真相与启示:湖西“肃托事件”及其历史教训

湖西"肃托事件"发生于1939年8月至11月,它由湖边地委发端,迅速扩展到整个苏鲁豫边区。事件的制造者们以逼供信等手段,制造了一起重大的冤假错案。中国的"肃托"发端于王明、康生,和共产国际有着一定的思想渊源。事件中,主观臆断、逼供信、滥杀无辜等给后人留下了深痛的历史教训。     

论加强公务员廉耻教育

作为国家公职人员,公务员不仅是社会公共事务的管理者,更代表着政府和国家形象,因此,知廉耻是我国公务员的基本道德要求。改革开放后,虽然党和政府重视公务员的廉耻教育,但效果并不令人满意。在新形势下,我们必须探明公务员廉耻教育缺失的原因,有针对性地通过开展社会主义核心价值观教育、丰富廉耻教育的内容和形式、加强法制建设、健全监督机制等四个方面来解决公务员廉耻教育存在的问题,从而培养公务员正确的廉耻观和荣辱观,提高其道德水准。     

一种新的模糊神经网络删剪策略

模糊规则的数量直接决定模糊神经网络结构的复杂度和效率.基于神经网络自构行学习(NNSCL)算法,用共轭剃度预条件正则方程算法求取删除隐层神经元后的剩余权值,得到改进的NNSCL-1算法.将此算法应用到模糊神经网络的规则推理层,可以极大地优化网络的规则及结构,并且结构优化后不需要重新训练也能保持网络的精确度和泛化能力.仿真结果显示了此算法的有效性和可行性.     

Creating ‘Rhizomatic Systems’ for Understanding Complexity in Organizations

The article describes and demonstrates the use of a new research proposal for understanding the complexity in organizations in terms of a Deleuzian sense of an event. It creates the rhizome metaphor that allows the emergence of different ways of systems thinking, a legitimate challenge to the Modernist’s orthodoxy. For Deleuze and Guattari, micropolitics are the essence of what we call ‘rhizomatic systems.’ It is this concept of the organization, as a rhizome or rhizomatic systems that we want to focus from ‘problem solving’ in a real-world situation to the process of problematization, that is, the making or appreciating a series of events in the problematizing fields. The paper draws on the research experience in which participatory action research was carried out in a Korean distribution company. The participatory learning process happened to create a series of events in which ‘time-related research’ was conducted in order to facilitate the process of problematization within the organization.

‘Good Sense’ in context: A response to Kidd

In his response to my (2010), Ian Kidd claims that my argument against Stump’s interpretation of Duhem’s concept of ‘good sense’ is unsound because it ignores an important distinction within virtue epistemology. In light of the distinction between reliabilist and responsibilist virtue epistemology, Kidd argues that Duhem can be seen as supporting the latter, which he further illustrates with a discussion of Duhem’s argument against ‘perfect theory’. I argue that no substantive argument is offered to show that the distinction is relevant and can establish that Duhem’s ‘good sense’ can be understood within responsibilist virtue epistemology. I furthermore demonstrate that Kidd’s attempt to support his contention relies on a crucial misreading of Duhem’s general philosophy of science, and in doing so highlight the importance of understanding ‘good sense’ in its original context, that of theory choice.     

Pierre Duhem’s epistemic aims and the intellectual virtue of humility: a reply to Ivanova

David Stump (2007) has recently argued that Pierre Duhem can be interpreted as a virtue epistemologist. Stump’s claims have been challenged by Milena Ivanova (2010) on the grounds that Duhem’s ‘epistemic aims’ are more modest than those of virtue epistemologists. I challenge Ivanova’s criticism of Stump by arguing that she not distinguish between ‘reliabilist’ and ‘responsibilist’ virtue epistemologies. Once this distinction is drawn, Duhem clearly emerges as a ‘virtue-responsibilist’ in a way that complements Ivanova’s positive proposal that Duhem’s ‘good sense’ reflects a conception of the ‘ideal scientist’. I support my proposal that Duhem is a ‘virtue-responsibilist’ by arguing that his rejection of the possibility of our producing a ‘perfect theory’ reflects the key responsibilist virtue of ‘intellectual humility’.
