浅谈广告的把关途径——由一则化妆品广告诉讼风波说起

目前,虚假广告泛滥成灾,给人们的工作和生活造成了巨大危害。如何治理和整顿虚假广告是当前亟待解决的一个重大问题。我们应从广告法律、广告明星代言人、广告刊播程序和消费者四个角度解析广告的把关人,减少直至杜绝虚假广告,维护社会经济秩序的稳定。

随着我国汽车工业的发展和人民生活水平的提高,私人汽车的消费需求与日俱增.2002年起,我国汽车市场呈“井喷”式发展,轿车逐渐进入了越来越多的居民家庭.然而,由于种种条件的限制,众多汽车消费者仍然在持币观望,导致轿车市场自2004年下半年起进入低谷.但从2006年初开始,轿车市场又出现强势复苏.本文从目前我国汽车的消费环境入手,对私人购车的消费心理和行为作概要的分析,并提出营销建议.     

TD-SCDMA网络测试仪NBAP协议仿真软件设计

研制具备Iub接口NBAP协议仿真功能的TD-SCDMA网络测试仪,有助于主动模拟网络性能和分析网络故障。提出了软件设计中模块定义和代码实现的新方案。ASN.1工具采用的是OSS公司推出的编译器和运行程序库。NBAP协议数据单元的编码和解码性能可靠、稳定。经过测试,该NBAP协议仿真功能符合实际测试的要求。     

Debris Flow Monitoring System and Observed Event in Taiwan： A Case Study at Aiyuzi River

Since 2002,the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau,which is responsible for the conservation and administrative man-agement of hillside in Taiwan,has been cooperating with Feng Chia University. Together,they have successfully carried out the establishment and maintenance of 13 fixed debris flow monitoring stations over the island and 2 mobile debris flow monitoring sta-tions. During July 2004,a powerful southwest air current brought by Mindulle Typhoon caused serious flood in central and southern Taiwan. This paper aims to describe the establishment of debris flow monitoring systems in Taiwan and the observation of the debris flow event during Mindulle Typhoon at Aiyuzi River in Shenmu Village,Nantou County by the monitoring station.

An optimization approach to the similarity criteria of flows and its application

In the present paper, we propose an optimization approach to investigate the similarity criteria of complex flows. With this approach, we may identify the dominant dimensionless variables governing complex flows by numerical sensitivity analysis. Firstly, we define the sensitivity factor and examine its dependence on the dimensionless variables. Then, we apply this approach to study the similarity criteria of porous media flow in a presumed oil reservoir. The similarity principle obtained from the numerical sensitivity analysis is in agreement with the theoretical law, thus demonstrating the feasibility of the proposed optimization approach. Further explanation is given by analyzing the deviation of pressure distribution in a model from its prototype. In addition, we examine the effects of flow parameter variation on the sensitivity factors and find that the dominant dimensionless variables may change from different sets of parameters.     

修正的PANS模型在云状空化流动计算中的应用评价

将考虑空化流动密度变化的密度函数引入PANS模型,基于实验结果评价了这种修正的PANS模型在云状空化流动计算中的应用.分别采用不同的模型控制参数f_k值,计算了绕Clark-Y型水翼云状空化流动,获得了空穴形态的发展历程、升力系数曲线波动情况,并与实验结果进行了对比.结果表明,修正PANS模型继承了标准PANS模型的特点,即随着f_k值的减小,可以获得流场中越来越丰富的多相湍流流动细节,很好地预测绕翼型云状空化流动的非定常特性;修正PANS模型考虑了空化区域气液混合介质对湍流黏性的影响,可以更全面地描述反向射流作用下空穴的断裂及多尺度空泡团的脱落细节,所得翼型升力系数曲线的波动情况更接近于实验值.
