Nationalism Reflected in Barometer Rising

Hugh MacLennan is a famous Canadian novelist and essayist. In his long literary career, he wrote a great number of works and gained many literary honors. But above all, he is a writer, focusing on national issues of Canada, which is well demonstrated by his first novel-Barometer Rising, in which nationalism abounds. This paper covers three parts. Chapter one is mainly about Hugh MacLennan, his first work Barometer RAsing as well as the introduction to nationalism and MacLennan＇s contribution in fiction in this respect. Chapter two focuses on nationalism in his first novel. The last chapter is the conclusion part in which we know that well awakened, the Canadians are striving to pursue their real independence and stares on the international stage.     

采用自定义阈值的计算奇异扰动在构建二甲醚简化机理上的应用

将自定义误差阈值的计算奇异扰动(CSP)应用于包含55种物质和290步反应的二甲醚的详细机理上，构建了包含26种物质和20步反应的简化机理.开发了一套基于该算法的计算机程序--I-CSP.程序的输入数据包括:① 详细的反应机理；② 在Chemkin中计算的结果；③ 准稳态物质的数量.然后,将简化机理在均匀的反应器(包括自燃反应器和完全搅拌器)中进行验证.结果发现，计算结果与详细机理相比符合得相当好; 但当在非均匀反应器(一维、稳态、自由扩展预混合火焰)中验证时，结果显示出一定偏差.     

二重级数收敛性研究

研究了二重级数和累次级数收敛问题,提出了二重级数与累次级数收敛的判别法并给出了证明,在此基础上研究了二者之间的关系,丰富了级数基本理论.     

饱和大骨料混凝土动态双轴受压力学性能试验研究

分别通过试验研究了饱和与干燥大骨料混凝土试件在动态双轴受压状态下的强度特征.试验采用大型混凝土静、动态三轴液压伺服试验系统,设定了4个数量级的应变率(10-5、10-4、10-3、10-2 s-1)和5种应力比(0∶1、0.25∶1、0.50∶1、0.75∶1、1∶1).根据试验结果,分析了孔隙水对大骨料混凝土动态双轴极限抗压强度的影响,并提出了饱和大骨料混凝土动态受压破坏准则.研究表明,饱和大骨料试件在动态条件下的强度与干燥混凝土试件相比提高明显,而在准静态条件下有所降低.在相同应变率下,与单轴相比,双轴极限抗压强度在应力比为0.50∶1时最大.     

基于PSO的一类线性系统参数辨识方法研究

研究了一种线性系统的参数精确辨识方法;首先采用PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization,粒子群优化)方法对模型进行优化迭代,并选择合适误差准则作为粒子群优化算法的适应度函数,以迭代每个粒子所对应的参数速度和大小;在此基础上,寻找最小适应度值的粒子,推导出最优的适应度函数值,实现系统参数的实时、精确估计;最后通过实验验证了基于粒子群优化算法的参数辨识法的准确性和有效性。     

A comparison of optimization theories for energy conservation in heat exchanger groups

In general,thermal processes can be classified into two categories: heat-work conversion processes and heat transfer processes. Correspondingly,the optimization of thermal processes has to have two different criteria:the well known entropy generation minimization method and the recently proposed entransy dissipation maximization method. This study analyzes the thermal issues in a heat exchanger group,and optimizes the unit arrangements under different constraints based on a suitable optimization crite-rion. The result indicates that the principle of minimum entropy generation rate is valid for optimizing heat exchangers in a ther-modynamic cycle with given boundary temperatures. In contrast,the entransy dissipation maximization is more suitable in heat exchanger optimizations involving only heat transfer processes. Furthermore,the entropy generation rate induced by dumping used streams into ambient surroundings has to be taken into account,except for that originating from the hot and cold-ends of heat exchangers,when using the entropy generation minimization to optimize heat exchangers undergoing a thermodynamic cycle.     

Sufficient and necessary conditions of separability for bipartite pure states in infinite-dimensional systems

The PHC criterion and the realignment criterion for pure states in infinite-dimensional bipartite quantum systems are given. Furthermore, several equivalent conditions for pure states to be separable are generalized to infinite-dimensional systems.     

革命、寓言与历史意识——论作为现代文学“起源”的《狂人日记》

鲁迅的写作与中国革命之间的关系是一个经典话题,然而,已有阐释多以外在历史结论穿透鲁迅的文本却较为忽略其形式的意味。鲁迅的第一篇白话小说《狂人日记》就包含着重要的形式线索,远非从象征出发的阐释模式可以把握。作为文学的狂人日记建构出全新的吃人,动摇了旧有整全的意义世界,同时也付出了沉陷于寓言状态的代价。鲁迅以其写作承认了中国革命的吊诡之处及其寓言式的状态,也以此弃绝了诸种简单的进步或回退的历史意识与历史观念。在这个意义上,作为现代文学起源的《狂人日记》呈现出鲁迅关于中国革命及其历史展开的洞见。     

我国行政事业单位内部控制存在的问题及对策分析

目前,我国行政事业单位还缺乏一套对行政事业单位行之有效的内部控制指导性规范,也很少有行政事业单位聘请外部力量或自行研究设计一套系统完整、规范合理的内部控制制度体系。行政事业单位作为国家政策的直接贯彻和执行者,其收入基本来源于财政资金,由于经济业务较企业简单,因此,在内部控制制度建设上普遍存在一些问题,制约了行政事业单位的工作效率,影响了行政事业单位健康、可持续的发展。加强和完善行政事业单位内部控制制度已刻不容缓。

本文在青海玉树地震震害经验总结的基础上,对中小学建筑的抗震设防标准、结构体系及常用的砌体结构和框架结构类型存在的问题进行了深入的讨论,从结构体系、抗震措施及施工质量等方面提出了应注意的问题.并对新建中小学建筑的抗震设计提出了建议.
