理工科学生素质教育的方法和途径

理工科学生应具有较强的工程意识、工程思维、工程实践开发能力和解决工程实际问题的能力，同时还应具备人文、社会科学学科理论。本文从理工学生教育的内容、理工科学生素质教育的目标方面做了分析和研究，提出了理工科学生素质教育的方法和途径。     

风压与热压联合作用下高层建筑的渗风中和界

提出了一个风压、热压联合作用下高层建筑渗风中和界的计算方法。分析和推导表明：风速Ｖ、竖井与室外之间的温差Δｔ及建筑高度Ｈ对渗风中和界的综合影响取决于它们的组合Ｖ２／（Ｈ０．６Δｔ）的大小。以走廊两侧结构对称的建筑为例，导出了中和界位置与Ｓ（Ｓ＝５．７４４Ｖ２／（Ｈ０．６Δｔ））的一元函数关系。并就中和界随Ｖ，Δｔ，Ｈ的变动规律进行了分析。     

江苏工学院风洞工程研制

最近江苏工学院建成一座实验段为1×1.4×3.0m,新型的低速闭口回流式风洞。它是教学和科研所需的重要实验设备。文中介绍了风洞的结构、性能、测量控制系统、自动数据采集和处理系统以及标模实验结果,分析了风洞的特点和用途。     

估计多产出的平均生产率最大的规模的一种方法

本文运用多目标决策的概念和方法,提出了一种数学规划模型。它与通常的参数估计方法不同,能利用同部类若干单位的多产出多投入的观测数据来判别各单位与其他单位比较时的规模报酬性质和平均生产率最大的规模。这种方法既可用于生产部门,又可用于非生产领域。     

WIND observations of plasma waves inside the magnetic cloud boundary layers

Based on the WIND observational data for the plasma waves from thermal noise receptor （TNR） working on the frequency 4-256 kHz and the solar wind and the magnetic fields, we analyze the plasma wave activities in the 60 magnetic cloud＇s boundary layers （BLs） and find that there are often various plasma wave activities in the BLs, which are different from those in the adjacent solar wind （SW） and the magnetic clouds （MC）. The basic characteristics are that： （1） the enhancement of the Langmuir wave near the electronic plasma frequency （fpe） is a dominant wave activity, which occupies 75% investigated samples; （2） the events enhanced both in the langmuir and ion acustic （f〈fpe） waves are about 60% of investigated samples; （3） broadband, continuous enhancement events in the plasma wave activities were observed in the whole frequency band of TNR, and about 30% of the 60 samples, however, were not observed in the SW and the MC investigated events; （4） although the ratio of the temperatures between the electon and proton, Te/Tp ≤1, the ion caustic wave enhancement activities are still often observed in the BLs, which makes it difficult to explain them by the traditional plasma theory. New results reported in this paper further show that the magnetic cloud＇s BL is an important dynamic structure, which could provide useful diagnosis for understanding the cloud＇s BL physics and could expand a space developing space plasma wave theory.

Inverse minimum spanning tree problem and reverse shortest-path problem with discrete values

In this paper, we consider two network improvement problems with given discrete values: the inverse minimum spanning tree problem and the reverse shortest-path problem, where the decrements of the weight of the edges are given discrete values. First, for the three models of the inverse minimum spanning tree problem (the sum-type, the bottleneck-type and the constrained bottleneck-type), we present their respective strongly polynomial algorithms. Then， we show that the reverse shortest-path problem is strongly NP-complete.
