发展农村学前教育对于提高农村人口的基本素质、推进社会主义新农村建设具有长远而又重大的现实意义。农村学前教育的发展一要充分利用农村已有资源;二应加大国家财政对农村学前教育的投入;三要积极推进农村学前教育机构的多样化发展;四要制定各项政策保障农村学前教育师资。

Response synchronization: New progress in brain-visual information processing

Studies on brain-vision have entered a new stage, after the stimulus-induced y synchronized oscillation of neuron group activities have been discovered in cat primary visual cortex. Naturally, how to understand the visual system became a very important methodological problem. From aspects such as information processing, nonlinear dynamics and neuronal network, some primary problems in vision studies have been deeply discussed, which are related with the response synchronization of neuron groups to external objects. The nerve representation (NR) is a distinct feature of the visual system that acts as the intelligent information processing system. NR is also the kernel concept of the computational theory of vision, and the wavelet transform is the basis of multiscale representation. Some important problems should be paid attention to in the study of neuronal spatio-temporal coding and brain-visual information processing. The response synchronization might be a significant approach for integration of brain-visual information processing.     

浅析国标GB/T 2828.11-2008错判与漏判可能性

在执行“国标GB/T 2828.11-2008”的过程中发现关键参数‘声称质量水平’经常缺失.为解决问题利用“不放回抽样恰有k件次品出现的概率公式”得到了“声称质量水平”与判定核查总体不合格风险之间的定量关系.因而对“国标GB/T2828.11-2008”有了进一步认识,对在执行中出现的错判与漏判可能性进行了分析.     

大失谐条件下纠缠原子与光场相互作用过程中的原子特性

文章研究了在大失谐条件下两全同二能级纠缠原子与相干态光场相互作用过程中系统的原子特性,采用时间演化算符和数值计算方法讨论了系统参数对系统原子特性的影响。研究表明,单模相干光场和两全同二能级纠缠原子在大失谐作用条件下,无论如何调整系统参数,都无法使原子偶极压缩。     

Direction and polarization estimation for coherent sources using vector sensors

A two-dimensional direction-of-arrival (DOA) and polarization estimation algorithm for coherent sources using a linear vector-sensor array is presented. Two matrices are first constructed by the receiving data. The ranks of the two matrices are only related to the DOAs of the sources and independent of their coherency. Then the source’s elevation is resolved via the matrix pencil (MP) method, and the singular value decomposition (SVD) is used to reduce the noise effect. Finally, the source’s steering vector is estimated, and the analytics solutions of the source’s azimuth and polarization parameter can be directly computed by using a vector cross-product estimator. Moreover, the proposed algorithm can achieve the unambiguous direction estimates, even if the space between adjacent sensors is larger than a half-wavelength. Theoretical and numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

本文研究了一个位于高Ｑｋｅｒ介质腔中的级联三能级原子与相干态场相互作用系统中，ｋｅｒ效应对原子动力学行为和光子反聚束效应的影响。     

滞后算子在生物种群扩散模型中的应用

构造并分析了一个由微分积分方程初值问题确定的滞后算子，利用这个滞后算子将一类非线性生物种群扩散模转化为一个带滞后算子的抛物型偏微分方程的初边值问题。给出了解的存在唯一性定理，并讨论了解的渐近行为及其在生物实际中的意义。     

杨氏双缝干涉实验中光的相干叠加与非相干叠加问题

从纯经典理论角度分析了杨氏双缝干涉花样的成因，分析得出：花样的分布是由光的相干因素决定的，而花样的光强度则是由光的非相干因素决定的。
