Al-Fe-Zr三元系中金属间化合物的形成焓计算

采用普适分析型的嵌入原子模型,通过拟合纯元素的晶格常数、空位形成能、结合能和体积模量等,确定出Al、Fe和Zr的嵌入原子模型参数,并用该嵌入原子模型分别计算由Al、Fe和Zr元素构成的3个二元系以及三元系中的有序合金化合物的形成焓。计算结果与已有的实验结果和第一原理计算结果符合得比较好。从计算Al-Fe-Zr所组成的三元有序金属间化合物的形成焓得出的金属间化合物稳定性趋势与三元相图相符合。     

养护对高性能混凝土的脆性影响的试验研究

在4种不同养护条件下,通过在混凝土拌和物中掺入养护剂SAP、硅灰和粉煤灰的情况下,进行对比试验,测定混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度,并用拉压比表示混凝土的脆性指标。研究结果表明,养护对4类高性能混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度产生较大的影响;掺入养护剂SAP,可使高性能混凝土脆性得到改善;在相同的养护条件下,混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度有较好的相关性。     

高空飞艇高度控制系统设计及仿真

高空飞艇在上升和下降阶段时单独的空气舵控制或副气囊充放气操纵都难以实现飞艇的快速爬升和悬停的要求。针对高空飞艇纵的控制操纵特点,提出了采用副气囊充放气和空气舵组合控制的高空飞艇高度控制方案。当时高度存在大误差时,采用副气囊和空气舵组合控制改变飞艇的姿态实现快速爬升或下降;当接近悬停高度时,主要采用副气囊充放气进行高度调整,从而实现高度的大范围控制。首先完成了采用组合控制的高空飞艇动力学建模;然后,基于最优控制对高空飞艇纵向高度控制系统进行了设计;最后给出了高空飞艇高度控制系统的仿真验证。结果表明所提出的高空飞艇组合控制方案是可行的。     

Farnesylation of Pex19p is not essential for peroxisome biogenesis in yeast and mammalian cells

Pex19p exhibits a broad binding specificity for peroxisomal membrane proteins (PMPs), and is essential for the formation of functional peroxisomal membranes. Pex19p orthologues contain a C-terminal CAAX motif common to prenylated proteins. In addition, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Chinese hamster Pex19p are at least partially farnesylated in vivo. Whether farnesylation of Pex19p plays an essential or merely ancillary role in peroxisome biogenesis is currently not clear. Here, we show that (i) nonfarnesylated and farnesylated human Pex19p display a similar affinity towards a select set of PMPs, (ii) a variant of Pex19p lacking a functional farnesylation motif is able to restore peroxisome biogenesis in Pex19p-deficient cells, and (iii) peroxisome protein import is not affected in yeast and mammalian cells defective in one of the enzymes involved in the farnesylation pathway. Summarized, these observations indicate that the CAAX box-mediated processing steps of Pex19p are dispensable for peroxisome biogenesis in yeast and mammalian cells. Calcium-mediated activation of PI3K and p53 leads to apoptosis in thyroid carcinoma cells

The molecular mechanism responsible for cadmium-induced cell death in thyroid cancer cells (FRO) is unknown. We demonstrated that apoptosis of FRO cells induced by cadmium was concentration and time dependent. Cadmium caused the rapid elevation of intracellular calcium and induced phosphorylation of Akt, p53, JNK, ERK and p38. Inhibition of PI3K/Akt attenuated the cadmium-induced apoptosis, but the inhibition of JNK inhibitor, ERK or p38 aggravated it, indicating that activation of PI3K/Akt was a pro-apoptosis signal in response to cadmium treatment, whereas the activation of stress-activated protein kinase JNK, ERK and p38 functioned as survival signals to counteract the cadmium-induced apoptosis. Buffering of the calcium response attenuated mitochondrial impairment, recovered the cadmium-activated Akt, p53, JNK, ERK and p38, and subsequently blocked the apoptosis. These results suggested that apoptosis induced by cadmium in FRO cells was initiated by the rapid elevation of intracellular calcium, followed by calcium-mediated activation of PI3K/Akt and mitochondrial impairment. Wip1 protects hydrogen peroxide-induced colonic epithelial barrier dysfunction

Tight junctions (TJs) create a paracellular permeability barrier. Although reactive oxygen species have been implicated as mediators of inflammation in inflammatory bowel diseases, their influence on the function of colonic epithelial TJs remains unknown. Oxidative stress-mediated colonic epithelial permeability was significantly attenuated by a p38 mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase inhibitor, SB203580. Although the amount of TJ proteins was not altered, hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) changed the localization of claudin-4 protein from an NP-40 insoluble fraction to a soluble fraction and from an apical TJ to lateral membrane. The p38 MAP kinase inactivator Wip1 significantly attenuated phosphorylation of p38 MAP kinase, and oxidative stress mediated permeability. H₂O₂-induced changes in claudin-4 localization were abolished by SB203580 pretreatment as well as Wip1-expressing adenovirus infection. This is the first study to demonstrate that exogenous Wip1 functions to protect oxidative stress-mediated colonic mucosal permeability and that H₂O₂-induced claudin-4 dislocalization is abolished by Wip1. 具有AR(p)误差的非线性模型异方差和相关性检验

讨论随机误差是AR(p)序列的非线性回归模型的异方差和自相关性检验问题.首先导出联合检验的score统计量,然后利用参数的正交变换,得到了调整的score检验统计量.当模型存在自相关性时,给出了检验异方差性的score统计量和调整的score统计量.最后利用得到的检验方法分析了氯化物数据,分析结果表明,该数据具有显著的异方差和AR(2)相关性.
