三辛胺萃取酸过程的稀释剂效应

研究了三辛胺萃取酸过程的机理,得到三辛胺与强酸生成离子缔合型萃合物,与弱酸生成分子型萃合物。对强酸需要克服水化作用,其萃取能力小于弱酸,其分配比与酸根离子的离子势有关。萃取弱酸时,分配比与酸分子的大小和性质有关。萃取弱酸的稀释剂效应显著,可使分配比提高30～70倍。三辛胺对羧酸的萃取能力取决于萃合物与稀释剂的相互作用能力及其在稀释剂中的疏溶作用,相互作用能力越强,疏溶作用越弱,越有利于萃取。     

Dissociation constants of water-insoluble carboxylic acids by13C-NMR. pK as of mesobiliverdin-XIIIα and mesobilirubin-XIIIα

High-field¹³C-NMR of¹³C-enriched compounds in dilute aqueousd ₆-Me₂SO solutions provides a simple, accurate method for measuring pK _as of sparingly soluble carboxylic acids. Using this method, we found the pK _as of mesobilirubin-XIII to be 4.2 and 4.9, much lower values than reported recently for bilirubin, and of mesobiliverdin-XIII to be 3.9 and 5.3.     

Unusual antimicrobial compounds fromAeollanthus buchnerianus

Using bioassay guided isolation, three novel 12 carbon polyoxygenated fatty acids and a novel abietane diterpene have been isolated from the the chloroform extract of aerial parts ofAeollanthus buchnerianus (Lamiaceae). Rigorous spectroscopic methods were used for compound identification. (Z,Z)-8-acetoxy-5-hydroxydodeca-2,6-dienoic acid and (Z,Z)-5,8-dihydroxydodeca-2,6-dienoic acid inhibited the spore germination ofCladosporium cucumerinum (both with Minimum Inhibitory Dose (MID) values of 1 g) andAspergillus niger (MID 5 and 25 g respectively). Further, they also reduced the hyphal growth ofPythium ultimum. (Z)-5-hydroxy-6,7,8-triacetoxydodeca-2-dienoic acid exhibited short term inhibition of the growth ofCladosporium cucumerinum. The novel abietane diterpenoid, (rel)-14-acetoxyabiet-7-en-18-oic acid inhibited the growth of the gram positive bacteriaBacillus subtilis, staphylococcus aureus andStreptomyces scabies (MIC values 80, 20 and 20 g ml^–1 respectively).     

强化制酸及抗焦虑／抑郁治疗糜烂性食管炎疗效分析

目的评价强化制酸及抗焦虑／抑郁联合治疗糜烂性食管炎疗效。方法经标准抗酸疗效不佳并伴有焦虑、抑郁状态的患者41例，随机分为治疗组（n=21）口服奥美拉唑并氟哌塞吨美利曲辛，对照组（n=20）口服给予奥美拉唑及安慰剂。治疗4周后行症状自评、胃镜检查及精神状态评价。结果烧一L,／反酸改善或显效总有效率治疗组显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）；胃镜下食管远段充血及糜烂减轻或改善总有效率治疗组显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论糜烂性食管炎常规治疗无效的患者常伴有焦虑／抑郁。采用强化制酸并抗焦虑／抑郁治疗可有效改善症状，有助于食管粘膜修复。     

高纯环烷酸的制备

提出了一种由粗环酸精制为高纯环烷酸的工业化新工艺.粗环烷酸经氢氧化钠皂化、水份及油品分离脱石皂化物、酸化、减压蒸馏等制备而得高纯环烷酸,酸含量可达98%,酸值回收率可达90%以上.在500t/a高纯环烷酸工业生产装置上,考察了温度、真空度等因素对制备的影响,并进行了简略的经济分析.该工艺已先后向国内7家单位进行了转让和生产,并正在获得较显著的经济效益和社会效益.图1,表6,参6.     

利用微波辐射高效合成芳氧乙酸的方法研究

在微波辐射条件下采用双烧杯装置，首次合成了10种芳氧乙酸，产物结构经IR，1HNMR及元素分析进行了表征。实验表明，该法具有操作安全简便、反应时间短、易纯化及环境友好等优点，是一种有效合成芳氧乙酸的方法。     

几种N—芳基—exo—3,6—环氧—1，2，3，6—四氢酞酰胺酸的核磁共振研究

我们对六种N－芳基－exo-3,6-环氧－1，2，3，6－四氢酞酰胺酸及其与不同类型的亲核试剂反应生成的产物进行了^1H核磁共振谱的研究，测得^1H谱化学位移，研究探讨其规律性。并测试了IR谱和元素分析，确定了该类化合物的结构。     

A novel water-soluble anionic conjugated copolymer containing poly（p-phenylene vinylene） segments： Copolymer synthesis and multilayer construction by assembling poly（diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride）

This paper reports the synthesis of a water soluble conjugated polymer poly（p-phenylene vinyleneco-sodium methacrylate） （ws-P（PV-co-SMA）） and the multilayer of the derived copolymer assembling poly（diallyl dimethyl ammanium chloride） （PDDA）. The self-assembling process of the multilayer was monitored by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy, and the data indicated a linear increase in film thickness with a number of ws-P（PV-co-SMA）/PDDA bilayers. The alternative deposition of ws-P （PV-co-SMA） and PDDA allowed the insertion of a non-conjugated layer between the conjugated layers, thus the migration of the photogenerated polarons was effectively confined in the isolated ws-P （PV-co-SMA） chains. Consequently, the photoluminescence quantum yield reached 0.68, 30 times higher than that of pure poly（p-phenylen vinylene）. The distinct electronic interactions between conjugated segments were confirmed by comparative analyses of the excitation spectra and time-resolved photoluminescence spectra of ws-P（PV-co-SMA） solid film and the assembled multilayers. The confinement effect of the PDDA layer on the photogenerated carriers was verified by the surface photovoltage spectroscopic measurement on both ws-P（PV-co-SMA） solid film and self-assembled multilayers.     

河南马桑中氨基酸和微量元素的测定

采用氨基酸自动分析仪对河南马桑中的氨基酸进行分析,用原子吸收的方法对植物中所含的微量元素进行测定.测定出马桑中18种氨基酸的含量及微量元素K、Ca、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn的含量.马桑中含量最高的氨基酸是谷氨酸,占氨基酸总量的12.09%.微量元素中钙的含量最高,达45 mg/g.     

猴头啤酒和灵芝啤酒的研制

应用食用菌深层液体发酵技术获得猴头，灵芝菌丝体发酵醪，再经胶体磨使细胞壁破碎后，与啤酒生产原料一起进行啤酒发酵而得猴头啤酒和灵芝啤酒。经检测，酒液中氨基酸总量分别为１６１７．６ｍｇ．Ｌ＾－１和１５１１．５ｍｇ．Ｌ＾－１，其中人体必需氨基酸分别占２０．５１％和２５．３５％。，其他各项指标均符合国家标准。
