通过合并纯轮换移位寄存器状态图中的所有圈,给出了生成k元de Bruijn序列的一个递归算法,不再采用“主圈并一个圈”的经典并圈法,而是利用了“主圈并一组共轭圈”的新方法,减少了选择桥状态的次数;同时,给出了新的选择桥状态的规则,简化了判断一个状态是否是桥状态的计算,从而加快了并圈的速度。     

我国著作财产追续权立法障碍评析

在著作权法修订之际，关于追续权入法的呼声日隆。然而，将追续权纳入中国著作权法，尚需解决其执法障碍，即美术作品转让的信息获取问题和权利主张模式，如果这些障碍不解决，即使入法，也缺乏可操作性。理论上的正当性，也需要考虑到实际操作上的可行性。     

Coral reef benthic assemblages of a Marine Protected Area in eastern Brazil: effect of reef habitats on the spatial pattern of species

ABSTRACT

In this study, we recognise the current physiographic characteristics of the Recife de Fora Marine Park (Royal Charlotte Bank, eastern Brazil) and describe the spatial pattern of the benthic community through reef habitats. Benthic assemblages differed from sectors and habitats, showing a marked coastal oceanic gradient. The results indicate that local environmental factors, such as coastal influence, exposure to waves, light radiation, and substrate inclination exert a strong influence on the structure of benthic communities. Seagrass banks predominated in the coastal sector, characterised by calm waters and greater influence of the continent. The reef walls showed high species richness, suggesting the formation of vertical light and temperature gradients. The oceanic sector showed a lower inclination of the substrate and was widely dominated by algae. Patch reefs encompass complementary physical conditions that are equivalent to those presented by other habitats, highlighting their importance with regard to the representation of physical and biological aspects of the local reef system. The main indicating organisms/categories suggest a balance between reef accretion and erosion processes. We emphasise the need for a continuous and standardised monitoring programme in order to understand the drivers of change in the distribution patterns of the communities, as well as to provide subsidies for conservation measures and adaptive management. The Recife de Fora Marine Park provides an interesting case study to explore the biophysical influences on benthic ecology and the dynamics of Brazilian shallow reefs.     

An eyespot that “blinks”: an open and shut case of eye mimicry in Eumorpha caterpillars (Lepidoptera: Sphingidae)

We describe the final instars of two tropical Sphingidae caterpillars – Eumorpha phorbas and Eumorpha labruscae – from Area de Conservacion Guanacaste, northwestern Costa Rica, whose anal horn has become a posterior eyespot structure capable of rapid palpitation. When approached or harassed, the caterpillars palpitate this eyespot and produce the effect of a blinking vertebrate eye. We propose that this “blinking” is an extension of eye mimicry or at least draws attention to the eyespot, functioning to startle or intimidate would-be predators. As snakes lack eyelids and do not blink, this suggests that the blinking eye represents a more generalized (or possibly mammalian) eye. Eyespot “blinking” is probably controlled by the same musculature used to wave the anal horn in earlier instars. The extent to which this eyespot is perceived as a blinking eye, and the degree of protection from the caterpillars’ suite of potential predators, remain to be discovered.

 针灸疗效得到世界公认，但如何传承数千年针灸的治疗经验和标准化针灸刺激手法，尤其是临床上如何确定有效的针灸刺激量，成为针灸研究、应用，乃至向世界传播的难题。基于中医传统理论和针刺得气的现代研究进展，思考了得气理论的意义，并提出得气是针灸取得最佳疗效的一个重要前提，在研究如何充分发挥针灸治疗作用及评价针灸疗效时，得气是不可或缺的重要参数的见解。针灸临床试验应进一步纳入得气的客观量化评价体系，科学地探索得气现象背后的生物学机制，阐明得气与疗效之间的关系。

索绪尔实质上是语言学领域的思想家,而不是一般的语言学家。从哲学语言学的角度看,索绪尔的最大贡献是提出了“抽象”和“系统”两个方法论原则,作为建立“科学”的语言学的基础。只有从哲学语言学的角度才能看清索绪尔的真正历史定位以及他对当今语言学研究的意义,也才能真正看清20世纪“现代语言学”的来龙去脉和发展走向。

圣茹斯特是法国大革命中著名的政治家，是国民公会中最年青的代表。进入救国委员会后，成为罗伯斯比尔的得力助手，参与制定了1793年宪法，主张依法治国和实行革命的恐怖政策；还提出了“风月”法令，把革命扩大到经济领域。多次受国民公会的委派，担任特派员到军队和地方督促落实政策；热月政变前，主张结束恐怖政策，同罗伯斯比尔产生分歧，事实说明他比罗伯斯比尔更冷静。
