百色盆地百49块百岗组三段高分辨率层序地层学分析

以高分辨率层序地层学理论为指导，通过地表露头、岩芯、测井资料的综合研究，并结合地震剖面资料，分析了百色盆地塘寨油田百49块古近系百岗组三段不同级别的层序界面和湖泛面特征及识别标志，划分出1个长期、3个中期、14个短期基准面旋回层序。在此基础上，详细讨论了各级次基准面旋回层序的垂向序列、岩性岩相组合、结构类型及更加样式等特征，并探讨了高分辨率层序地层学的研究成果在区块油气开发工程中的应用前景。     

Inhibitory effect of the adenovirus type 5 E1A protein expressed in the yeast system

The human adenovirus type 5 E1A, a tumor- suppressor gene[1], codes for two major related proteins of 243 amino acids (12S) and 289 amino acids (13S) by al-ternative splicing in two exons[2]. Studies have been shown that E1A can regulate expression of many genes and cell cycle[3]. Both in vitro and in vivo experiments indicated that E1A could induce tumor cells differentia-tion, convert tumor cells into an epithelial phenotype, in-hibit tumor cell growth and metastasis and strongly en-ha…     

Shift visual cryptography scheme of two secret images

A new visual cryptography scheme of two secret images, which is named the shift visual cryptography of two secret images, is given. The compound function family of a general construction model is also introduced. The uniqueness and validity of this model are proved, and the minimum rows and columns for realizing the scheme are obtained. Compared with visual cryptography of one secret image, the shift visual cryptography scheme can share two secret images with the same size of pixels expansion without losing the contrast. It has randomness and various forms, and furthermore, we can also visually recover two secret images even if the two shares are different in form and color.     

东营凹陷沙三段-沙二下亚段T-R层序特征及成因

将东营凹陷古近系沙三段沙二下亚段划分为 3个三级层序 ,即沙三下层序 (SSⅠ )、沙三中层序 (SSⅡ )和沙三上沙二下层序 (SSⅢ )。SSⅠ和SSⅡ层序由湖进体系域和湖退体系域组成T R旋回 ,其特征是代表层序边界的不整合分布局限 ,湖进体系域厚度小 ,主要为细粒沉积物 ,退积式叠加 ;湖退体系域较厚 ,由进积式叠加的砂岩、砾岩和泥岩组成。T R层序的形成主要是由于层序形成早期的构造沉降和气候起主导作用 ,其基底快速沉降 ,湖水供应充分 ,湖平面快速上升。在层序形成晚期 ,沉积物供给和气候起主导作用 ,沉积物供给多 ,快速向前推进 ,湖平面下降。构造沉降和沉积物供给因素对层序控制作用的转换促使其形成层序和体系域的边界。T R层序与三分层序之间的转换是由于层序形成的不同阶段的主控因素不同而引起的     

Effects of hyaluronic acid－chitosan－gelatin complex on the apoptosis and cell cycle of L929 cells

With the development in the field of tissue engineering, the interaction between biomaterials and cells has been deeply studied. Viewing the cells seeded on the surface of materials as an organic whole, cell cycle and apoptosis are analyzed to deepen the study of cell compatibility on biomaterials, while cell proliferation and differentiation are studied at the same time. In this paper, hyaluronic acid is incorporated into the chitosan-gelatin system. Propidium iodide (PI) was used in cell cycle analysis and the double-staining of cells with annexin-V and PI was applied in cell apoptosis analysis. The results show that incorporated hyaluronic acid shortens the adaptation period of cells on the material surface, and then cells enter the normal cell cycle quickly. In addition, added hyaluronic acid inhibits cell apoptosis triggered by the membranes. Therefore, hyaluronic acid improves the cell compatibility of chitosan-gelatin system and benefits the design of biomimetic materials.     

Inhibitory effect of the adenovirus type 5 E1A protein expressed in the yeast system of the human tumor cell growth

Adenovirus 5 type E1A as a tumor suppressor gene can inhibit tumor growth and enhance the censitivity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.E1A have the ability to integrate into the host genome,resulting in long-time expres-sion that induces Rb gene inactivation and animal cells im-mortalization.This prompted us to select the E1A protein for treatment of cancer in order to overcome the limitations of E1A gene therapy.Thus,we firstly comstructed E1A eu-caryotic expression vector (pPIC9/E1A),transformated the pichia pastoris yeast cells(GS115) and screened the high-expressing recombinant strains.The positive yeast strains were cultured in the shake flask,and induced for 3d.The crude E1A protein was purified using two steps of col-umu chromatography on HiTrap Q and HiTrap SP.The pu-rified E1A protein was identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.E1A protein was mostly located at cellular unclear when Cheriot delivered E1A protein into cells.The analysis in vitro indicated that the E1A protein arrested LN686 cell cycle at G2/M phase,and significantly inhibited the growth of LN686 tumor cells.The current studies firstly provided an experimental basis to further develop E1A protein for tumor treatment.     

沥青路面罩面的设计方法

针对国内外罩面或改建设计方法的不足 ,借助于同济大学对新建和罩面改建后的沥青路面使用性能的研究成果 ,将寿命周期费用分析引入罩面设计 ,提出了沥青路面罩面设计方法———基于使用性能和技术经济分析的最佳罩面时机和最佳罩面厚度选择方法 ,并通过实例说明了该方法的应用     

指数分布场合下基于分组数据区间估计的新方法

从新的角度证明了分组数据下指数分布总体均值的极大似然估计(MLE)的渐进正态性,给出了该均值的渐进置信区间。通过Monte Carlo模拟比较,发现该置信区间优于CHEN和MIE得到的置信区间。     

日前电力市场中确定发电计划曲线的一种新方法

目前，普遍采用等时间间隔发电计划曲线形成发电计划．然而，非等时间间隔的发电计划能自动跟踪负荷的变化趋势，同等时间间隔发电计划相比，它更适合于制定日前电力市场中确定发电计划．非等时间间隔的发电计划可分两步进行，根据预报的次日负荷曲线制定出包括发电时刻和该时刻的发电量的系统总发电计划曲线，它是非等时间间隔的；再到提前电能市场中拍卖总发电量，形成包括各个发电公司合同发电量的完整发电计划．重点研究了如何利用预报的次日负荷曲线确定出非等时间间隔的发电计划曲线，重点阐述了非等时间间隔发电计划曲线的确定原理、算法框图，并对应用中可能出现的问题进行了讨论，实例验证了这种方法的先进性和经济性。     

虚拟企业生命周期分析与系统管理

虚拟企业是一种新的合作模式,它可以适应不断变化的市场环境,因此自从它被提出后就受到企业界和学术界的广泛关注,并取得了一系列的研究成果。虚拟企业是由两个或两个以上的独立企业组成的一种临时性网络组织,当期望目标达到后此组织即解散。成功地实施虚拟企业可为企业带来可观的收益,但实施虚拟企业战略也有许多风险。作者在分析虚拟企业生命周期的基础上,提出了虚拟企业生命周期系统管理策略。
