英语新课标下教师角色的转变

施行新的《英语课程标准》,要求教师做好充分的心理准备并实现必要的角色转变:教师应该是学生学习的促进者;应该是与学生“平等中的首席”;应该是谦虚的学习者;教师之间应该是紧密的合作者;教师应该做扎实的研究者。     

基于CMIP6集合优化数据集的全球陆地极端气候变化预估

预估极端气候事件趋势能够降低其引起的灾害风险.该文基于CMIP6集合优化数据集EPTGODD-WHU,选取5个极端气候指数,即最高气温极大值(TXx)、最高气温极小值(TXn)、最低气温极大值(TNx)、最低气温极小值(TNn)和最大月降水量(PXx),并结合GIS分析手段,对2021—2100年SSP1-2.6、SSP2-4.5和SSP5-8.5情景下的全球陆地极端气温及降水进行预估.结果表明：1)相较于CMIP单一模式,EPTGODD-WHU数据集模拟性能显著提升,气温及降水的空间相关系数分别达到0.99和0.81.2) SSP5-8.5情景下,年最低气温和最高气温均上升明显,且这种上升趋势年内波动不大,地球陆地极寒地区将面临升温的风险,而赤道等极热地区将处于年内长时间酷热状态.3)六大洲在SSP5-8.5情景下的极端降水整体上升趋势最剧烈,但北美洲密西西比平原和滨海平原的地区在SSP5-8.5情景下在未来面临较高的旱灾风险.4)中国西南部地区的极端降水在三个情景下均呈稳定的增幅,且增幅高达60%,预示面临较高的洪灾风险.     

利用时域间断伽辽金算法 求解Tellegen介质中的电磁波

目前,利用时域间断伽辽金方法（DGTD）求解各类介质中的电磁传播问题时,通常考虑求解普通介质本构关系的麦克斯韦方程组。 然而,具有非互易性本构关系的Tellegen介质中的电磁传播非常复杂,且少有研究。基于Tellegen介质的本构关系,推导出了一种适用于该介质的时域间断伽辽金系统矩阵离散方案,准确模拟了平面波在Tellegen介质中的时域传播特性。利用所提出的算法,计算了空气与Tellegen介质的分层空间模型,分析了Tellegen介质对电磁波极化偏转角度的影响;同时,针对不同电磁参数的Tellegen介质,计算了反射波与透射波的电场偏转角度,并将时域间断伽辽金方案计算的结果与文献［1］以及解析解进行了对比,验证了该方法的有效性与可行性。     

Innovators and contrapreneurs: Crucial alliances that connect and separate organizational change processes

This paper focuses on the coupling among alliances, relationships, management, and activities, when major strategic changes are carried out in an old organization. The paper also points out hownew alliances andchanged relationships seem to be developing in a Norwegian company. As a conclusion, we point out six elements which, according to our research, have to be present to minimize the implementation of reversible processes in organizations where organizational change processes have been implemented so that continued change can go on in the company.     

乌头组培快繁的技术探讨

用普通ＭＳ培养基进行乌头组培快繁的研究,乌头的愈伤组织容易形成,培养基中附加ＢＡＩｍｇ／ｌ和ＫＴｌｍｇ／Ｌ可以从叶腋产生健壮的苗,从愈伤组织诱发出根需附加ＫＴｌｍｇ／Ｌ和ＮＡＡ０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ,但达到快速繁殖的目的仍存在一些问题。     

苦丁茶树扦插繁殖的研究

采用不同种类和不同浓度的植物生长调节剂、不同苗段、插穗不同节数以及插穗不同剪叶量等几种处理方法,对苦丁茶树插穗生根的影响进行了试验,结果表明：在试验的几种促根药剂中,以浓度２００ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＮＡＡ对苦丁茶树插穗生根的效果最佳;在同样条件下,二段苗的发根能力是强;随着插穗节数的增多,其发根能力就增强,但综合考虑到成活率、扦插苗的长势、繁殖系数以及经济效益等因素,笔者认为以每插穗具两个节为宜;在相同条件下,每张叶剪去１／３再插穗的,其发根能力最强．     

Relationship between the partitioning properties of motoneuron recruitment and the needle feeling propagation

Histological and physiological studies indicated that most skeletal muscles can be divided into a series of relatively independent sub-volumes: "neuromuscular compartments" and the partitioning property of the muscle result in the localization of muscle reflex. In the present experiment we studied the recruitment properties of medial gastracnemius (MG) muscle motoneuron pool of decerebrate cat with two kinds of local mechanical stimulation: local stretch and acupuncture-like stimuli. The results indicate that: (ⅰ) there is an obvious property of localization of recruitment activity, only the MNs which innervate the stimulated compartment were recruited by weaker and shorter stimuli; (ⅱ) recruitment activity spread to those MNs which supply the adjacent and distal compartments during the strength of stimulation or duration of the stimulation was increased; and (ⅲ) the recruitment property of muscle activity elicited by the local mechanical stimulation is thought similar to that of "needle feeling" along the meridian pathway during stimulation of acupuncture point.     

A continuous 200-ka palaeoclimatic record from stalagmite in Tangshan Cave, Nanjing

An oxygen isotope temperature record from 381 to 166 kaB. P. (²³⁰Th/²³⁴U dating and tuned ages) has been obtained by combining data on the isotopic composition of calcites with that of fluid inclusions trapped in a stalagmite from a limestone cave in which a fossil cranium deposited. Several laminae in microsequence of the stalagmite represent climatic events or shifts. The Nanjing man fossil was older than 381 kaB. P.     

沥青砂浆粘弹性断裂扩延分析及其断裂特性的推求

以沥青砂浆材料为例,通过薄板的蠕变断裂及单轴拉伸蠕变的试验结果和数据分析,推求出沥青砂浆在不同温度下的断裂特性参数Γ和σｍＩ１。     

秦安大地湾高分辨率全新世植被演变与气候变迁初步研究

主要根据孢粉分析结果,并结合磁化率,碳酸钙恢复了陇西黄土高原地区全新世期间植被气候的变化过程。结果表明全新世气候存在３个大的阶段,全新世早期气候以寒冷为主要特点,中全新世气候温暖湿润,晚全新世气候以干旱为主要特征。
