传染性法氏囊病病毒在鸡胚细胞上的优化繁殖

研究了传染性法氏囊病病毒在鸡胚细胞上繁殖上的优化条件，结果表明，鸡胚细胞体外增殖培养后对ＩＢＤＶ的敏感性并不减弱，而且有提高。维持培养基中血清浓度的变化对病毒的繁殖影响不大。     

水肥高效利用灌排系统调控面临的问题研究

通过调查我国水肥利用的现状,指出我国农业水利中干旱缺水、非点源污染、水资源利用率低下和灌排系统不配套等问题,提出灌区水肥高效利用需深入研究的热点问题,对探讨水肥高效利用和灌排系统管理理论,指导我国灌排系统精量调控,以最少的水肥投入量获取最佳的灌区产量和经济及生态环境效益,具有重要意义.     

管路动态对车桥加载系统的影响

本文以车辆轮桥二次调节加载系统为研究对象,建立了考虑管路动态的系统键合图模型。分析研究了管路动态对轮桥二次调节加栽系统性能的影响。通过仿真分析找出了管路液溶、液感、液阻对轮桥加载系统性能的影响规律,为进一步完善和提高车辆轮桥二次调节加载系统性能提供了可靠依据。     

Microstructures and nanostructures of high Andean Penaincisalia lycaenid butterfly scales (Lepidoptera: Lycaenidae): descriptions and interpretations

The scales of one high Andean eumaeine lycaenid butterfly species with pale dorsal coloration and four species with vivid dorsal colour were investigated using field emission scanning electron microscopy. The micro‐ and nanostructures are illustrated, described, measured, and interpreted. The vivid colours in the species are caused by a pepper‐pot nanostructure of Urania‐type scales. This nanostructure is a three‐dimensional lattice within the body of the individual scale. The scales of the non‐vivid orange species are lacking this nanostructure and the surfaces of their scales show high microstructure irregularities. This absence of vivid colour may be correlated with thermal regulation. The irregularity of the scale microstructures suggests a heavy environmental pressure on the populations sampled. Previously unknown structural variations of Urania‐type scales are also described. The existence of closed scale microcell structures, explained as an apomorphic character in the tribe Eumaeini, most probably evolved independently several times. It is hypothesized that scale micro‐ and nanostructure modifications develop syntopically within a population, which in turn can lead to rapid diversification.

为在空箱调运时考虑空箱的维修成本和废弃收益,根据投入使用的时间区分空箱所处的生命阶段.在备选班轮航线和重箱运输需求确定的情况下,构建混合整数规划模型,优化班轮航线网络,重箱运输路径,新造箱的投入地点,老旧空箱的报废地点和各航次使用哪个生命阶段的空箱来执行运输任务.以中国,日韩,东南亚,欧洲和美国五个区域为对象的实证分析结果表明,93%的新造箱在中国投入使用,64%的老旧空箱在欧洲和美国退役,74%的由中国到美国的运输用箱处于高龄阶段或退出阶段.     

Forecasting key US macroeconomic variables with a factor‐augmented Qual VAR

In this paper, we first extract factors from a monthly dataset of 130 macroeconomic and financial variables. These extracted factors are then used to construct a factor‐augmented qualitative vector autoregressive (FA‐Qual VAR) model to forecast industrial production growth, inflation, the Federal funds rate, and the term spread based on a pseudo out‐of‐sample recursive forecasting exercise over an out‐of‐sample period of 1980:1 to 2014:12, using an in‐sample period of 1960:1 to 1979:12. Short‐, medium‐, and long‐run horizons of 1, 6, 12, and 24 months ahead are considered. The forecast from the FA‐Qual VAR is compared with that of a standard VAR model, a Qual VAR model, and a factor‐augmented VAR (FAVAR). In general, we observe that the FA‐Qual VAR tends to perform significantly better than the VAR, Qual VAR and FAVAR (barring some exceptions relative to the latter). In addition, we find that the Qual VARs are also well equipped in forecasting probability of recessions when compared to probit models.     

Vaults and the major vault protein: Novel roles in signal pathway regulation and immunity

The unique and evolutionary highly conserved major vault protein (MVP) is the main component of ubiquitous, large cellular ribonucleoparticles termed vaults. The 100 kDa MVP represents more than 70% of the vault mass which contains two additional proteins, the vault poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (vPARP) and the telomerase-associated protein 1 (TEP1), as well as several short untranslated RNAs (vRNA). Vaults are almost ubiquitously expressed and, besides chemotherapy resistance, have been implicated in the regulation of several cellular processes including transport mechanisms, signal transmissions and immune responses. Despite a growing amount of data from diverse species and systems, the definition of precise vault functions is still highly complex and challenging. Here we review the current knowledge on MVP and vaults with focus on regulatory functions in intracellular signal transduction and immune defence. 建立了质子交换膜燃料电池系统的气、水和热平衡计算模型,总结了电堆气、水和热管理相关物理量的计算方法;以60kW电堆为例计算分析,认为气、水、热管理三者有着密切的联系,应建立综合管理的概念;设计了气、水、热综合管理系统,该系统充分回收利用了电堆的尾气、电化学反应生成的水和电堆产生的热量。     

动态惩罚机制下互联网金融平台行为及监管策略的演化博弈分析

运用演化博弈理论研究了互联网金融平台行为及监管策略的博弈演化过程,系统考察了互联网金融平台行为及监管博弈过程的影响因素,并重点对固定惩罚机制和动态惩罚机制下互联网金融平台行为及其监管策略博弈均衡进行了比较.研究表明,固定惩罚机制下,互联网金融平台和金融监管机构的博弈过程不能达到稳定的均衡状态,两个群体的行为呈现周期模式.动态惩罚机制下,互联网金融平台和金融监管机构间的博弈演化轨迹呈螺旋收敛的趋势;互联网金融平台的"自律"的初始概率不同,其随时间演化收敛到不同的均衡值;提高最重惩罚度上限,互联网金融平台选择"自律"行为策略的概率增加.
