面向农产品安全的关键质量链分析

针对农产品质量安全控制问题,在传统过程能力分析的基础上,将农产品食品链视为一个过程网络,应用PERT/CPM的基本思想,提出了基于质量损失的关键质量链分析评价方法。最后以菠菜产品的种植加工进行了实例分析。     

Virtual reality mobility model for wireless ad hoc networks

For wireless ad hoc networks simulation, node＇s mobility pattern and traffic pattern are two key elements. A new simulation model is presented based on the virtual reality collision detection algorithm in obstacle environment, and the model uses the path planning method to avoid obstacles and to compute the node＇s moving path. Obstacles also affect node＇s signal propagation. Considering these factors, this study implements the mobility model for wireless ad hoc networks. Simulation results show that the model has a significant impact on the performance of protocols.     

Research on consistency measurement and weight estimation approach of hybrid uncertain comparison matrix

The consistency measurement and weight estimation approach of the hybrid uncertain comparison matrix in the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） are studied. First, the decision-making satisfaction membership function is defined based on the decision making＇s allowable error. Then, the weight model based on the maximal satisfactory consistency idea is suggested, and the consistency index is put forward. Moreover, the weight distributing value model is developed to solve the decision making misleading problem since the multioptimization solutions in the former model. Finally, the weights are ranked based on the possibility degree approach to obtain the ultimate order.

回购契约可以协调单供应商单零售商组成的供应链系统的订货行为,然而本文研究发现这一契约将过份地激励零售商的过程创新行为,从而损害供应商及整个供应链的利益．在零售商的过程创新行为不可被供应商观察和测量的条件下,利用数量折扣契约机制修正了原有回购契约,并利用这种综合契约机制恰当地激励了零售商的过程创新行为,使得供应链在创新行为下达到协调．     

Interval Time Series Analysis with an Application to the Sterling-Dollar Exchange Rate

Traditional econometrics has long employed ＂points＂ to measure time series data. In real life situations, however, it suffers the loss of volatility information, since many variables are bounded by intervals in a given period. To address this issue, this paper provides a new methodology for interval time series analysis. The concept of ＂interval stochastic process＂ is formally defined as a counterpart of ＂stochastic process＂ in point-based econometrics. The authors introduce the concepts of interval stationarity, interval statistics （including interval mean, interval variance, etc.） and propose an interval linear model to investigate the dynamic relationships between interval processes. A new interval-based optimization approach for estimation is proposed, and corresponding evaluation criteria are derived. To demonstrate that the new interval method provides valid results, an empirical example on the sterling-dollar exchange rate is presented.     

Participatory Sustainability Impact Assessment: Scientific Policy Advice as a Social Learning Process

This paper deals with the development of scientific policy advice by providing a methodology to foster a social learning process. The methodology, called participatory Sustainability Impact Assessment (pSIA), aims to structure complex problem situations, to clarify interests and basic assumptions, to interpret scientific studies, to develop impact assessment, and to explore sensitivity of uncertainty and lack of information. In pSIA workshops the participants are supposed to build conceptual models with different modelling methods, like System Dynamics, Value Chain Analysis, and Morphological Analysis. A case study is presented that describes a workshop series with political as well as academic actors, applying the pSIA approach to an impact assessment of Economic Partnership Agreements between the European Union and the Eastern and Southern Africa Region.

基于动态RCS的无人机航迹实时规划方法研究

为了提高无人机的生存能力,针对不确定飞行环境的无人机航迹规划问题展开研究,提出了一种基于RCS的无人机航迹实时规划方法,建立了相关计算模型,提出合理的代价函数,并采用多阶段分析博弈评估算法对航迹进行优化。仿真结果表明,基于动态RCS的无人机航迹实时规划方法能够比较好的解决无人机的航迹规划问题。     

具有对偶极点的不稳定过程的鲁棒控制

为了进一步完善不稳定系统的鲁棒控制器设计方法,将具有对偶极点的不稳定过程分成纯不稳定过程与一般的稳定过程两部分,对于纯不稳定过程采用先成形再镜像映射的方法,而对于一般的稳定过程则基于极点对消原则直接设计控制器,最后用闭环增益成形算法求解鲁棒控制器。将所设计的鲁棒控制器应用于磁浮列车的悬浮控制中,从仿真结果可以看出,控制效果可以达到小超调(<8%)、无静差、调节时间快(<0.1 s)、对模型摄动具有鲁棒稳定性。     

COMPARISON OF TWO METHODS OF OPERATING THEATRE PLANNING： APPLICATION IN BELGIAN HOSPITAL

Operating Theatre is the centre of the hospital management＇s efforts. It constitutes the most expensive sector with more than 10% of the intended operating budget of the hospital. To reduce the costs while maintaining a good quality of care, one of the solutions is to improve the existent planning and scheduling methods by improving the services and surgical specialty coordination or finding the best estimation of surgical case durations. The other solution is to construct an effective surgical case plan and schedule. The operating theatre planning and scheduling is the two important steps, which aim to make a surgical case programming with an objective of obtaining a realizable and efficient surgical case schedule. This paper focuses on the first step, the operating theatre planning problem. Two planning methods are introduced and compared. Real data of a Belgian university hospital ＂Tivoli＂ are used for the experiments.     

改进差分进化算法求解化工间歇与连续混合生产过程调度问题

采用统一时间离散化方法,用改进的差分进化算法求解带有限中间存储的连续生产过程和间歇生产过程混合的化工生产调度问题.提出随机产生符合容量约束的任务队列组成染色体的新的编码方式,采用块交叉和块变异进化操作. 为了提高算法全局收敛能力,该文对算法的选择操作进行了改进,并通过Logisic混沌映射方法获得交叉算子CR的取值. 最后,通过化工算例仿真来说明模型和算法的有效性.
