无公害肉鸽饲养管理技术的研究

无公害肉鸽标准之一是生长健康,饲养过程中不使用药物添加剂及生长激素;合理使用兽药及其它化学药品,降低肉鸽制品的药物残留,保证肉的口感争品质。本文从鸽场的建造、饲养方式、饲料配制、保健沙、管理、疾病用药等方面对无公害内鸽的饲养管理技术进行了探讨。

心理咨询与思想政治教育是高校德育工作的重要组成部分，两者之间既有区别，又密切联系，高校思想政治教育可以借鉴心理咨询的一些原理、方法，以提高思想政治教育的科学性、针对性。     

Ratio K: a New Way of Metering and Evaluating the Risk and Return of Stock Investment

Although widely used, both the Markowitz model and VAR (Value at Risk) model have some limitations in evaluating the risk and return of stock investment. By the analysis of the conceptions of risk and return, together with the three hypotheses of technological analysis, a novelty model of metering and evaluating the risk and return of stock investment is established. The major indicator of this model , risk-return ratio K, combines the characteristic indicators of risk and return. Regardless of the form of the risk-return probability density functions, this indicator K can always reflect the risk-return performances of the invested stocks clearly and accurately. How to use the model to make optimum investment and how to make portfolio combined with clustering analysis is also explained.     

Classification of Medical Brain Images

Since brain tumors endanger people‘s living quality and even their lives, the accuracy of classification becomes more important. Conventional classifying techniques are used to deal with thosedatasets with characters and numbers. It is difficult, however, to apply them to datasets that include brain images and medical history (alphanumeric data), especially to guarantee the accuracy.For these datasets, this paper combines the knowledge of medical field and improves the traditional decision tree. The new classification algorithm with the direction of the medical knowledge not only adds the interaction with the doctors, but also enhances the quality of classification. The algorithm has been used on real brain CT images and a precious rule has been gained from the experiments. This oaoer shows that the ahzorithm works well for real CT data.     

地域文化视角与现代文学研究

真正从地域文化的角度来研究现代文学 ,是从 2 0世纪 90年代开始的。大量地区性的现代文学史料的整理出版 ,不仅为这种研究提供了可能 ,而且本身就包含着研究的眼光。《二十世纪中国文学与区域文化丛书》集中体现了这方面的研究成果。但总的说来 ,从地域文化的角度研究现代文学的努力 ,仍未摆脱建构现代性大叙事的诱惑 ,其研究潜力因此受到了根本性的限制。将地域文化视角转化为对话性的解构力量 ,反思现代性大叙事对差异性的压抑 ,是激活其研究潜力的关键 ,目前已有一些这方面的研究成果出现。

运用文献计量学方法 ,对 1 995～ 2 0 0 2年度《广西民族学院学报 (哲社版 )》全部论文的引文量、引文类型、引文语种、引文年代等进行统计分析 ,揭示该刊论文著者利用科技文献的规律。     

广西自然保护区建设与管理

广西壮族自治区位于欧亚大陆的东南部,面临北部湾,自北至南跨中亚热带、南亚热带和北热带,优越的地理和复杂多样的自然环境条件,孕育着繁多的生物资源。保护生物物种资源及其栖息环境的重要措施和最有效的手段就是建立自然保护区,到2001年为止,广西已建立了各种类型、不同级别的自然保护区的64处,总面积1 6万km2,占广西国土面积的6 7%。本文简述了广西自然保护区建设与管理现状,并对存在的问题与对策提出了合理化的建议。     

论风险投资与西部地区中小型高新技术企业的发展

西部地区若想加快发展中小型高新技术企业 ,必须进行投融资体制的创新 ,引入新的融资工具———风险投资 ,利用风险投资来改造中小型高新技术企业发展的文化、制度环境 ,为中小型高新技术企业的发展提供充足的资金 ,并协助其进行经营管理。西部地区的政府不仅要用资金 ,而且还要配套其他政策措施引导、扶持风险投资的发展 ,促进风险投资与中小型高新技术企业的结合。

Analysis of cDNA sequence, protein structure and expression of parotid secretory protein in pig

Parotid secretory protein (PSP) secreted abundantly in saliva, whose function is related with the anti-bacterial effect. The PSP cDNA has been isolated from pig parotid glands by 3′ and 5′ rapid amplification of cDNA end (RACE), based on the conserved signal peptide region among the known mammalian PSP. The result of homologous comparison shows that pig PSP and human PSP shares the high identity at the level of the primary, secondary and tertiary protein structure. A search for functionally significant protein motifs revealed a unique amino acid sequence pattern consisting of the residues Leu-X(6)-Leu-X(6)-Leu-X(7)-Leu-X(6)-Leu-X(6)-Leu near the amino-terminal portion of the protein, which is important to its function. RT-PCR, Dot blot and Northern blot analysis demonstrated that PSP was strongly expressed in parotid glands, but not in other tissues.
