Microstructure transition of Al-Cu eutectic alloy during containerless rapid solidification

Droplets of Al-32.7%Cu eutectic alloy were rapidly solidified during containerless processing in a 3 m drop tube. The microstructural evolution of Al-Cu eutectic alloy depends strongly on droplet size. The eutectic growth morphology changes from regular lamellar eutectic to a kind of anomalous eutectic with the decrease in droplet size. This microstructural transition was analyzed within the current theories of eutectic growth. The results indicate that there exists a critical velocity for eutectic growth beyond which anomalous eutectic appears. The coupled zone of the Al-Cu eutectic alloy system has been calculated on the basis of the Trivedi-Magnin-Kurz(TMK) eutectic growth and the Lipton-Kurz-Trivedi(LKT)/Boettinger-Coriell-Trivedi(BCT) dendrite growth models, which provides a further interpretation for the morphological transition.

抽水引起岩土体内应力变化分析

针对开采地下水这一特定问题,以在抽水实践中地下水水位面是一以井心为顶点的旋转抛物面为出发点,研究了地下水开采过程中岩土体应力变化的时空规律。通过分析影响内部应力变化的宏观物理量—开采影响半径、井心水位下降和空间位置,可以方便的得到随着时间变化岩土体内部应力变化的全程规律。同时,分析了影响边界、下沉位置等因素对计算结果的影响。     

Bang bang control of unified chaotic system

The unified chaotic system contains the Lorenz system and the Chen system as two dual systems at the two extremes of its parameter spectrum. This paper presents the design of bang bang controller for unified system and multitude of numerical experiments under various control parameters. Numerical experiments meet the theoretic proof perfectly and convincingly demonstrated the controller can be effectively used for unified systems with uncertainty of the equilibrium points. The method enriches the applications of chaotic control. 物质材料决定音乐与舞蹈在时间、空间表现上的特殊性

从音乐美学和舞蹈美学的角度 ,通过对音乐与舞蹈的物质材料声音与动作进行认识和分析 ,阐述物质材料最终决定听觉艺术和视觉艺术的表现特性 ,并进一步论述音乐与舞蹈因物质材料这一因素在时间、空间表现上所呈现的异同点。     

电磁相分离法制备自生表层复合材料

采用电磁相分离法制备出以初生富铁相（AlSiFeMn复杂金属间化合物）为增强相，表层硬度为HB62．25，基体硬度为HB59．00的Al-11.70%Si-1.20?-1.50%Mn合金自生表层复合材料，增强相的显微硬度为HV 842。87，大小为20－80μm，该表层复合材料同基体材料相比，耐磨性提高了57．41％，所用方法工艺过程简单，成本低，为解决材料在服役环境中不同部位，不同性能的问题提供了新途径。
