论英法在尼日利亚内战中的关系

1967-1970年尼日利亚内战期间，法国支持比夫拉，这与英国态度相反。英国为改变法国政策进行了不懈的努力。在戴高乐时期、后戴高乐时期和尼日利亚内战末期三个阶段，英国从石油利益、地缘政治、人道主义、戴高乐反英态度等各方面对英法两国对尼政策的分歧原因进行了分析，并通过各种直接和间接途径试图改变法国的对尼政策，但种种努力都以失败告终。英法两国的这种政策分歧实质上是两国几百年来全球殖民斗争所导致的观念分歧的一种延续。

运用两种不同的乌龟坐标变换,我们研究了Vaidya de Sitter黑洞的标量粒子的隧穿情况.最终得到了黑洞视界附近辐射粒子的隧穿率以及视界处的霍金温度,通过比较会发现其结果不会因坐标变化的不同而发生改变.

From proportion to balance: the background to symmetry in science

We call attention to the historical fact that the meaning of symmetry in antiquity—as it appears in Vitruvius’s De architectura—is entirely different from the modern concept. This leads us to the question, what is the evidence for the changes in the meaning of the term symmetry, and what were the different meanings attached to it? We show that the meaning of the term in an aesthetic sense gradually shifted in the context of architecture before the image of the balance was attached to the term in the middle of the 18th century and well before the first modern scientific usage by Legendre in 1794.

格式条款的立法规制简析——以中德比较法为视角

格式条款的立法规制是现代民法关注的重要问题。在大陆法系中,德国《民法典》对其的相关规定已十分完善。对比中德两国在格式条款的纳入和内容控制方面可以发现,我国立法不仅有重大的遗漏,而且有相互矛盾之处。可见,德国法对我国法有相当的借鉴意义。     

粒子群优化的多尺度形态滤波器消噪方法

针对传统的形态学滤波器难以适应机械设备振动信号的冲击、非线性和背景噪声较大等特点,提出了基于粒子群优化的多尺度形态滤波器构造方法。根据形态学算法的特性,构造了多尺度形态学滤波器,对于形态学滤波运算中的重?问翁峁顾阕樱捎镁哂腥钟呕阅艿牧Ｗ尤核惴ǜ菪藕诺奶氐阕允视ρ∪。迪至俗钣怕瞬ㄆ鞯墓乖?将噪声信号通过不同尺度的形态学滤波器进行滤波,将获得的多个滤波信号根据权值运算获得最终的去噪信号。通过仿真实验和轴承故障信号的分析表明,该形态学滤波器能够实现较好的滤波效果,可以有效地对机械设备的故障信号进行消噪。     

Relating the probability distribution of a de Broglie wave to its phase velocity

We show that the phase velocity in a stationary state of a de Broglie wave can be directly obtained from the probability distribution, i.e. the quantum trajectories, without detailed knowledge of the phase term itself. In other words, the amplitude of a de Broglie wave function describes not only the probability distribution but also the phase velocity distribution. Using this relationship, we comment on two calculations of the Goos-H nchen shift in de Broglie waves.
