maize by appropriate adjustment of sowing date.     

聚集数据线性模型一种有偏估计

文章对病态的聚集数据模型,提出了新的有偏估计,其中对模型中的参数要求大于零。讨论了这种新的有偏估计的优良性,证明了此估计改进了岭估计(均方误差意义下),推广了已有的结果。     

耶利内克戏剧《白雪公主》的互文性解析

《白雪公主》是奥地利女作家耶利内克的戏剧《死亡与少女》中的一部分,它与传统的格林童话在人物、情节和文字细节上形成互文性关系。但在主题上,它揭露并批判了女性潜在的奴性思想,同时又超越女性主义,直指人类终极命运——死亡。

目的 通过对2000～2005年孕产妇死亡率及死因情况分析,分析孕产妇死亡的主要因素,提出干预措施.方法 回顾性分析的方法.结果 计算死亡率为42.81/10万.致死原因主要有产科出血和内科合并症.结论 加强产科管理,提高产科质量,降低孕产妇死亡率.     

EGF-induced programmed cell death of human mammary carcinoma MDA-MB-468 cells is preceded by activation of AP-1

MDA-MB-468 is a human mammary adenocarcinoma cell line that overexpresses the epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor and undergoes programmed cell death (apoptosis) in response to EGF treatment. Programmed cell death was shown to be greatly enhanced when cells were growth-arrested prior to EGF treatment. Apoptosis was characterized by an initial rounding up and detachment of the cells from their substrate starting about 12 h after EGF treatment, followed by chromatin condensation, nuclear fragmentation and oligonucleosomal fragmentation of the DNA at about 24 to 48 h. Cell death was dependent on de novo protein synthesis. We found a rapid induction of c-fos, c-jun and junB at the mRNA level after about 30 min of EGF treatment and a more delayed upregulation of fosB and fra-1. The junD gene was expressed in the absence of EGF, and it was moderately induced within 30 min of growth factor addition. The increase of the different fos and jun mRNAs were paralleled by an increase of activator protein-1 (AP-1) DNA binding activity. A characterization of the AP-1 complex revealed similar levels of several Fos and Jun proteins. Based on the kinetics of AP-1 accumulation and cell death, it seems likely that AP-1 contributes to the apoptotic cell death of EGF receptor-overexpressing MDA-MB-468 cells. 非厌氧下HJ9211冻干双歧杆菌的存活特性

研究了非厌氧条件下ＨＪ９２１１冻干岐杆菌在不同温度下的存活特性,并对其存活期进行了加速预测及验证,同时对不同浓度ＨＪ９２１１冻干粉在不同ｐＨ的人工胃液中的存活情况进行了研究。结果表明：（１）存活期的预测数据与实测验证数据吻合;（２）在非厌氧情况下,ＨＪ９２１１冻干粉的存活性受温度影响较大,失活系数Ｋ４℃＝０．００００１８,Ｋ３７℃＝０．０３０６,Ｋ４５℃＝０．２０７,Ｋ５５℃＝０．９９７;（３）人     

棉花气候资源分析系统的初步研究

本系统利用计算机的数据库语言 Ｆ Ｏ Ｘ Ｂ Ａ Ｓ Ｅ 对新疆北疆宜棉区、次宜棉区、风险棉区进行了气候资源分析,并应用联合国粮农组织（ Ｆ Ａ Ｏ） 的光温潜力、光温水潜力的农业生态区域分析法进行了其生产潜力潜势的研究,可为宏观指导棉花种植提供科学依据。系统设计和编制了气候资料录入、信息查询、潜力估算、打印输出、管理咨询、系统维护六大模块,可进行查询、录入、修改及对该区进行积温、日照等气候资料的统计计算,并进行资源评价、分析。
