Power-Based Arbitrary Decisional Actions in the Resolution of MIS Project Issues: A Project Manager's Action Research Perspective

As a management information systems (MIS) project manager and an action researcher, the author examined, over time, the influence on information system development (ISD) of the informal sociopolitical organizational actions. The paper reports two cases of action research findings concerning the effect on ISD project implementation processes of power-based arbitrary decisional actions in bureaucratic environments. The research focused on the relationship of such unilateral actions to the interconnected subprocesses of deliberate and conscious attempts by the ISD project members to define and resolve system implementation issues. A suggested conceptual framework for the issue-resolution processes (IRP's) and obstacle-coping processes (OCP's) is based on the author's IRP/OCP-related behavioral constructs and theoretical models dealing with soft-systems issues, especially appreciative system theory and soft-systems methodology, and innovative flexible, "complementarist" (Sinn, 1998) or pluralist problem-solving approaches.     

Best Tracking Performance under Plant Uncertainty and Control Energy Constraint

This paper has investigated best tracking performance for linear feedback control systems in the case that plant uncertainty and control effort need to be considered simultaneously. Firstly, an average integral square criterion of the tracking error and the plant input energy over a class of additive model errors is defined. Then, utilizing spectral factorization to minimize the performance index, we obtain an optimal controller design method, and furthermore study optimal tracking performance under plant uncertainty and control energy constraint. The results can be used to evaluate optimal average tracking performance and control energy in designing practical control systems.     

基于均值约束满足度剪枝策略的高效序列模式挖掘算法

为了减少无用候选序列的生成,并使挖掘得到的序列模式符合用户要求,约束条件下的频繁序列模式挖掘已成为数据挖掘领域的一个新的重要研究方向.作为强约束形式的一种,均值约束目前仍然是基于约束的频繁序列模式挖掘的一个困难问题,其主要原因在于很难利用均值约束来进行序列模式挖掘中的剪枝.为此,提出了一种基于均值约束满足度剪枝策略,并且以前缀增长方法为基础设计了一个有效的频繁序列模式挖掘算法.通过分析并实验验证了该算法的时间效率和剪枝性能,结果表明,该方法是有效的.     

干涉仪测向解模糊方法

介绍了干涉仪测向基本原理,针对干涉仪测向模糊问题给出了长短基线法、参差基线法、虚拟基线法、无模糊长基线干涉仪测角法、立体基线法5种解模糊的方法,并分析总结了各种解模糊方法的特点以及适用条件.     

一类快速非线性预测控制的分析与改进

针对仿射非线性系统,分析了一类快速预测控制算法稳态误差的来源,给出了误差的解析表达式.通过反馈校正消除稳态误差,提高了算法对模型失配的鲁棒性.对水箱液位控制系统的仿真和实验研究,结果验证了分析和改进的有效性.     

FP_tree算法在入侵检测系统中的应用

指出了入侵检测系统中的常见约束条件,即关键属性约束、挖掘范围约束、个数约束.在分析这些约束条件性质的基础上提出了3种剪枝策略,对基于"支持度-可信度"度量机制的FP_tree算法进行了扩展.实验结果表明:新的算法提高了挖掘效率,删除了许多无意义的模式.     

miRNAs基因的结构保守模式挖掘

miRNA前体（pre-miRNAs）是产生成熟miRNAs的基因表达产物,能够形成较为稳定的茎—环（stem-loop）结构.为了深入研究miRNAs,对miRNAs前体的二级结构建模,并采用关联规则识别miRNAs基因在进化过程中的结构模式.通过分析产生的结构—类别关系（structure-category relationships）来探索miRNAs的功能特征和调节机制.为了获得较好的实验结果,改进传统的关联规则挖掘算法,应用支持度约束和频繁项集的聚类来优化数据挖掘结果.     

一种基于群件Notes的ODSS-CE设计与实现

诗集了面向并行工程的组织决策支持系统的概念模型，描述了群件Ｎotes适合于ＯＤＳＳ－ＣＥ开发的突出特性，在此基础上，阐述了基于群件Notes的ＯＤＳＳ－ＣＥ系统进行简要的总结。     

基于动态位置约束的布料变形方法

在服装动画中,基于物理的方法通常可以产生较好的动画效果。但对于特定区域,如紧贴人体的服装区域等,使用物理方法驱动其变形时,通常需要增大服装与人体面之间的摩擦力,以保证二者相对正确的位置关系。而过大的作用力会引入数值计算问题,从而降低系统稳定性。针对此问题,提出一种动态位置约束的布料变形方法。首先建立服装顶点与人体皮肤面之间的映射关系;其次,基于人体皮肤变形前与变形后的数据求解出仿射变换,并将仿射变换应用到变形前的服装数据上,以求得服装相对人体面的正确位置及运动;最后,通过实验验证了方法的有效性。方法不仅可以对服装指定区域实施持续不变的位置约束,也可以在动画过程中对服装整体或局部动态施加或者解除约束,与物理方法结合使用,能够保持动画系统的动力学特性。     

Best tracking performance for integrator and dead time plant

The optimal tracking performance for integrator and dead time plant in the case where plant uncertainty and control energy constraints axe to be considered jointly is inrestigated.Firstly,an average cost function of the tracking error and the plant input energy over a class of stochastic model errors are defined.Then,we obtain an internal model controller design method that minimizes the average performance and further studies optimal tracking performance for integrator and dead time plant in the simultaneous presence of plant uncertainty and control energy constraint.The results can be used to evaluate optimal tracking performance and control energy in practical designs.
