二元羧酸对草酸钙结晶的调控作用

采用双扩散法系统研究了凝胶体系中二元羧酸对尿结石主要成分草酸钙结晶的影响,这些羧酸分别为含有0、1、2个羟基的丁二酸、羟基丁二酸、酒石酸,含有1个氨基的L-天冬氨酸,以及含有双键的顺丁烯二酸、反丁烯二酸．对于丁二酸、羟基丁二酸和酒石酸的研究表明,随着羧酸中羟基数目的增加,抑制一水草酸钙(COM)聚集和诱导二水草酸钙(COD)生成的能力逐渐增强;随着羧酸浓度的增大,抑制COM聚集和诱导COD生成的能力也增强;随着结晶时间的增加,COM晶体钝化程度加深．对L-天冬氨酸、顺丁烯二酸和反丁烯二酸的研究表明,三者影响不明显．

新型二异羟肟酸配合物催化PNPP水解的动力学研究

以3种含中心功能基(-OCH3)的二异羟肟酸开链冠醚过渡金属铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)和钴(Ⅱ)配合物作为水解酶模型,催化羧酸酯(PNPP)水解;研究了水解反应的动力学和机理,提出了水解反应的动力学模型。结果表明:在室温25℃条件下,这类配合物催化PNPP水解速率随着缓冲溶液pH值的增大而提高,表现出高的催化活性。

通过对河蚬软体部分营养成分分析,综合评定其营养价值.结果表明:河蚬软体部干样中,粗蛋白、粗脂肪、灰分含量分别为63.33%、10.91%、6.29%;必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的39.10%,各必需氨基酸中平均氨基酸分为88.9,第一限制氨基酸为Leu(1973年FAO/WHO标准);并富含钙、钠、钾、铁等无机元素.认为河蚬是一种营养价值较高的贝类.
